What's not to love about Costco? Good prices, excellent selection, cheaper gas, and good customer service. We've been members for over 10 years. They dominate Sam's Club which we've tried before and didn't renew. Costco items the warehouse business for good reason, ask any member.

Typical COSTCO selection. Convenient location near I-80 and Coral Ridge mall. Friendly cashiers. Very cool indoor parking lot with seemingly endless parking space. Gas station on premises with friendly helper if needed.

Prices are always great. Now they have lots of clothes for men, women, and children to prepare for Christmas, and I found some new clothes and gifts. Try their hearing aids--great quality of the product and customer service and literally thousands of dollars cheaper than comparable aids bought elsewhere.

I have been a member for many years, but am getting frustrated in products that are here now and gone tomorrow. The level of service in the warehouse is almost Non-existent, much like any warehouse chain. I wish they would put in more personnel to assist us in the isles and answer questions and look for products. it is a pain to call the store while you are in the store when you are looking for a product because they have moved it again. The check out lines are also getting longer than ever before which is a bit concerning too. The personnel are very nice overall, but not enough of them in the retail floor space.

If you plan on shopping at Costco, make sure you have plenty of room in your vehicle, and set a budget. It's easy to go down the rabbit hole of bulk-priced shopping. There is a huge selection of groceries and household goods. There are a lot of good deals if you keep your eyes open. Membership is required, about the same price as an Amazon Prime membership. It's worth it, especially if you have several mouths to feed.

Great for pharmacy, pet foods and so much more. Membership required to shop. You can sign up for a yearly fee. For us, just the pet foods saves enough to pay for it. Also gluten free, organic items and more.

It's ok, I really wish Costco would get the technical act together and allow me to check out through the app. This store can be very crowded and busy and the lines often stretch back to the aisles (at least when I'm here). But otherwise, great place to waste hours of your life...

Love Costco, especially the increased vegetarian items the vendors are trying there. However, recently I was told I am no longer going to be welcome to come as a guest of a member. I am a very occasional guest and do not abuse the privilege. I do not appreciate Costco trying to squeeze more memberships out of customers with this policy. I understand that it seems like I am being an entitled "I want to talk to your manager" type, but if my occasional business will not be welcome, it will honestly just be a loss for Costco..

Be aware that if there is only 1 pharmacist on duty the pharmacy closes for an hour. I was there at 1:40pm. The pharmacist left a note that he/she would be back at 2:30 from a half hour lunch! Not pleased since I had driven there specifically for that prescription.

I went in to just look around. Picked up a few things and decided to get a membership card. I signed up for the executive card because they're running a promotion to get 60 dollars off if you get approved for their Citibank card. They gave me more credit then I will ever need. I'm used to shopping at Target. So everything I got was about 60% off if you compared it to the same portion sizes. I will put them all in baggies and take them to work with me. Overall a great experience. They always stop you at the door to check your items which is just a mild annoyance when they are really busy. Make sure you take your own reusable bags with you as they don't bag anything up for you.

I love this Costco. It is always clean, the employees are friendly and helpful and there are always samples to try. Customer service has always been delightful and the food court is wonderful. I've never had to wait for fresh food and it is always clean. Lastly, I've never had much of a wait in any portion of the store, even on Christmas Eve.

C’mon Costco Coralville, you’re starting to turn into a McDonalds. It’s been 3 weeks in the middle of summer and you still don’t have a functional frozen yogurt machine. Have had to seriously downgrade my rating. I've been here to shop for just under an hour now. Due to some recent surgery I'm unable to walk. I need one of their motorized scooters but there are none to be found. Costco needs to up their game for their disabled shoppers. To update, it was a total of an hour and 15 minutes before a cart became available. And just a side note, the individual using it jumped off grabbed his 4 items and speed walked to his car. Leave these accommodations for folks that need them. Just upgraded my rating. The other day when I was at Costco they were back at a complement of 5 motorized carts for the disabled. Maybe they had some out for service previously or they purchased more. Either way, good job Costco!

Costco is always clean! Merchandised well and always cool little things that compel you to buy something you had not planned. Average ticket here has to be high. Checkout is always busy but it never seems like you wait long. Sams has better pizza! The store flows really well. Food selection is awesome!

