Very good pastries, bread, cakes and coffee. Friendly staff, quick to take your order. Breakfast sandwiches come out a bit slow sometimes... but are absolutely worth the wait.

They gave me the wrong order on everything I asked for, the cookies were a different flavor, the sandwich was on the wrong bread plus the substitution asked for was ignored, and the ice tea was practically water that was given to me overflowing from cup with no napkins. The sandwich took over 10 minutes to be brought out and then it was made wrong. When I tried to get any of my order corrected the employees were having a great time in the kitchen giving no attention to the front store. I had to call several times to be heard over their great time in the back for assistance. Not going to be a repeat customer I can be ignored elsewhere for free.

Just have to say placing the order was a bit difficult with the cashier but Deanna emailed me to make sure to see what I wanted and made some changes to what the cashier had put and did a amazing job doing what I wanted with a custom cake on such short notice great customer service and communication to make sure expectations are met

This place USED to be the BEST. Then they expanded and started baking off site. Since then everything that I usually get has gone right down the tubes. Their eclairs were second to none. Now they are soaked on the bottom so thoroughly that it falls apart when you try and lift it. The amaretto cookies with the cherry in the middle USED to be chewy and spectacular. Now they are dry as a bone. It goes on and on The owner not only doesn't care about complaints, he, well, just don't complain. A better idea would be to avoid this place until they learn how to make things in one place and transport them to another without ruining the product completely. I WAS a LOOOOONG time customer, but I've thrown my money away there for the last time. I kept thinking it was a fluke, but flukes don't get repeated over and over. Side note, I was a cake decorator and finish pastry guy at a couple bakeries back in the day. I worked at Esposito's Bakery and Salvatores, both since closed. We would NEVER have put products out for sale like these

D'Amiccis Bakery has been a landmark in Lynn for a long time. It is one of the best bakery's especially in the city! Sometimes service is slow but it is due to the laid-back atmosphere & they're very picky on who they hire, for it is still family owned. I ordered a cake for my grandson for his birthday party and it was the worse cake I ever had, it was so dry and taste like it was made weeks ago! I would never order a cake there agian.It was so expensive for an awful cake! Market basket cake was 10 times better! So disappointed!

I went in one day, and I met Lucy! She is so nice and sweet! Made the food I didn't have to wait long she brought the food out to me and everything! I called to place an order and again Lucy answered! So sweet, sometimes I can be pain because I like to try new things and she explained all the types of bread gave me her recommendations! She is just the best! I go to the bakery all the time now just because she made both experiences so pleasureable!

This place is okay, they made my daughters communion cake, we ordered a sponge cake with fruit inside. The decorating was beautiful but the cake tasted disgusting, I know I’m not the only one at the party who thought so because no one ate the cake. But we had also gotten cookies and cupcakes from there, they were very delicious.

D'Amici's made my daughter's baptism cake! It was wonderful everyone loved it it was delicious and beautiful. They did an amazing job listening and executing my vision. Not only that but they did an amazing job making sure the cake was safe since people at the party had food allergies.

She was kind, professional, and unbelievably helpful in planning the dream cake for our special day! Our two-tier mocha buttercream & ganache cake was not only delicious, but expertly decorated. I highly recommend this bakery to other brides, or anyone looking for a masterful confectionary work!

This review is long overdue... I called up D'Amici's a few Saturday nights ago minutes before closing looking for something sweet for a special event I had coming up. The girl who took my call (Destiny) listened to every detail of what I was looking for attentively and then told me not to worry that she knew exactly what I needed. When arrived at the store I was greeted by both Destiny and Teddy with a smile and greeting that seemed as though we had known each other for years. The sweets I came to pick up were nicely packaged and extra care was taken to make sure that everything was sealed neatly and looked presentable. The customer service I received from both Destiny & Teddy was the kind of service that will never be forgotten. I'm very appreciative to them both for the service they delivered and warmth with which they greeted me. Without a doubt these are the kind of young adults that need to be recognized for their commitment & dedication to their work. Today i went in to buy a cheese cake at 8:05am to for a celebrations the doors were not open..one of the workers. Saw me there waiting and continued to ignore me and finally opened the door at 8:15 unlocked the door and didnt even open the door. The place should open at 8am. I said good morning she roled her eye and walked way. This is not how you treat customers very rude and unprofessional. Sadly wont go there again. Wish i got her name. So i could report this

Omg! So delicious! We stopped in for a breakfast sandwich. Their breads are all handmade and fresh. I had the Viva la France—- soooo good! I also tasted the chocolate fudge torte and strawberry cheesecake. Holy smokes::: so amazing and decadent. The staff and service is on point and quick. Great little spot to eat! If I lived nearby; this would be a regular eatery for me.

Get sandwiches there and they are awesome however the customer service is awful. Everytime my wife or I call to order a breakfast sandwich the people who answer usually have an attitude like we are bothering them. Very rude and unprofessional.

OMG. The bakery products to die for. The butrercreame frosting is smooth and rich as Harry Bellefonte in his prime. The Scalli bread is baked fresh and is old school Italian good. Best chicken cutlet sandwich i had in years a and a vast array if deli meats. If you don't care about your waist, thus is the place to go.

So there was a job posting on craiglist and I contacted the Ad wanted to just make sure of it and also asking about the pay , no reply so I introduce myself again two days after sending a similar message wanting to know about the pay because on the website it just said hourly pay plus tips (it's okay to double check on information and get the exact information) in return I get a email back saying " We did not respond because that information was in the ad and If you did not take the time to read the ad and understand it, you would not be a good fit for this job." I was completely shocked reading it , very judgemental people no interview no phone call no nothing but seem to know I was not going to be a good fit.

2 years in a row I have ordered cakes for my daughters birthday and both times were given over a weeks notice and paid for them in full. Both times we have gone to pick up the cake and nothing is made . Today is my daughters birthday and no cake was made to pick up at all. Then they had the audacity to question whether it was paid for.. My wife was so emotional that she started to have a panic attack while driving home. And my daughter is home crying because there is no cake. This Baker made us alter our design on the cake which was very basic round cake with yellow piping covering the whole cake to match the Pikachu decoration. She refused to do that and said that she would only yellow pipe around the rim because of her hands. So the cake was altered to benefit her not wanting to do the cake the customer wanted. So we agreed just to make sure we had a cake and still they never made the cake. Everyone in my family is going crazy right now trying to find a solution. At the end of the day I will be showing up to the main Bakery in the center of Lynn demanding a refund for the inconvenience , the hassle, and the emotional damage they caused my wife and my daughter. If they refuse the refund then I will cross the street and file a civil suit for the emotional damages they have caused our family twice now. This is the most unprofessional and unorganized bakery I have ever delt with in my entire life. So irresponsible!!!!!!

Great pastry selection. Homemade breads. Breakfast sandwiches are awesome. Salads and Italian meals are decent. Cakes look impressive but I haven't tried them. Ample seating. Things that could make this a 5-star place: better/stronger espresso drinks; restroom for customers; Wi-Fi.
