An odd place. Nice baked goods of above average quality and serves lunch dome of which are very popular but they only make them on certain days which is silly because they can make a killing if they sold their chicken pot pie every day but they choose to have a daily menu instead of consistency which could be to their advantage. I went in when I used to work in the area and I found some of the employees a little cold and unwelcoming but the food is good.

This is my favorite bakery. I've been going there since I can remember. Everyone is so welcoming and the perfect cute little corner cafe. It's always nice to drop in and grab a sugar cookie!

I started going to Crosby as a young child and continue to go 38 years later. They have such incredibly delicious, mouth-watering, Fresh Bakery products you can't help but not go in just for that reason. They also have great options for a quick on-the-go lunch. It seems that cause Barry twist long donut type treat are one of the favorites because every time I've been in the past few weeks they've been sold out. They're so amazing I've even had my mom bring some with her when she came to visit me in Arizona. And of course I can't go in there without bringing home their chocolate fudge cake to drop off at my dad's house. He's always craving Crosby chocolate fudge cake. If you haven't been definitely stop and check Crosby out, you won't be disappointed!

Use to go here all the time as a kid so I've stopped in a few times as an adult. It seems like unless you special order something the sweets stay out in the glass case for weeks until they're sold or get moldy. The brownie's were almost inedible about a month ago, and the outside cream in the cream puff was hard, almost like play-doh. Yesterday got an eclair and when I bit into it the custard was sour. It was astonishingly old. I brought it back and they offered me another, but I had a feeling the others weren't any fresher so I replaced it with a seasonal pumpkin cupcake, assuming that had to be semi-fresh. But once again the outer part of the frosting was kind of hard and the cake slightly stale. I hate saying this because I know it's a family business and I know they can't afford to make every item fresh every day, but eclairs don't go bad that quickly. Maybe just a " good by" or "throw out by" date list would solve these problems? I've heard great things about their bfast sandwiches, so I would recommend trying that. Pastry wise.... Maybe ask what was recently made/ put out. I truly hope this changes as this was my favorite place as a kid!

I LOVE Crosby Bakery! I used to stop here a few times a week before starting my mail route to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich or a pastry. The bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches are some of the best around! Hot and fresh.

Yay! I finally got my butt down there. Real donuts! Update: it’s since gotten too sugary for my taste. I know it changed management since I first went. It’s still good, but I won’t get anything with glaze on it. I wish they’d tweak the recipe. It’s so sugary that it’s a thick, harder glaze. And the sugar on outside of donut could be scaled back. Other than that, good bakery.

I had ordered a custom made cake and supplied them with a photo of how I would like the cake to look. I ordered it about 3 weeks in advance and the day I was supposed to pick it up they told me that it was not ready... I was very understanding in hopes that the copy of what I wanted might have took a little more time. I was very upset at the end result of the cake, it seemed very rushed and like they didn’t take any time on it at all. Not only did I spend over the amount for a cake in that condition, I was embarrassed when I presented the cake to friends and family, everyone complained how awful the cake looked and tasted, It was a waste of my money. I will never go back!!!! They might be good for simple cakes but nothing custom. Don’t waste you time or money.

I've had some amazing cakes from Crosby's in the past, but I had never been there to pick out my own goodies. Today, we were in the area and decided to see what they had. They sold out of many things early but they still had some amazing spring design frosted cookies and the softest most delicious M&M cookies. Oh. I am in heaven. I hope next time I am in the area, I will get to try something different next time. Absolutely amazing.

Great little bakery! They have the expected cookies, cakes, and donuts, plus regional favorites like whoopie pies. They even have savory items, like salmon or meat pies and baked beans! Everything is top-notch. Just be sure to bring cash; they don't take cards here.
