Wow is an under statement for these donut. Soft fluffy and lite. Melts in your mouth. I can eat it everyday with a nice cup of coffee. Only thing is they should serve the coffee hotter and not warm. Definitely recommend this place.

On the morning i had the butt of my truck hit on the freeway, police told me to head here so i wouldn't slow down traffic. Aroma heaven...we were welcomed by the sweet smell of fun and adventure. The staff greeted us and the wait was short. We enjoyed the raspberry filled donut and apple fritter. I got a coffee (free refills) and my daughter got a chocolate milk. We were ready to go and they fired up the glazed donut machine... okay you have to get a glazed donut when they are hot off the belt. Yum!!!

I can taste the donuts through the pictures. About a hundred years ago, I used to take out ski and snowboard groups. One of the MOST important jobs I had to take take care of first thing, was stopping at Krispy Kreme for the 6 dozen fresh baked donuts on my way in to open up the skate/ski store so everyone could meet up. Horrible. Plain and simple. Ordered a frozen mocha coffee. The worker asked me 3 times if that meant chocolate. Then put a fourth of chocolate sauce and 4 drops of coffee in it. It literally turns your stomach with every drink. Ended up throwing away $12 worth of stuff from this place.

Krispy Kreme excels at the light and fluffy melt-in-your-mouth glazed donut. There are better places to get cake and sour cream donuts, but those are pretty good here as well, and you don't have to get here by 8 am before they run out. The Bavarian cream here is a bit too sweet.

Went there to get a dozen lemon glazed doughnuts. I asked the counter person for a dozen lemon glazed doughnuts and she proceeded to fill the box with lemon filled doughnuts. I said no no I want lemon glazed doughnuts not lemon filled. She asked if this was something I saw on Facebook and told her no I don't have a Facebook account and saw that krispy kreme was advertising them. She said we are not participating in that promotion. I said you got to be kidding me. Maybe they should have been as there was no other customers except me in the store and the help more interested in discussing whether the song is Wooly Bully or Bully Bully. I guess this will be the second krispy kreme to go out of business in Billings due to lack of customer satisfaction and keeping the premises clean.

Oh man. Their drive through is a hot mess. Took them FOREVER to get 4 cars through and they kept asking me to repeat my order to them. They had five people there but only two of them were actively filling orders. The red head lady (I'm assuming the manager) seemed so stressed out and rushed and she angrily snatched a box out of one of male employee's hand as if it was his fault that she doesn't know how to properly manage a team. I was not impressed at all.

Donuts are really dry by early afternoon. They said they needed to work on covering them and storage to keep from drying out. A month late, still dry. They must only have donut holes in the morning, whenever I go after 22, they are out of them. Frequently out of chocolate, etc. Never see cars there...maybe they aren't making as many in the morning as they used to due to lack of customers.

Terrible service! I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru with two cars ahead of me. Then when it was my turn the lady made me wait another 10 minutes just to get my order. All I wanted was a dozen glazed donuts. I waited up the window for five minutes to pay. Then after I paid the lady took another three minutes to give me a premade box that was sitting next to her.

I like this place a lot, they have been here for a long time, and I have many memories here. The hot sign is a plus, but unfortunately, they don’t have free donuts anymore. They could at least make it where you buy a donut you can get a glazed free. The donuts are expensive, I like to go here when I have a little extra change. Going when it's not busy seems to be key... Had our pick of a dozen varieties or more, helpful staff who were patient as we decided and of course, it's Krispy Kreme, so the donuts are production line quality, uniform Krispy Kreme style packed with sugar. Don't expect gourmet handmade flavor, but they're good for what they are. Fruit flavors like strawberry and apple fritters were the best.

The guy who helped us was rude and was rushing us even though we were the only ones in the store. He didn't pay attention to what I was pointing to and asking, so we got the wrong donuts. We ordered an iced coffee, but waited 5 minutes because everyone was too busy working the drive thru window. After getting the coffee it was disgustingly sweetened. We asked them to remake it without sweetener, but they poured hot coffee over ice which tasted burned as if it had been in the carafe too long. The website also said their hot light would be on at 11 am. We got here around 11:05 and they were making creme filled donuts, but they weren't ready. If we wanted them they wouldn't come with any glaze. Very disappointed and will never come back to this store.