I've been shopping at Sam's Club for over 10 years and thought it was finally time to find out what the competition was all about. This is my first visit as a shopper. Prices were very close to Sam's. The difference probably comes out in the wash. Milk was 20¢ ish cheaper at Sam's but bread was 20¢ ish cheaper at Costco. Some of the store layout seemed odd to me. Like, dairy and fresh goods totally separated from other cold items. Checkout was a completely different experience then I'm used to. There were more staffed registers, at least 2 associates at every register, and no self checkout. The biggest thing missing was "Scan and Go". The lack of Scan and Go will keep me going back to Sam's when I just need to make a fast stop for a few items. I'll keep both memberships for a year and decide later which I prefer overall, but for now I'd probably still recommend Sam's.

This is your typical Costco store. Cashiers are super friendly. It's a miracle if I manage to spend less than $100 per visit. Some people don't know this yet but you do need to have a membership to take advantage of the goods and services offered by Costco.

Reddit told me great things about Costco. But I found that their selection of non-food-items was incredibly lacking. Almost all brands I saw were of inferior quality. It's cool how the parking lot is indoors, though. Reminds me of an underground bunker.

I was trying to get my flat tire fixed. The guy said he will fix it in 30 minutes. He said if we don't fix it there won't be a charge which I paid in advance $11.89. After an hour later they said my tire was not fixable. They never refunded my money and waisted 1:30 of my day. Not a good service. I like to give a F for this service.

Shoppers enjoyed lots of food samples this noon hour, only a few of us in any apparent hurry as drizzle fell briefly outside. I found potato salad, some of the best anywhere, and rode home. More shopping another day.

I am 75 years old and have wore hearing aids for 27 years. Sheena went out of her way to provide me with Above Normal service and attention to detail. I am at Costco because of the price and word of mouth recommendations by friends. I will be coming back for many years "Thanks To The Customer Service" afforded me by Sheena. Keep her she is very professional, excellent knowledge of your products, and that the time to insure an excellent fit of your hearing aids. Great warehouse store however I cannot give it five stars because they do not accept International accounts. While we were able to use our card we were unable to transfer our account from Australia to US without having to pay for a whole new account. Also I was a little disappointed with the attitude of one of the managers who I spoke to who was quite argumentative when I asked about transferring our account

My family and I love Costo. I like this location's stock better than my side of town, but I felt very unwelcomed and only 2 (cashier and loader) employees were actually kind. As I walked in the greeter checking cards rudely said to me "We're closing at 6pm" (there was still 35min left before close and I just needed to pick up 3 items.) I was in checkout line in 10min. I go through the line and the cashier scanned something that wasn't mine. Another employee had to take me aside and void it off my receipt. She was very cold and barely spoke to me, didn't make eye contact with me at all. She had to call someone else over to help her with what she was doing for my refund. Overall my least enjoyable experience. I'll just keep going to the other location much more friendly despite the stock not being the same.

I have a lot of fun going to Costco but I hate the direct TV guy that stands waiting in the electronics isle . I quit direct TV a few years ago and they still send me emails and try to call me regularly and send me regular mail . Now I have to put up with someone every week asking me why I don’t like them. I wish they would stay back at their booth like the Verizon guy does and quit harassing me every time I walk in to the store.

You can find great deals here but you do have to look. Sometimes the prices aren't all they're cracked up to be. Clean place to shop good deals on electronics lots of parking great prices on gas. They only take cash or certain types of card so be wary when you come.

Forgot my individual Costco card, was with the other member on my membership and was basically told I couldn't pay for my own groceries in the checkout line and they were forcing the other member to pay for the entire order. after she was already paying for everything & they verified my name was on the membership they then proceeded to ask to see my driver's license so they could cancel the order and re-ring it up separately which i told them it's too late , total waste of my time; hate this place. I see why Sam's club was so packed

Everybody knows Costco! This one is hugh. It has a large, under roof, parking lot. It is very clean throughout. Even the wine bottles are dust free. Everyone is helpful. The only downside for me, at least, is the concrete floors. They are difficult to walk on for any length of time for old legs. It's a very nice store.

A one stop shop for basically anything you need, but expect to spend a hundred + given itsreally easy to forget how much you have but I have a family of four, and only have to visit monthly for groceries. Ps membership does cost but you get a rebate of 10% what you spend at the end of the year which helps greatly for Christmas.

I love all Costco for their business practices and for their products. We live an hour away and make the trip up here periodically to get products that we can't get anywhere else. The employees at the customer service desk have always been very pleasant and helpful--regardless of how busy they are. They always help me with questions about my rewards certificate. Hard to live without Costco. Membership cost basically boils down to paying $5 a month to have the ability to go save hundreds on household essentials and thousands on big ticket stuff. And $1.50 jumbo hot dog w/ a drink, everyone loves that. Great pizza too. Always handing out samples of food. Some of the best staff you can find too.

