The bakery products are very fresh and the counter associates were helpful and courteous. I only gave three stars due to the fact that the entrance is not handicapped accessable even for a walker or rollator as there is a step up at entrance. Also, they do not have a public restroom for customers in need. I noticed that for cakes and other decorated items they will not do any decorating that is copyrighted or liscensed theme ie: Disney, NFL, NBA on cakes etc.

The pastries are simply beautiful. The selection is generous. They offer a wide variety of pastry related and cake making services. The counter staff was a mixed bag; Some friendly and helpful while others were cool and standoffish. Altogether it was a plesant experience and one we'll happily repeat. Recommended!

If I could choose one place to purchase donuts from for the rest of my life, this would be it. Every time I'm in Indiana, I try to make the effort to swing by Heyerly's for a dozen. In fact, passing through and finding the shop closed is a highly depressing experience. I have yet to find a better donut. Oh yeah, and they usually have donut hole samples out for an "appetizer."

The sweet lady behind the counter reminded me of my nana! I was just passing thru on my way to Ft. Wayne and it was foggy that day so I decided to stop and grab me a donut. She was so sweet and offered several suggestions..... I ended up getting the Carmel long john with the cream filling. Would definitely go again.

A VERY UNHAPPY now EX CUSTOMER! I DROVE 1 1/2 Hours to buy pies to find to be told by two ladies they closed early. That would be fine if it wasn't 4 hrs early. Told her how long I drove and I had the exact amount to purchase my usual 10 pies. Any flavor off the 3 full rows of pies in the case would be fine. Guess I was asking to much from a business who advertising says OPEN Monday through Sat from 6 to 9 pm on the net because I arrived at 5pm.
