Sugar cookies were yummy! This is the second time I've tried cupcakes and cookies here. Tastewise, they just aren't anything special. Cupcakes have a nice density one wants in a cake, jest not much flavor. The frosting is just ok, kind of strange in both flavor and texture. There "heaping" type cookies are ok. I can see how some would love them. A little too crumbly for me. The ladies that work there are very nice and helpful.

We went in to ask about wedding options. They were very nice and walked us through the process. All the cupcakes and frosting tasted good and the price (for wedding) was good. I will definitely suggest them! It's even worth going in and seeing all the fun decorations all over the store!

Our wedding cake was beautiful. It tasted amazing. Had some issues with my cake stand & they wanted me to sign a waiver saying I was liable if it fell. My other vendors for the wedding told me not to.. we figured out a different solution. Still thought the waiver thing was weird.

A quaint place tucked away in a strip mall! It's decorated with vintage kitchen and household items. The cupcakes I got were very good and not overpriced. I will visit again!

This is a fun retro place where you can buy the artwork on the walls. The cupcakes are amazing. Moist and soft and the frosting is out of this world. They had many gormet flavor options but also your normal ones as well. They did have macroons also but I didn't see them before I had already ordered but they looked good. Definitely a cute place and we'll go back!

The customer service is amazing! However the cupcakes tasted like trash along with my son's first birthday cake though they were beautiful. Only 6 we're completely eaten out of 36. I had this cupcakes 2 years ago and thought them amazing and so I wanted them for my son's 1st birthday but it was a complete fail. I honestly wish I would have went to Walmart.

Sweet Betty's did an amazing job with our wedding cake! It was beautiful and tasted great--we got many comments about how yummy the cake was! The Bettys are all so sweet and easy to work with, and the shop is lovely too!

This place is absolutely AMAZING! customer service is FANTASTIC! Their prices are pricey. They do all kinds of cakes, treats, and they have several non food goodies. I pre ordered my daughter's cake, showed them a picture of what I wanted, and pick up my cake. They work with your schedule for pick up. They make sure you get exactly what you want.

We used Sweet Bettys for our wedding and while the mini cupcakes, cheesecake bites and macaroons turned out OK (maybe 3.5 stars) the customer service left much to be desired. During the informal tasting we paid for, when I called to make a deposit and when I called to finalize my order and make payment they emphasized how busy they were and made me feel like a nuance. Definitely one of the few pain points in my wedding planning.

Ordered my grandson's smash cake for his 1st birthday from here. It was perfect! And their different flavored cupcakes are amazing. Their pricing is very fair and the staff are all so nice and friendly. Highly recommend them.

UPDATE: one of the owners called to talk about my concerns, and she was 100% genuine! There was zero confrontation, and she actually wanted to hear what her customer had to say. She talked about how they had switched providers and altered recipes, so hearing my honest feedback helped her! Very sweet girl! ------- The cake looked very good for what it was, but unfortunately it tasted awful. It was a chocolate cake with I assume buttercream, but the cake tasted like nothing and I was even told the icing was "weird" and "tasted like wax". We had gotten cupcakes a few days before, to try the place out-- not good either. I do not recommend, unless you are looking for something that ONLY looks good. Sorry Sweet Betty's.

I ordered a 2 tier graduation cake for my son, in vanilla and banana and cant wait to see it! Their cakes are great! I've ordered 2 wedding cakes and 2 birthday cakes from them and always so beautiful and the taste is amazing :) Also got cupcakes and cookies cant say enough about how good they are. I decided to try them out today. I got a few chocolate chip cookies and white chocolate pecan cookies. I did not find them very good at all and threw them away after trying one of each. I won't we going back.

This little shop is so cute! I'm really glad I found them. The decor is so adorable, and their sweets are so tasty! My friend got a cupcake (fairly priced) and I got a few macaroons to try. They were so good!

We surprised my mother-in-law with an custom cake for her 60th birthday. She orders from Spankys Pizza so much, they know here number and greet her by name when she calls. So we asked Sweet Bettys to make a cake that looked like one of their pizza boxes (we gave them one for reference). It came out so realistic, my mother-in-law was confused why we were presenting her with a pizza box with candles in it! She loved it and it tasted great! I was also pleasantly surprised to realize they used actual icing, not fondant so the whole thing was eatable. Sweet Betty's did an amazing job!
