this place is amazing. I had a last minute cake order and they were able to accommodate my wishes and they did an awesome job. They were open to work with me and had a fantastic attitude for my last minute request. I was very impressed with with their level of work and the out come of the cake. The cake tasted amazing. I went back and order another cake and i received the same high level of work and and taste. Price is up there but its worth it and its cheaper than other places that i have being and didn't deliver the same quality.

I placed an order for my boyfriend's 30th bday that we would be celebrating in Vegas. Admittedly, I was a little nervous ordering over a month in advance and from another state. However, Joe was so pleasant to work with and so quick to respond to my emails that we had the design nailed down within 30 minutes! It was an unbelievably amazing customer service experience. Then when the day finally arrived, the cake was better in person than I could have ever imagined. The Dallas Cowboys themed helmet cake was PERFECT and the flavor inside (salted caramel and chocolate ganache) was delicious. I highly, HIGHLY, recommend Las Vegas Custom Cakes and would gladly use them again should the opportunity arise.

WOW! What a cake - looked better than I had thought it would and it tasted GREAT. Easy to work with and great customer service...the only thing is they do need a few days to order a cake...not a walk in bakery - but at least you know it's fresh. I did have a gluten free tier in my cake and even that tasted excellent. Exceeded my expectations for sure - I'll be ordering my next cake from them!

Our wedding cake was FANTASTIC from LV custom cakes! We got a three tiered cake with two flavors, champagne strawberry and chocolate cake with baileys infused chocolate moose. Both were absolutely amazing. They delivered without issue to our venue and everyone raved about the flavors of our cake. We got exactly what we had asked for and it was delicious! Would definitely recommend this bakery to everyone.

Two weeks before my destination wedding in Vegas, I found out that the company I had ordered my cake from (and paid in full for!) had gone out of business. I was devastated! My wedding venue suggested that I call Joe at LVCC. I am SOOOOO glad I did! Not only did Joe reassure me that they would be able to save my wedding reception, he was able to come through with the EXACT cake (down to the layer fillings I wanted) in a snap. My guests absolutely LOVED the cake: the design, the cake quality, the taste...better than expected. Joe, you and your colleagues are AMAZING! I will definitely order my 1st anniversary cake from you next year and will recommend you to anyone I know who lives in or plans on visiting Vegas in the future.

Such a great cakes and designs!!BUUTT! I had to call for info and clarifications to the store- they send me pictures of cakes and later on told me IT WAS NOT GONNA BE SAME LIKE THE PIC- so I called. Customer service was ok- I then talked to the owner... What a HORRIBLE ! Stupid and ironic person! She was very rude ... and probably she think my marriage was not a nice one by the way she communicate with me. Anyways!!! I gotta left it here- so other can see what type of bussiness and owner will be doing your cake.

We have just wrapped up the planning stages for our Wedding Cake and with every step along the way, the entire team has been fantastic. Jenny helped with our in-person appointments, making sure we got to taste specific flavors and pairings and made multiple 'mock-ups' for the design we had in mind to help us decide. During our first appointment, another employee overheard my fiance's aversion to fondant so she brought some out on a plate so he could try their mixture. We used LVCC for our wedding on August 6th. THIS WAS THE BEST WEDDING CAKE I HAVE EVER TASTED IN MY LIFE! The bavarian cream, the frosting, the moist vanilla cake, the chocolate mouse...everything about it was perfect. The price was super reasonable for the four-tier, 175 person cake we ordered. Joe and his team were so helpful, responsive, and delivered everything as promised. The service, the taste, the look; we could not be happier about it all!

The cake ended up mediocre at best. The pieces had no detail like the photo I provided. It's like they did not even try. Why promise us something they could not deliver. We also called them before closing time they said they would wait and they did not. We went in the next day to request a base for the topper which they didn't do. Our topper sank into the cake. We contacted them afterwards and no response. They just saw a couple from LA and took advantage.

SWEET. BABY. JESUS. That cake was GOOD. All I really wanted for my wedding was my new husband and a yummy cake. Everything else was just what I needed to do for the guests. They were SO easy to work with. I live in Indianapolis, and my husband goes to Vegas a lot for work, so he was able to do the tasting while I, unfortunately, could not go. They sent cake home with him just for me!!!! How awesome is that?!?! Furthermore, they even included a small cake just for the two of us for after the wedding! Their strawberry champagne cake is legendary in our house now. I am counting down the days until our first anniversary just so I can dig that cake out of our freezer and eat it. It was so good that we ate half as soon as we got back instead of saving it all for next year! I want to go to Vegas again just to try more cake!

I am from Montana and my daughter was getting married in Las Vegas. I was very concerned about ordering a cake from a bakery out of state without actually having the opportunity to go into the bakery. All my fears were put to rest when the cake was delivered to the wedding venue. the cake was even more beautiful than I imagined it would be. It was perfect and exactly what my daughter was hoping for. We also ordered cupcakes for the event which were wonderful. I would definitely recommend them for any event you may need a cake for.

Its was my daughters 21st birthday celebration in Las Vegas we are from Texas. With just a 4 day notice, I spoke with Yeni, wow she was so helpful and accommodating, and even though they needed more notice, Yeni was willing to help me and created my daughters dream cake. We arrived to the hotel alittle late due to a long line at the car rental, Roger who delivered the cake to hotel waited almost hour until we arrived. I've finished the planning stages with the company. I originally ordered 3 cakes then cancelled a cake and then order a 3rd cake all within a 2 month time frame. Staff were always polite, kind, and patient with me. Every email was prompt, professional, and detailed. We are celebrating 3 birthdays! There is a lot going in, but I never felt overwhelmed with planning the cakes. We will have them delivered to our hotel suite at the end of the month. I'll post an update on how that went, but I do not anticipate any hiccups.

