The owner ( I think hes the owner ) is such a nice guy! I work at the mall and he always looks out for us ! The restaurant is clean, the pastries look amazing ... I love the cannoli and dip!

My coffee was delicious. Pastries were okay. We spent about as much $$ as we would for a dinner, so that was kind of a bummer.

Always yum! Amaretto cookies are just the best!!! Cannolis are always fresh and packed with filling. Love the tiramisu too. Everything I've tried was always good and packet with flavor. Coffees good too. Indoor/outdoor seating.

The cookies and dessert are very good but customer service is not. On Saturday 7/7/18 at 2:15 PM the ladies behind the counter were so rude. They didn’t want to help and then they both left into the stock room.

Very disappointed. I love Vaccaro's but their prices have gone up and their quality has gone down. I stopped on a Sunday evening to get dessert for a family dinner. I bought 12 mini cannoli's, paid almost $40, including extra for them to fill the shells, and while the flavor was okay, the consistency was like soup. I took them home and put them in my freezer for 20 minutes hoping to help firm them up but it didn't help at all. Because I cannot "respond" to a response I would like to edit to add... Buying the "kit" was an offered option. I chose to pay extra because I didn't have time, supplies, or the inclination to fill them myself, otherwise I would have made a dessert, not gone out to buy one. I was on my way to a family dinner, as previously stated. Also, this is an accurate portrayal of exactly how the cannoli were served to me. The "heat did not get to them" as implied, unless they mean the heat in the store, which did not feel like it was an issue, at the time of purchase. I literally live 2 minutes from the store. I went straight home and put them in the freezer as stated.

This is a local chain (4 in the area). When we pulled into this high-end strip mall near a Lane Bryant and heard the outdoor speakers playing teen pop music, I knew things were not going to go well. Prices are pretty high. Bored (but reasonably helpful) adolescent behind the counter. An average selection of your normal Italian pastries / cookies, but felt like the focus was really on their gelato. After hitting some other bakeries with more selection and better prices, we decided to pass on this one.

Best cookies ever!!! Was so satisfying because after watching The Great British Baking show I was really craving some delicious baked sweets. The restroom was entirely out of toilet paper and there were not even any paper towels which was a bit surprising since they were not busy at all, but I’d still give 5 stars because the cookies were so good and the service was friendly.

I've been here twice and I have to say they have got delicious cakes. The tiramisu is really good so is the rum cake but beware when ordering they have messed my order up twice. The first time I ordered a half tiramisu and rum cake to go and when I got home found out I had a cannoli cake, the 2 cakes look the same so you won't know until you slice into it, second time I ordered chocolate covered cream puffs and was given just the cream puffs. So check your order before you walk away.

First Italian bakery I've seen in a few years and I thought it was going to be good but I was sadly mistaken. I got an Italian wedding cookie and a lemon drop cookie. The lemon drop cookie was harder than a rock and the wedding cookie was slightly softer but the flavor was bland. It didn't help that the one server/cashier had no knowledge of food service regulations and kept touching her hair and money without washing her hands before putting on ONE glove but only to still touch your food with both hands

No matter which one you go to, they are all great! Chocolate dipped canoli is the trick.
