The work area is very filthy. Not just messy from current orders, the cutting board has deep stains that are bacteria growth. The health department should come visit. Niki the owner also wore a filthy apron. Not just a little dirty, and then wipes her hands on it while making food. They forgot part of our order so I called Nicki and she decided to be unprofessional. Her attitude was unnecessary. Good customer service would have been "Im so sorry we did that, I would love to make it up to you and buy you lunch" NOT "mistakes happen, why are you calling my phone, this conversation is taking 4 minutes and that is 4 minutes too long" and then proceeded to lie to employees about me and the story that happened. And went crying to my boss which had nothing to do with it.