I have gone to Krispy Kreme to get donuts through the drive-thru which is a very quick experience, simply because you're not ordering a burger with fries just a donut! I also have taken my kids there and have dined in with them. It was a great experience for my kids as they were able to see how the donuts were made and enjoyed some freshly made donuts following. Krispy Kreme is a good donut shop no matter where you find one. In this particular case they do just as good a job as anywhere else. I find that they are above average when compared to most donut shops, and I do consider myself a donut connoisseur. The original glazed donut is the best thing they offer but every now and again they'll offer a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup cream filled donut that is really delicious.

I tried Krispy Kreme donuts twice today..., the first time and the LAST! I tried the maple glazed bar this morning and the first bite left my mouth covered, inside & out, in an oily film. The 'maple glaze' was sooo sweet it made my false teeth hurt! The glaze was too granular & thick. The other donuts were also an oily sponge & too sweet. It would be nice to have some unglazed donuts options available. Lastly, the customer service was lacking, on the phone & in person.

This particular shop is located in the Rainbow Springs Shopping Center. This visit was rather late at night and and apparently a lot of other people had the same idea to buy doughnuts....was very busy. There was a warm “welcome” from the young man behind the counter with an offer of a free sample of a warm fresh glazed doughnut...delicious! The selection of doughnuts was difficult, but ended up with two dozen of a mixture between cake and plain glazed and creme-filled ones. I really liked the Oreo doughnuts and the lemon and raspberry filled ones. The young man’s personality was fantastic, as well as his ability to “multi-task”...great customer service...friendly, smiling, cheerful. (believe he was Riverside, California)

I first heard about this establishment during their double hundred dozen doughnut promotion. I decided that I must try some of their product as soon as I could. If I liked the first one maybe I could move on to 2400 of them. Ever since this shop was first graced by my presence, it has enjoyed my patronage at least once a month. The doughnuts, which I often get in just plain glaze, are always fresh and warm, as well as delicious. While I do enjoy the doughnuts I have not yet worked up to 2400 at once. Maybe someday. On top of quality food and drink, the restaurant is clean and the service is good. Parking is not a hassle and I am able get in and out quickly with no hold-ups. 5/5 would feel guilty about eating 8 glazed doughnuts by myself again.

Lots of doughnuts to choose from. It is a lot of fun to watch the cooking process. They have a glass wall through which you can view the dough going through the warming, frying, and glazing process. Sometimes the line to order was so long it went around the corner into the dining area. Other times it was only a couple of people deep. Even with the long line I don't think anyone has to wait more than ten minutes to place their order. YMMV.

I don’t get it with this location. Seems every time I stop in the customer service gets worse. It’s like the employees think the customer is a pain to deal with. I buy a lot of product for my customers and seems every time I go in, they don’t have any donuts left. Such as today, gal behind the counter says they have a gigantic order. Bad experience today. I dropped into their drive-thru to get a donut and a large cup of coffee and first off their speakers broken so badly that it's difficult apparently for those kids to hear me even though I can hear them just fine. I order a large coffee and two donuts and pull up to the window. The kid asks me for $4.79. I thought that was a strange amount considering the coffee was only supposed to be a dollar due to their summer special and questioned him. He promptly disappeared and came back with a receipt for $3.79. Then he disappeared and I didn't see him again. Then my coffee comes and it's a small. I questioned the new kid and he has no answers. Left and don't know when I'll be back. I might have to try a different place to get my coffee and donuts. I don't like being scammed. If they do this to every person that comes through their making good money off those extra bucks. Ask for a receipt if you want to make sure you're not getting scammed.

