They have the best strawberry and cake batter ice cream. It's even better when you mix it with cake pieces inside of a waffle cone.

I'm sorry you took the time to write this review. When I talked to you last week about your experience, you told me that you did not inform my employees about your nut allergy. We take nut and all allergies very seriously in our store, and our pecans, almonds, walnuts & peanuts are right where the customer can see them. Our oven is even out front on the back counter where it is in the customers view for heating up the funnel cake. The only reason we go in the back is to get ice cream out of the freezer that has not been touched by other spades.

Decent spot. Only issue would be when my wife orders her ice cream cookie thing. Almost every time they're either out of the dough, or end up making it where the cookie is hard as a rock. For something on the menu that costs like 6 or 7 bucks to turn out poorly is a disappointment.

Icecream is good. Icecream cupcakes are good. Icecream cake is the best. Service here is fast and friendly but its overwhelming how rushed the service is. They will great you as soon as you walk in and they are always adequately staffed but do not walk up to the counter if you don't know exactly what you want.

I informed the young ladies about having allergies. The girl that took my order wasn't the person making my order. I said I needed to know the policy on nuts. They began to talk about me while waiting for the funnel cake to warm up. I wasn't completely comfortable with them after knowing it's made in a back room. I was afraid of what would happen to me.

Grand reopening usually means some improvements were made. Here grand reopening means jacked up prices. Love it size is now $7 when previously it was $5. Grand reopening also means tons of new employees that don't know what they're doing. They didn't know flavor combinations or they just didn't mix the ice cream and toppings together. I saw 2 people from different groups get their ice cream remade while I was here. Grand reopening also means they must be too busy to clean tables or the floor. I could probably overlook the new employees learning how to do their job but not when I'm spending $7 for ice cream.
