This is a wonderful bakery! The gluten free birthday cake we ordered for our daughter was gorgeous and super tasty. Go visit, if just for the macaroons! Consider yourself lucky that Anna puts out anything at all to purchase as a walk in. Go early and go often.

Delicious!! All the macaroon flavors were so tasty! We also had a cinnamon roll, brownie bomb, cinnamon sugar doughnut and a chocolate croissant. Everything was so very good! This was our first, but definitely not last trip!

Gluten free, dairy free almond flax bars are amazing. Macarons are perfection and unlike any that you will find in Northeast Indiana. Chef Anna's time in Europe and years in fine kitchens & bakeries show in each of her pastries and cakes.

I was so excited to try this place today. Google said they were open on Sundays and their website had zero information about times. I drove almost 30 minutes to try this place. Got here and they aren't open. Lost a star for website and another for not updating Google info.

We used Proper Pastry for our wedding g reception and were extremely pleased. Anna was polite, professional, and punctual! Everything was just how we wanted for our wedding day. We of course had some unique, great flavored wedding cakes along with brownie bombs and macarons. Would definitely recommend Proper Pastry!
