Grooming is good, but we (and our neighbors) have to call multiple times for an appointment. We keep getting told that "they will call us back", but they never do...we're giving up, and moving on to another groomer.

Cute little place with nice treats of all kinds that aren't too expensive. My coonhound is a picky eater but she really liked the biscuits. I also got a nice new leash, they have some with UNI/Iowa State logos as well: I didn't find one for Iowa, they were probably sold out!

I was simply amazed with the wonderful job they did. They put a lot of detail into their grooming and offer helpful advice to the dog owners. I've been to 4 different groomers and now I would not go anywhere else but here.

Amazing and wonderful staff! Gave our kitty a free pupcake for his birthday and chatted with us for about 10 minutes about him (he has cancer and it has been rough, but she was super sweet and gave him his birthday cake on the house)

Well. It's a cute little place. After visiting quite a few pet supply shops I've come to find that this place is expensive. Not on everything though. I felt like some items were reasonably priced while others were just ridiculous. The staff was friendly so that was nice. Dogs are welcomed in the store. There's not a whole lot of variety to choose from. There's more treats than anything. They do make the treats right there in the store where you can watch so that was fun. Some of the prices just bothered me. I also wish there were bones that weren't rawhide.