Las Vegas Custom Cakes delivered in a huge way for my wife's birthday. I was searching for a cake that was vegan and dairy free because having these dietary restrictions makes it difficult for my wife to indulge in sweets, especially a cake! I also had an interesting request because my wife was obsessed with "succulent cakes" she kept seeing on pinterest. I googled the fanciest succulent cake I could find and sent it as an example. THEY ABSOLUTELY NAILED IT!! When I was shown the cake it was one of the few moments in my life that I found myself not able to speak. I got so choked up and began to fight back tears because it was absolutely gorgeous and I know my wife would love it, and even more so because she could actually enjoy it. I will be using and recommending LVCC to any travelers to Vegas and for anyone looking to get more than they expected.

Would highly recommend Las Vegas Custom Cakes. They made a TMNT cake for a friends birthday and everybody loved it. The restaurant actually commented saying it was the best cake they've ever seen. Very friendly and easy to work with, especially if you are organising the cake as a surprise and are out-of-town. The cake itself is very flavoursome too, and we were all very impressed.

Had a great experience. I live in Texas but we were having a 50th bday party in Vegas for a friend. They were very prompt in responding to my emails. I sent them a pic of a cake with some modifications and they did a FANTASTIC job!!! It looked just the way I wanted it too. The best part was the chocolate cake, it was amazing, not dry at all. I'm only reviewing the customer service portion of Las Vegas Custom Cakes for now, as my birthday is the end of the month. I was so pleasantly surprised by how fast and flexible Joe was! I changed my cake design midway through and Joe didn't skip a beat. He helped me get the exact design (in preview) idea I wanted. I had them pick apart one cake and combine it with another design and many more details. His suggestions were wonderful, and there are a lot of cake photos on their website to help you get ideas. Review of cake to follow the end of this month/next month!

I have been doing business with Las Vegas Custom Cakes for over two years. I am usually very satisfied with my cakes. Recently I order Alvin and the chipmunk cupcakes for my son's birthday party. The chipmunks should have been tan in color. However, they were white, making it difficult to see the detail on the cupcakes. The eyes and teeth blended into the face of the chipmunks. I spoke with Joe, he was completely unsympathetic. Extremely defensive and rude. $240 on custom cupcakes, that looked like I bought from a grocery store.

I called and i told Joe i needed my cake for the next day, he was so flexible, it was going to be my husband 36th birthday, i told him what i wanted and Joe made something better than what i told him, i loved it!! the cake was awesome!!! I was a little concerned because i was in Texas when i called him but he is a professional!! My hudband loved the design too, and the taste is great, i"ll tell you, if you need a cake just trust in Joe, he is a great artist!

LVCC's website said they have a Tiramisu cake, which a lot of bakeries don't do, so I thought this will be perfect. So I pick up the cake on Monday morning the week of her birthday and I ask the gentleman who works there "It is Tiramisu right" and he says "Yes it is". I thought all was good but in our opinion it just was not right. So I called them the next morning and they told us to come by and they would sample the cake. They said yes it isn't very much "Tiramisu" flavor so take the rest of this cake if you want and we will give you 100% credit towards in the future, just let us know when you want another cake and we will make right with you. Well I have to say here we are in July and I ordered that replacement cake and it was the best. We had a few people over for our daughters birthday and everyone loved it. My wife even said this is so much better than the first one. We will definitely let our friends know about their wonderful cakes and we loved it. We will also buy here again in the future.

We went to Vegas for my mom birthday(her first time, she getting old so every year I'm trying to take her some place new for her birthday vacation) and I googled cakes for Vegas and found Las Vegas custom cakes. So I emailed several questions to get a quote and every time I got a response through email I could tell these people are welcoming, polite, professional. So I ordered the cake paid it in full in advance. When the day came to pick it up I was so EXCITED how lovely the cake was it was PERFECT.... So we got to the restaurant and surprised my mom she was so so happy and even cried how beautiful it was she didn't even want to cut the cake lol. The cake was so delicious it was cream cheese red velvet cake with strawberries D E L I C I O U S!!! For the 2 tier wasn't sure if it be enough but it was more then enough for the group of family we had even had enough for midnight drunk snack lol. THANK YOU LAS VEGAS CUSTOM CAKES YOU MADE MY MOMMY SO HAPPY BROUGHT TEARS TO HER EYES. CAKE WAS DEFINITELY A BIG HIT OF THE PARTY.

Yes their designs look beautiful, however spend your money elsewhere! They charged us $176 for a 6" cake which included the delivery fee...but that was ridiculous. Then since we were out of state clients none of their documentation when submitting payment said anything about their refund policy until the receipt was printed after the fact which was not signed by either party. They lie and said full payment was required when you actually have the option to do 50% with enough notice in advance. What really turned me off is when I had a family emergency and needed to cancel JOE was extremely rude and wanted to argue with me on the phone. That's what I don't do. This is business not a personal phone call so every customer should be treated with respect to find a solution to their problem. I would not recommend supporting this wanna be elite bakery when there are others who produce the sane high quality work and are way more budget friendly!
