Excellent service and atmosphere. It's always clean inside and the food is delicious. Sweet tea isn't very sweet but that's okay. If you like your tea more subtly sweet then it's really good. I use the app to pay so I get rewards. Free cookie or pastry or croissant every now and then is nice.

First time here, went to a get together with some brazilians and I simply loved the place. The architecture, decoration, variety and quality of food, the service. I had the lentil and kale soup, dip french sandwich and a chicken meal and everything was delicious. Besides that, I bought some chocolate and almond croissants and the exquisite brulée cheesecake to go. I definitely recommend it!

La Madeleine serves authentic French cuisine. The food is very good and rich in taste. They have soups,sandwiches, crepes, and a variety of other things plus a pastry section that can out do some bakeries. They also serve wine. It is a french atmosphere with a fireplace in the main dinning area. You can eat outside as well. It's easy to see from Kaliste Saloom road and there is plenty of parking with handicap accessibility. Prices run from $-$$.

I had half a ham and Swiss on French bread, chips, water, and a chocolate almond croissant. It was exquisite! You place your order and pay as you go up, and fix your own drinks. Your food is brought to your table. Service was fast and friendly. The fireplace was on, and the tables far enough apart for conversation.

Got the "cinnamon french toast", it came with strawberries,blueberries, and maderins. It was absolutely dounced in syrup, the middle was just wet and falling apart, the outer rim was stale, and it was COLD, like did they just heat in a microwave? And not to mention that of the stawberries, blueberries, and manderins the closest any of these fruits grow naturally near france is roughly 900 miles away. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I love the atmosphere here. The seating is varied, half booth, table, bar table - cozy and tucked away to right in the middle, there is plenty of room. The food is very good, though a little more pricey. I especially like the tomato soup and the fresh bread with a coffee. Their pastries are really good, too. Last, but not least, I think the employees are wonderful. They go to great lengths to make sure you enjoy your experience. Don't forget to get the app for free pastries and discounts.

I love it over here. It's a small simple place with no pretense. We had the Chicken La Madelin and the Salmon. We loved all of it. It was tasty and the salmon was cooked perfectly. I would recommend these dishes. The bowl of Mushroom soup was so good. It was nice and creamy and perfectly made. It wasn't very thick to qualify as a sauce, but it was on that perfect line. We also had the fruit tart, chocolate tart and the hot chocolate. We enjoyed it thoroughly. The ambience of the place works perfectly with the food. We generally sit there forever! I love the small fire place. Over all, I would recommend the place and it's a thumbs up. Cheers.

Today, was a great experience at La Madeline for me. The lady at the register (Janette)went out of her way to serve me and my friend. I am on a low gi diet and she gave me what I needed to eat. The cook complied with my request and the Salmon and mashed potatoes were very delicious and cooked to my liken. My friend had the La Madeline plate, she said, she never had mushroom gravy before and ate them all up. Lol. The service was outstanding and the place, located on Kaliste Saloom in Lafayette, La. I would recommend to anyone. We met our manicurist, going to patronize the place. Kudos to service and good cooking.

We went from breakfast. Complementary bread, butter, and jam was a wonderful touch. Waffles were a little small but more traditional. Table was sticky but might just be the finish on the table. Little to no wait. Staff was friendly. We will eat here again.