Dine in area was a mess and no one seemed concerned about cleaning it. Guests were rude letting their children play tag in the establishment and no one wanted to do anything about it as though this is common behavior when something was mentioned to staff they just brushed it off and did nothing. Definitely go through the drive thru or take and go.

They don’t take the time to clean off the donut debris between customers, even at the end of the day when the store is empty. The counter service was fast and polite. Most importantly, their air-conditioning worked well on a humid 91-degree Fahrenheit day. I’m not a fan of the amount of sugar in KK donuts. The shelves appeared well stocked at 6PM on Sunday. That seems like a positive vote.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Not only is the wait exceptionally long but the drive from the Heights for a poorly advertised product makes this entire endeavor a slap in the face. My friend drove 45 minutes round trip, waited in line for only God knows how long and spent $60 on Valentine’s Day donuts for her daughter’s class only to arrive to her class with donuts that she couldn’t have made WORSE if she’d tried to do them on her own. She could have gotten a way better at any grocery store but what makes it worse is little mom and pop shops, who take PRIDE in their product, have to work 10x harder to even stay in business when big business like Krispy Kreme come to town. On top of that this mogul decides it is acceptable to waste peoples time, effort and money by sending out a product like this in the HOPE that no one reviews it or posts their subpar performance for others to see. This is unacceptable and frankly it’s insulting, I highly doubt she’s the only one to receive such crummy treatment. I am very disappointed and know from now on to steer clear when I expect a quality product.

Best. Donuts. EVER! They beat any other donut shop by far! Their donuts taste like eating your childhood (in the most metaphorical way possible)! Krispy Kreme is like the Krusty Krab of the donut world. You take a bite and you have ask yourself, "how do they make such a masterpiece?!". Highly recommend it. And the best part is, when you walk in, you get to see the whole factory line as the donuts get made.

Never enjoy my experience here. Yet I continue to come back. Employees or should I say children have little to no customer service ability. Someone NEEDS to open a Dougnut Shop that actually cares and makes GOOD doughnuts. It is an art and a craft. I also always feel rushed for no reason, tonight the kid had me picking over another couple. It seemed unnecessary and uncomfortable. I'm going to do my best to not come back.

Well gee its great. I do however wish the dozen mixed were less and based on type not style. I usually get half glaze and half special and have to pay special price for all. There should be a better price point for blended mixed. I get the sour creme old fashioned and the chocolate covered creme filled and glaze for my son. Plus milk to drink there. I almostvaleays eat one too many but gosh they be tasty.

This Place is Horrible I partially blame their Corporate scumbags that force these Counterproductive Operating guidelines. They only make coffee when requested so that takes time keeping the customer waiting. In then the two Employees working kept handing off who was gonna make my coffee to each other which took 13 minutes to get my Iced Coffee. I rarely eat donuts but when i do i don't want them Cold as Ice which is what i got this last time i went. If they refuse to not make fresh Donuts All day then they need to Keep them hot in the Display Case or Heat them up for you with out any hesitation whether it be Microwave or a Heating Device of some kind. . . . . . . . .PERIOD! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Just stopped by for a veterans day free donut and coffee and the manager was super friendly. He told me about how their donuts are made fresh several times a day! Apparently they use such fresh ingredients that they actually go bad/stale a lot faster. There is a large variety of donut flavors and they are pretty much all soft and delicious.

The doughnuts are always great! You can easily spend a small fortune on a dozen and we always do. What's a bit disappointing, especially for the kids, is they apparently don't hand out the free hot doughnuts while you are waiting in line anymore? This has been the case the for the last two visits. We enjoy going there and seeing the conveyor system but the experience is incomplete without the smile and free sample for the little learners. I would recommend providing an experience to your customers and not just being "another" doughnut shop. Because that's what's happening. And we are there during the hot hours...

As far as Krispy Kreme's go this one is a bit disorganized. Last visit they were out of coffee, it was a Sunday evening, but seriously they were out of coffee. Today, no small coffee cups, and out of French cruller's. The girl behind the counter was very friendly and apologetic, she upped the star 1 spot.
