Don’t carry smoothies even though the menu states they do. Asked for a larger bag cause I purchased several items the woman working looked at me like I had seven heads, needles to say they didn’t have bags. Terrible service

One word "Tasty" it was great food 2nd floor sitting area is very comfortable there's free WiFi, the coffee is really good and, they have a unlimited refill cup you can buy if you frequent there it's great. Definitely try this place if you have the chance!

Cash only at the time i went and the pastries were a little stale but they did taste pretty good. Wouldnt get the pecan bun again though Coffee was indeed coffee.

One of the employer was very rude . I asked her to bake the bread for me and she burned it on purpose . She was also speaking her language with a friend !!! She is the cook in the afternoon shift ... Very poor service :(

A little overpriced. The chicken Caesar wrap was shredded with mayo or something and was not good. I expected actual chicken breast since the Chipotle turkey sandwich was actual turkey slices.

The food was barely good and the service is worse than the food. I ordered a pain bagel and veggie cream cheese, a small oatmeal, and a grilled cheese. I got my bagel in a timely manner but the other items took more than 20 to make. Once I finally got the rest of my order. I need it to dress up my extremely bland oatmeal. I waited yet another 5 minutes while servers walked past me, until a manager asked if I was all set. That's when I had to inform him that the brown sugar was old and dry and they were all out of a couple other condiments. That place is not very friendly. The manager was probably the only nice person there, and to say

The menu is a mixed bag of good and mediocre. The pastries and coffee are both nice. Staff was apathetic and seemed unfriendly. The porter was fastidious and thorough.

I've only been here twice but the young lady who takes my order was so very nice that I had to write a review, I will also be coming back. I recommend the turkey bacon melt. I'd give it 5 stars but I didn't tour the entire place.

I was pleasantly surprised by the ability of the sandwich I got here. However, I will say this location was kind if dirty and the tables were somewhat sticky. The upstairs is nice though as you can look ovet the street as you eat! Overall. I think I will definitely visit au bon pain again but likely will go to another location.

Very nice cafe. It's never too crowded and has a second floor as well. The sandwiches are really good, they're great for breakfast lunch or dinner. If you need a quick bite and you work in that area it's a great option. Also convenient if you want to work or study there.

The elevator smells of urine as well as the seating area on the first floor. This place is filthy and disgusting. Do not eat here. Major gross, couldn't eat the food. The cashier was picking his nose. Will never go here again.

Staff here is friendly but I'm grossed out by one of the male staff who cuts his finger nails in the upstairs sitting area in front of customers and leaves his trash on the floor! A staff member walked by him but turned a blind eye. That's really unfortunate... :(

Sad excuse for a 'bakery'. Just ask for a fresh baggete and see... They will serve you last night bread and ask if you'd like it toasted, like that's enough a substitute for fresh bread.
