Absolutely horrible customer service. She can’t take any criticism. She’s extremely rude and unprofessional. She’ll end up putting whatever she wants on your cake even if you tell her specifically what you want it to look like. Don’t want flowers? She’ll put them anyway. She never owns up to her mistakes. She just puts all the blame on you.
