I called at 1220 for a champagne cake for my mom's birthday and I received a return call at 1237 letting me know it was ready. Now that's what I call FABULOUS SERVICE from a GREAT LOCAL BUSINESS!! These are the BEST cakes around! I also love their frosted sugar cookies at Christmas. I certainly have the waistline to prove it during the holidays. Old-fashioned yumminess that takes me back to my childhood. Thank you Hempl's for continuing to make Great Falls GREAT!!

Some of the best baked goods you'll ever have! Donuts are amazing, as well as everything else they have to offer! The store itself looks a little run down, and I often get scared they closed. But trust me! It's worth going in.

HORRIBLE a customer service!!! My Aunt and Uncle were flying in for a surprise 50th Wedding Anniversary party out in Augusta and we’re picking up TWO cakes from Hemple’s. Their flight was delayed. They called Hemple’s and said they were in the way but wouldn’t make it until 5:10p.m. Because of the flight delay. They asked if someone could PLEASE stay after they closed at 5 p.m. so they could pick up the cakes for the party that night. They were told NO!!! What...NO, someone couldn’t wait 10 minutes so a less than average, poorly decorated pre-ordered cakes for a party that evening couldn’t be picked up! WOW!!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! Cake was less than mediocre and service was despicable!
