This place may be great for employees but its a joke for drivers. Hopefully the day shift has their act together better than the night crew because this is insanely frustrating. No direction aside from go to 10 different places at 8 different locations on the property just to find out where the empty lot is. If you like scavenger hunts this is a great shipper if not well... you've been warned.

Come in at gate 1. Small place. No overnight parking. Unloaded me in 15 minutes once I got a door

Driver here. Arrived there in the evening for the morning appointment, they let me in, unloaded it, and they let me stay on the dock until the morning. (It was until noon actually!) This happens once in a year. Thank you, nice people. You're awesome.

This place is extremely disorganized and God forbid you turn into the wrong gate they expect you to back a semi into traffic without assistance. All they could say is "there was a huge sign" in a mocking tone, which once committed to the turning safely it is not clearly viewable and they admitted that this happens all the time. On the main road it is still confusing as admitted to by the Shipper because you see two driveways that tell trucks to enter here. The security told me there is nothing she could do. They finally sent someone out to watch me but he said he couldn't offer any assistance for fear of losing his position, so he was chatting with a fellow employee in the car parking lot and watching me. I was frustrated to say the least. No one knew where my loaded trailer was and then to top it off the doors weren't closed properly so I had to obtain a new seal. The yard guy was the only helpful person on site. Its like a Scavenger hunt you have to go to 10 different places and drive a huge truck too close to the pedestrian walk in gate over and over, leave your truck in a circle and walk into some obscure location you would never know was the shipping office without flagging down the Yard guy.
