Very accommodating! Some of my requests were a little off beat (brain cupcakes and a Steel Magnolias style mouse cake) but she made it work and it came out gorgeous!! Was willing to change the pick up time when my schedule changed and walked me through all the options. Highly recommend!!

There's no other way to say it- Dazzle Cupcakes is simply a beautiful establishment. I live nearby and I grab cupcakes from there for work events, friends' birthdays, thank-you gifts, and more! In all of my visits, I haven't had a single bad experience. The shop is always clean and bright and the shop owner is an absolute darling! She is a remarkably talented baker and also a people person who will go above and beyond for her customers. Just this week I needed to pick up cupcakes as a thank-you for two of my co-workers. I walked over to Dazzle but had forgotten that they close a bit early on Tuesdays. I saw the closed sign and was absolutely crushed as I realized I would have to find another way to say thank you to my co-workers. Then like a little bakery angel, the shopkeeper poked her head out and asked, "do you really need cupcakes? I just couldn't stand to see you disappointed." She then let me into the store and frosted four cupcakes for me right on the spot- she even asked me what kind of frosting I would like! This was, mind you, a good two hours after the shop had closed. And as she was ringing me up, she advised me on how to keep them fresh morning- apparently putting cupcakes in the fridge is bad for them! This shop owner is an absolute gem and her cupcakes always taste fresh, homemade, and sweet. So go ahead, take $3 and treat yourself to one of her amazing creations!

My husband and I decided to have cupcake’s at our wedding because we always wanted a variety of flavors to offer our guests. My husband likes chocolate and I like vanilla. Dazzle cupcakes definitely fits the bill. They have a wide variety of selections that are so different from the rest. You can mix up the flavors, decors and filling in numerous ways. The top tier was our wedding cake 6x6 cake!!! Which was great for cake cutting pictures! Our guests raved about the variety of cupcakes and thought it was a great idea!

Two weeks ago, I placed an order for a half-dozen themed cupcakes for my 4-year-old son's birthday. I e-mailed the owner about it and I even paid in advance. My son has been talking about having a "monster cake" for at least a month, and he was very excited. Well, I show up today - our prearranged date - to pick up my order, and the shop is closed. She did not call or e-mail me to attempt to make other arrangements. There was just a note on her door stating that she was taking an extended holiday. What horrible service! I can't imagine how this woman manages to run a business if she just completely forgets people's orders, especially after we had had extended contact and I had PAID her. My son did not get to have the specialty cake that he wanted for his birthday. I will be demanding a refund and an apology, at least, and I strongly encourage others to take their business elsewhere if they want a reliable product. Imagine if she "forgot" an order for a wedding or larger party.

I want to share my experience of a cake that I ordered from Dazzle for my niece’s 6th birthday. It is easily the best cake that I have ever received from any bakery. I’ve long hoped of finding a bakery that could actually make a quality cake at a reasonable price point. I found that place with Dazzle. It’s so good that my family has ordered three more cakes to enjoy just for fun. If you are looking for an owner operated bakery that makes moist, dense, perfectly balanced tasting cakes, you just found it. Look at the picture of this cake, YUM!

Today I picked up 4 dozen cupcakes for my folks 60th wedding anniversary party. Alex went over and above to make sure everything was perfect. As the planner I wanted to comment on the ease of doing business and she even opened early for us for pick up. They were the hit of the party; I just had to say thank you.
