The absolute worst experience getting a cake made. Paid $60 for a full sheet which wasn’t produced to look like the example photo provided. Uneven cake, color border wasn’t matched and sloppy unskilled application of scroll applications. Owner/decorator wasn’t onsite at time of pickup otherwise a full refund would’ve been demanded. Subsequent call was made only to be subjected to having to hear that the cake was perfect and matched the demo provided.

Wonderful little bakery. The even have lunch specials. Friendly staff and the almond cookies are delicious. The iced latte could have had more coffee than milk but was still good.

We had a very nice lunch. The chicken salad sandwich on a croissant was to die for. Nice menu choices and lunch specials. Very nice selection of bakery items. We managed to snag a variety of croissants for breakfast. They also have other pastries, fruit tarts and cookies. This place is a gem.

Al made our wedding cake - and it was absolutely beautiful! And bonus it was the most delicious cake we ever had - all of our guests raved about the cake! Service was awesome, I highly recommend Safron Bakery :) THANK YOU SAFRON BAKERY!

I am so incredibly disappointed with not only my cake/cupcakes from this bakery but the service from Al himself. He was very condescending and rude throughout the entire process but we decided to stick with it based off of our friends recommendation. Our wedding was tuesday the 23rd and what we wanted our cake to be was very simple marbling and what we got was just a gray, lop sided, patchy, wrinkled fondant cake that tasted like crisco. We also got 40 cupcakes and they were so beyond dry our guest laughed at them which was embarrassing. I am just so upset and could go on about things that were wrong but i DO NOT suggest this bakery.

Had the pleasure of eating at Saffron Bakery this morning :-) Had the cheese and raspberry Danish, baklava, bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, cappuccino and latte. Everything has a gourmet feel and taste. Prices are good and all we had was superb!

I was not able to try any of the fantastic doughnuts myself but I must say Al is amazing! I called day of to ask for some doughnuts to be delivered and he was so pleasant to speak with on the phone and really helped me make someone's day special by delivering doughnuts for their birthday. He even wrote Happy Birthday on the box for me. Thanks Al!!!

OH MY GOD. So, I get off work. It's payday. I hear this place makes great macarons and turnovers. So I stop in. He was super sweet and friendly, too. 13$ [two donuts, a very large turnover, and a six pack of macarons] later -- not bad at all -- I'm going home. AND THESE MACARONS! OH MY GOD. I'm going back later today. I absolutely am. Holy crow!

I called a few weeks prior to get a quote on a cake I wanted to order. When I called back to order the man that answered the phone was rude and wanting to over charge me. When I told him about my previous call he told me about another cake closer to what the woman I spoke with before had given me but still wanted to charge me extra. After asking if I could cancel the order he spewed off some words and hung up on me before I was about to get my question out.

It's a unique, quaint Greek cafe' style restaurant. The owners and employees are very friendly, and helpful with describing a meal item. The food is excellent, I have not been disappointed!. It is a great place to stop between appointments or classes in the area, with a medical center and Hagerstown Junior College nearby.

Well the price just depends in what you order like if you was to order a roast beef pesto that would be like 3.50 per roast beef pesto. I actually have a family member thy works there the hours are orwty good to the latest they stay open Is about eight o'clock so I have actually ordered a roster beflef pesto and it was awesome so I would moat tecomrne this cafe and what I also like is its right beside everyday fitness so when o hey off NY shift o can j right to MT gum then to home so yeah I really like working rhwre

Stopped for a breakfast sandwich. The smells were wonderful. Homemade soup was cooking for lunch. Egg crosant sandwich was excellent with 2 eggs cooked the way you want . I like mine slightly runny till. I slipped back in for the soup and quish special. Wonderful and only $6. Big servings.

Such a great bakery/cafe! I can’t understand why anyone would go to Panera or Starbucks over this place. Amazing coffee drinks, food, staff, and atmosphere. The beautiful and delicious pasteries are the best part! And prices are really good! Definitely a gem in Hagerstown.

As far as a couple items I have had here, I am pleased, but the place needs a serious cleaning. Just look over your head and you'll see heavy dust on the lighting, sprinklers etc. I believe that a place serving food should be near spotless.
