Friendly customer service and great bread. I come here to get my pumpernickel bread and some coffee cakes. If you're environmentally friendly this is a great spot to bring your own bags and they don't mind. There are other polish products and meats. A must if you're looking for good bread.

I've been coming to Racine Bakery since I was a kid. Now I bring my kids and they love to come in and wonder at all of the cookies and cakes on display. They like to eat them too. My two favorites are the bacon buns, the Lithuanian Rye, and the Lithuanian sausage. That bread is my absolute favorite bread on the planet. Everything I have eaten, They made my brother's wedding cake and it was excellent. I just love making a trip to this place. In fact, I'm going to get down there next week!

Their Paczki on fat Tuesday rivals Weber's Bakery in my opinion and you don't have a mile long line to wait in! They have fresh breads; cakes; pastries and deli meats and sausages. Love the selection of different breads! The Lithuanian rye is my favorite. Polish rye is very good! Latvian is another one to try. Bacon buns are amazing! So many pastries & variety of baked goodies. And the deli in there - One Stop Shopping! I love it! The soup, fresh made food ready to heat at home and so much more! Daily food items & soups, lunch meat, cheese, and salads. Imported candles also available. Also frozen pierogi. Best of all open 7 days a week!

Lowest on my list of Eastern European bakeries/delis. The selection of cakes and paczki is ok, but none of the food looks or tastes fresh. Don't take your debit card unless you plan to purchase more than $5 worth of stuff.

Racine bakery is a great place to try different Polish foods. They have a variety of prepared foods as well as bakery items. Friday is fish day and I got poached salmon and grilled vegetables. Delicious. Try Polish pickles. They are so much better than the over processed stuff you get in the big stores. This is a Garfield Ridge treasure.

Well we bought some kolacky's from there. And there was hardly any filling . Very disappointed my mom and made these when I was growing up. Seems others put some filling in theirs. But this place all dough. Not very appealing. Sry but I'll do 2 stars. I hope the review stays long enough for others to read. It's truthfull maybe they will do some quality control.

The real deal. This Polish bakery has heaps of authentic and delicious cakes, paczki, meats, cheeses, cookies, canned foods, and warm cooked food. I love the chicken soup, which brings me back to my time in Poland. My husband loves the potato pancakes, cheese nalesniki, and we always stock up on frozen pierogi for dinners at home.

I have been buying 10 to 12 dozen paczki for the last five years. I can't believe how anyone can screw up a simple order so badly. I will never come here again. I will go t Weber across the street. I asked for all little paczki and NO prune and I received half big and atleast 15 prune.

Their various European Rye Breads are ' the Bee's Knees '. I currently have a loaf of wonderfully dense Latvian Rye. I've had their Polish & Lithuanian Rye Breads in the past. All are authentic, like you'd find in Eastern Europe. Prices are reasonable, too.

I am from Michigan and there is not. Lithuanian bakery or deli around our area at all!! Only Polish ones and most of them are closed (at least the ones I grew up around).All I have to say is I will be making another trip with a couple of coolers to bring back wonderful goodies that I have missed growing up!!
