A great place for wedding cakes. The absolute best Bavarian cream cakes. We showed them ideas for scroll design from a friend and they made it happen. Since than it's been requested by several others, which is awesome. The prices are also a great plus!

I received a great surprise today!!! A Strawberry Cream Cake from Fleur De Lis Gourmet Bakery for my Birthday! What a great gift from my three daughters who are always so very wonderful to their mom. Thank you for sharing this cake with us on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. This cake is like none other. They have small individual petite cakes to try for $5.00. Great customer service.

The king cakes were recommended by a friend. I got the praline pecan and cream cheese. They warned me that it was a different style. The cake is a flaky pastry. It is very good. It is rather small for they price they charge. It's about 12 inch circle for $35 - about double what I would expect to pay somewhere else for that size. Everything else in there looked very good, but also overpriced.

I visited here from out of town because I was nearby. That was a lucky chance for me!! The drip coffee was surprisingly good, and the treats were superb. I'm sorry that this place isn't in my home state, because it absolutely deserves a return visit.

Picked up a dozen of gourmet dipped strawberries for Valentine's Day. The quality and size were way better than anything you can get online. It was also cheaper because you don't have to pay the extreme shipping cost. They sell out fast so just call in advance. I highly recommend them. Support your local businesses.

We stopped in Fleur de Lis today and bought a strawberry bavarian mini cake, cannoli, eclair, and 2 croissants. Everything was excellent! I don't typically like cannolis, but this one was great! The strawberry bavarian was incredible!!

Unbelievably good Danish and pastry items for a little small bake shop. The apple Danish along with the maple pecan Danish items were some of the BEST I've ever had. They could make a living just selling those items. I didn't really try anything else - i'm not a cookie person. The Danish items on the top shelf as you walk in are their specialty and they are superb. One or two of them will fill you up for most of the day. Delicious! Especially good when You've got a long road trip- why waste money on those awful Dunkin donut fast food items when you can come here? These guys should be baking for the local casinos- their Danishes would keep the crowd coming back. THe next time you're passing thru on I-10 you should drop down like on Lorrain road exit and give them a try. Get there on a tues- thurs late morning before they sell out- they don't make a lot of them to keep their costs down and usually the Danish items disappear after 1 pm.

GREAT and AMAZING quality and taste. To Tanya Davis the girl that posted that the price was too high and quality not good. Maybe what she really mans is it is out of her budget because it is definitely worth the price and as far as taste she must of got a store bought cookie or tart mixed up with one she actually bought from another store because nothing at this store taste like a grocery store bakery FOR SURE!!!! I am sure if you truly were not happy they would of refunded your money but since you did not mention a refund that means it was delicious and you ate it all so there was none left for a refund...Smile..

I've always been impressed with their cakes, however today I was even more impressed with the service. Very friendly! I had my baby boy with me and they carried my cake out to my car for me so I didn't have to strap him and and then go back into the store. It's the little touches that make the biggest difference!

Good customer service however, the selection (at 1:30 p.m. on a weekday) left something to be desired. And the prices are EXTREMEMLY high for the quality. I was NOT satisfied with my $5 chocolate tart (boring) and my $1.75 cookie that tasted store bought. Keep shopping if you are looking for a good bakery and reasonable prices.
