Best bakery ever. I have gotten several cakes from the bakery for different occasions and they are always spot on. They do so well with the decorations. If you just tell them a theme, they always manage to come up with something amazing. My wife and just I bought a cake for our gender reveal and it was so cute she didn't want to cut it! Will go here for every baking need! P.S. they don't just make cakes; they can make anything, and make it good.

Amazing Custom Cakes! We asked for a yellow cake with vanilla icing and an edible green car. They also tailor to your lifestyle as we asked the cake to also be vegan. So, dairy free, gluten free, and red dye free. Cake turned out fantastic and delicious. Also had extra dazzling added on! The icing was a little sweet for my taste and could have been thinner(personal opinion) although seemed normal thickness, but it was a kids party and they had zero complaints;) With only a 24hr notice and at about $2 a piece for a 30 person custom sheet cake, I highly recommend checking them out!

I really love this niece and quitely place and for two dollars you can drink a normal size of hot chocolate and for for almost 1.5 dollars enjoy a piece of red velvet bread. And they have beguels if you would like to try.

Naomi is absolutely incredible! She and my husband know each other well, so it was a no-brainer when it came to choosing a bakery for our wedding. She was incredibly attentive, offering suggestions and ideas that fit perfectly into our idea of what we wanted for our wedding "cake" (Cake topper with cupcakes). Everyone raved about the taste, and the arrangement of the cupcakes was so fun and looked just like a tiered cake. Such a great experience!

Very good baked goods and coffee! Also the Gluten Free bread and other goods are top notch. You cannot find a better GF sandwich place in Frederick. This is not just a gluten free place. I just mean they serve both and do it well!

I would not think twice before I give these guys a 5 star. Apologies for a very late review. I ordered a cake way back in July'16 for my wife. The cake was a replica of a Hermes Birkin. Not only did it look stunning, it tasted absolutely great as well. I walked into the store exactly 9 days before the scheduled date and asked for a custom cake, other stores would just turn me down due to lack of time, however not the pleasant staff here. They were very accommodating. They helped with the flavors as well. Great job guys!!!!

I bought my wedding cake from Piece of Cake. I requested a naked, 2 tier cake. I spoke with an employee and provided pictures. When we picked up the cake it was not at all as described. It was sloppy and messy and leaning! I had to fix the cake myself. If I were having a large wedding, I would have had to get another cake. It was embarrassing. When I reached out to the store, they stated the car ride made the cake lean. Horrible customer service. The first picture is what the cake was supposed to look like with 2 tiers. The second picture is the cake that I paid for. If an employee would have told me the cake was not as expected and explained the situation, I would have been more understanding. However, the company blaming me for the state of the cake is unacceptable. They should be ashamed to put their name behind this product.

I have to sing praises to the staff at Piece o Cake. They brought my vision to life for my wedding and the product was phenomenal! The cake was light and flavorful and the frosting was perfectly sweet. The affordable price was SUPER sweet. My only complaint is that I didn't order a larger cake - I'd definitely love a few more slices!

We used them for cupcakes for a wedding reception. Not only were they absolutely amazing to work with (super friendly, prompt with any answers to questions, etc), their cupcakes were the best I've ever had. We were able to order any mix of flavors we wanted with decorations (even throwing a gluten free one in there) for the same base price. I would definitely recommend them and I will be ordering from them again!
