The first installer came in and begin dismantling my system without and discussion of what we want and what he was going to do. When asked questions his response was like I said...., very rude and inappropriate. We demanded that he leave our home. The company quickly phoned and advised that they would send another installer. Rob came with a professional presentation on what ADT had to offer, answered our questions, walked us through using the system and was he was polite and patient. He quickly installed our system and gave us his cell phone number in case we had more questions or problems. The next day the garage door was not operating properly. We phoned Rob and he came back that evening and fixed the problem. We are very pleased.

ADT has been around for a very long time, has a great reputation and was the first alarm company name we thought of when seeking to find our home security system. HOWEVER we feared the cost would be much higher when seeing ads from so many other companies and DIY options available. So we checked every source out there in depth before deciding what was the best for us. In the end we found ourselves right back at ADT. I am employed within a police department for over 30yrs now and knew what all I demanded with a system, so cost was the main purpose for the lengthy search. My review and testimony would be that ADT should, at least, be a company to research, because what we found is that there are many options on how and what price to equip your home with the best system and keep it at the price you choose. So, after a lot of negotiating (with only the installation company who sells the equipment and does the install that works with ADT) we found that the home visit was worth the lengthly time it took to get to finally what we wanted at a price we wanted. ADT itself is a great company however their installation company salesman reminded us of a used car salesman, with that being said, we have now purchased the perfect alarm system with everything we insisted upon and at the price we wanted. Once the price was settled and in writing on our contract, we finally enjoyed our salesman! So just understand the salesman's job is to sell and install equipment, he is a great guy however still a salesman doing his job. Just know that YOU are in control. So in the end we purchased everything we wanted and now have the best monitoring alarm company out there, in our opinion. So, if ADT, the best company out there in our opinion for our protection, is the company you want - go through the home visit and car salesman to get it. We couldn't be happier. After all is said and done now, we have the best for a price that equals the rest!

Technician was friendly and very informative. However, it would have been nice to have some sort of appointment confirmation earlier than the day before my appointment. When I told the technician that I was only able to get off for two hours from work due to the short notice, however, he was very accommodating and got the installation completed quickly.

My installer Carl was very helpful, patient, and did an excellent job explaining everything about my system. Where I had an issue was with the initial sales call. The gentleman I spoke to told me that all my equipment that I needed would be covered by the special deal I was getting for being military. I was also told that the installer would have Kwikset locks that I could get with the $600 in extra credit he got his manager to hook me up with. There were no locks and ADT doesnt install them. I ended up paying closer to $1,000 than having everything covered. Carl gets 5 stars. I relayed information to Carl that I had been told and he had to apologize multiple times for the misinformation.

For a bright earthly morning our technician was very friendly. Spent about 4 hours in our home going over where the panel should go and what our best options would be. He took his time to explain everything including the equipment that ADT has. Overall, it was a great first experience with ADT.

Just met the young man for the first time. He was receptive to my desires that do not necessarily fit with the company's rules, i.e. need to be contacted prior to arrival so dogs are in the house, etc. He seemed interested in doing a good job for me. I like him so for.

We just had our security system installed, we're so happy with the results. We had a very friendly service technician named Dustin. He did a great job and was very respectful to us, our home and our pet. We requested some addition equipment for our home for maximum protect. I was a little shocked at how steep the equipment was. However, we were presented with addition savings. Also, they offer several payment options, up to 4 monthly payments.
