I placed a large order of almond cakes around the holidays and Shandy did a GREAT job! She even wrapped them up cute so I could give as gifts. Everyone loved them!

Fun local bakery. Swedish breads and cakes. Opened in December and getting ready for the official Grand Opening this coming Saturday 01-19-19 looking forward to trying more!

Kolaches are so soft & tasty, tried all 3 types this morning; can't pick a favorite! Also bought Scandinavian Almond Cake-the best thing I have tasted! would be great with a side of fresh fruit, but alone with a cup of coffee made my morning! The Apple Snickerdoodle bread was so moist and flavorful! The lemon blueberry bread had a great flavor but not as moist as the snickerdoodle. I bought so much to take to my parents for breakfast this morning. We had coffee and just kept trying everything I got. Cake was probably our favorite. just opening the wrapping from it the scent of almond waifed through the air. Oh My! You have got to try everything! I can't wait to go back and get more!

I flew into Omaha for work related meetings and discovered this bakery in my wanderings. Shandy was very pleasant and helped me select the right pastries for my colleagues to have in the morning! Will definitely stop by again if I am in town!
