The breakfast sandwiches on fresh bagels are top notch .( Tuesdays and Thursdays are bagel days ) The cookies are another delicious option . The gals are friendly too . Also the lunch specials are a nice home cooking break from the same old same .

Beautifully decorated Birthday cake, not only beautiful but delicious for my grand daughter's first birthday party. Chocolate and vanilla with raspberry filling and wonderful butter creme frosting.

Bought a chocolate chip cookie and a cupcake today. Both were quite nasty. The cupcake barely has any flavor, and the frosting y’all tasted like pure butter. The cooking was alright though.

Breakfast sandwiches from the Village Bakery are instantly good! I'll usually order a bacon, egg and cheese on a baguette and it's the best b-fast sandwich in the area!

I really enjoy this bakery when I’m in Laconia. Excellent selection of baked goods and sandwiches. Not a ton of seating, but enough. I usually get it to go and go to the many parks and access to water there is in the area.

We visited, two of us, at 11:50, unaware that the shop closed at noon. She was visibly upset that we were there, slamming papers, sarcastic tone, and sighs. It bothered us a great deal, and we felt like our business was an inconvenience. Let's be real. The food is good, we like going there. But in the future, before we go in, we will make sure that it's when that girl isn't working. We weren't the only customers to feel this way, by the way. Another customer felt unwelcomed and offered to put up the Closed sign.
