My favorite place to buy pan dulce (Mexican sweet bread) in the Twin Cities! More tender, flavorful doughs than most places, and well-done toppings. The cemas are plain sweetbread, but the conchas are covered in soft doughy sugar topping, and the novias (my favorite) are always delicate and delicious. Have been coming here for probably over 20 years and have not found a better place in the Cities, especially for speciality breads like Rosca de Reyes (Three Kings Day bread) or Pan de Muerto (Day of the Dead bread). Wish they would make buñuelos, but other than that, this place is fabulous! Get there earlier in the day for the best selection and softest bread choices.

First i saw roaches on the shelves. I dismissed this and proceeded with my purchase. I got home and enjoyed my first Empanada! Mmmmmmm! But the second one I had turned out to have mold on the bottom. YUCK! Never again. Don’t support this bakery please. Take your generous service somewhere else.

This place has hands down the best tacos in the city! Pretty cheap and plentiful. I come here often and never disappointing. Looks like they are expanding and renovating the building! Looking forward to more!

I love the automico Flavor cake which actually the only reason i brought my daughters birthday cake from here 2 years in a row however both years they fail to get the picture i wanted on the cake. Didnt even let me know that it wasnt gunna be how i wanted it till they very last minute. I was a really big fan of here cuz their bread taste so fresh& that automico Flavor i havent found Any where else or close to it. However the thing with the cakes really bothered me! Also unprofessional!
