Skye & Brenden gave me quite an experience! They were very pleasant and easy to talk to. My Cinnabon was freshly made and so delicious. They put the right amount of frosting on there, I didn't need to purchase anymore! They are the best workers I have came across! 5 stars for you guys! Thank you for making my experience like no other!

Good and sweet. Used to be a daily Cinnabon customer, but last year been trying to eat healthy food. So it is a treat for me whenever in the mall. They will always remain a sweet childhood taste.

Haley is very nasty and rude. Her attitude is disgusting. I would never, never visit this establishment again, because of her unprofessionalism. When she was asked a question she became aggressive and confrontational. We wanted to wait for fresh cinnabons and she became upset. She wanted us to take what was out, as if we were using her $$$ to pay for the food. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this cinnabon to anyone.

3 Things (1) Cinnabons are never ready. When I go to this location, they're not that busy to justify things not being ready. Even on some Saturdays, the line isn't 10 to 15 people deep. (2) This location will put on a half of an ounce of frosting per bon. I guess they want the customer to pay 0.73 cents for a ex container of frosting. This location could take notes from the GreatLakes Crossing Location. Lines are longer but wait is way shorter, with plenty of Frosting on bon. No need to pay for ex (3) Cheap S#*ts

I ordered a "center of the bun" and the cashier reached for one sitting under the heating lamp. I told her I wanted one that was fresh out the oven and didn't mind waiting if necessary. She said it was ok, so I went to sit for a few minutes and returned when she signaled it was ready. As I bit into it I could tell it was not fresh out the oven AT ALL. It was cold to the touch and rubbery!! Seriously ?!? Was a fresh bun too much to ask?! Why make me wait only to STILL serve me a cold product? The sole reason for my trip to the mall that day was a warm fresh bun. So disappointed >.<

Today I visited the Cinnabon in the columbia mall and I wanted to take a moment to write a really nice review! Every time I go there, the staff are always really nice, the place is spotless, service is fast and the goodies are ALWAYS hot and fresh! Saul the manager is a really cool guy and always has a smile and helps fast. Nice work Saul! Thanks for the great service everytime!!

Today is the very first BAD experience I ever had here. I waited for a pan of cinnabons to come out the oven, after I paid in advance. For the staff to hand them out to other customers they paid after me. Extremely displeased with there service. Will not be returning.