Hi there, I often go with my mom in Kansas City to the Costco Wholesale for their eggs and Almond Milk. Kansas City has shoes, external coats, books, watches, cereal, Almond Milk, combination, pepperoni, cheese pizza to sell with a new membership to Costco Wholesale. Costco Wholesale has spinach, peanuts, but no romaine lettuce, because in the end of November of this year (2018) the U.S. Food and Drug administration has decided that romaine lettuce has been contaminated by E-Coli bacteria and so don't look for your romaine lettuce/any grocery stores at this point in time. I don't have any photos from their stores in the Denver metro area or the Costco in downtown Kansas City or Merriam, KS, but you should be able to buy any foods, items that you'd really like to buy for your home or apartment in the areas where you live in right now.

Go when this story isn't busy. Weekends and evening hours and be really bad here. Hard to maneuver the isles. Love the store. Sometimes with how busy they get it's hard to get tires in the automotive area, but when you get the tire service here it's the best deal in the world. Great prices and great tires. Check out area poorly organized. Displays blocked the lines. Same problem with the food court. Not enough room for the long lines. Entrance and exit reversed from the Costco I have been to before. You would think they would have them set up the same from store to store. Too many bottlenecks, especially on a busy day. I will avoid this store if I can.

The customer service, the employees, the quality of product for the dollar spent & the list goes on & on & on.......you get the point. The pharmacy staff are Not friendly at all. This includes the techs filling prescriptions. Their level of customer service Does Not come close to Walgreens. Not even in the same League. Shame. The pharmacy techs can be heard complaining about the job and how much they can't wait to get out of there. Very sad!

Best place to shop things in bulk! This is a place where you get more for less, it really helps if you have a big family you get things for great value. Other than that the perks of shopping at Costco are with Costco memberships has different options for your need and food tasting is an amazing part! Other than that you have tyre service and cheap gasoline! And Costco has a covered parking which means any season shopping isn’t tough!!

The only problem i have is that My Husband Tim put in a application in for the tire department. He went for his interview. They told him to be there at 530. He was there by 5:00 he told them that he was there for a 530 interview. Nobody new what was going on. He got this 1st and 2nd interview. They asked him if he would come back on Thursday for his 3rd interview. That Dana would be doing his 3rd interview. So Thursday came. He took off work early to get to his interview. He was really excited to talk to Dana. He had his questions ready to ask Dana. When he got there he told them that he was here for his 3rd interview with Dana. Nobody again new what was going on. 530 came and 2 people came up to him to do a interview. They started talking to Tim. Giving him the 1st and 2nd interview again. Tim told them that he already had his 1st and 2nd and he was here for his 3rd. Finally Mitch came and talked to him for 10 minutes and told him that he would call him on Monday. Tim told them that he heard about the job from his Sister that's works there. She told him to put an application in. Monday came around and Mitch never called him. So Tim finally called him and he told Tim that they couldnt hire him because his sister works there. Mitch told him that he has all the qualities that they are looking for. Told him that he could put an application in the Davenport Store. Let alone there are people that are married, engaged, dating, related. My husband took off work early to do his interviews. He really though he had the job was excited to start a new job with Costco only to get set back. Im not sure if we will continue our membership there.

Often I had been unable to find one and could not shop. Lately it has been better and I am grateful for the freedom to shop. The staff are great and very helpful. great place, you should get a membership. Great gas prices and good deals on other stuff. Have somebody get you a gift card to try it. You can get prescriptions here without a membership. The prices on glasses is great, I even took a lesser amount from my insurance for buying out of network and still came in about 100 dollars cheaper. I've got the executive membership, which, works out if you're buying for a large family. If their is a downside to a costco membership it's that you can go overboard and buy to much, trust me it's easy to do.

Busy busy busy. This Costco is the busiest one I have been to. Almost needs more check out lanes. We only go for the Kirkland brand protein bars anyway so not too big a deal. When we signed up for the membership the lady that initially helped us was really pushy about us upgrading to the $120/year membership. She wouldnt take no for an answer. Even when a new guy came to finish our sign up she was still pushing it.

It is almost similar to overland park Costco where we usually go. Very helpful and kind staff, great deals, and branded stuff! The manager we spoke to was very helpful when we couldn't buy phone there as the phone centre was closed. PS: We drove there on easter Sunday to find out it was closed (should have known, duh). So attaching the official closed days for Costco for someone if it helps.
