There coffee was terrible when I got it it was burnt and way to expensive you can go to any coffee stand in town and getting better cheaper coffee. There baked good are okay you can tell how processed they are. There service wasn't every good either.

What a great addition to downtown Coeur d’ Alene bringing the flare of Paris and New York all bundled up in their quaint coffee and bake shop. Their signature authentic macarons are absouletly divine but don’t forget to try their other notable pastries and sandwiches along with a selection of great coffee and beverages. Tastes completely artificial, the flavor profiles were way too strong, the cookie was super thin and flavorless, might as well have eaten two tuiles with different tasting jellies (packed with sugar) in between. Definitely factory made. We could barely take small bites of each one let alone eat a whole one. If anyone has tasted a genuine French macaron would know this place is a joke. Definitely not worth almost $3 a piece. The only thing they got right was their name, because "Woops!" We make terrible macarons, but oh well. They don't deserve the 4.5 star rating they have received. The only reason I am giving one star is because the lady who helped us out was nice. Otherwise I would give a zero/half star rating if that was possible.

My daughter and granddaughter brought me to this shop on my birthday. Not only was the atmosphere beautiful, but the macarons and baked goods were delicious. One of the young ladies gave me a free macaron of my favorite flavor with a stamp on the cookie that said happy birthday! After sitting down for ten minutes or so, the owner Shelly came out to introduce herself and gave me a bag of free custard tarts because she overheard it was my birthday, they were so delicious! Shelly, and her staff, is very sweet. We love woops! We will definitely be back.

Best blueberry in town! The coffee was perfect and all of the light from the windows was inviting. I expected to be cold with the high ceilings and windows yet I was not!

Super cute place to walk into. Very clean and inviting employees. They were very sweet, friendly and helped us decide what we were looking for. Got a variety of treats and they were very delicious. Will definitely be back.

The place looks nice and the desserts were alright. However we unfortantly also decided to get lattes as well. They were a little spendy and weren't right. It looked and tasted just like some black coffee you'd get from Denny's with some flavoring added to it. It wasn't a latte at all. (No Steamed milk was added) My review is teetering between 2 & 3 stars. Unfortantly if I'm looking for a good cup of coffee, I probably won't be coming back here.

Loved loved this cute coffee/pastry shop!! Came in with a group of friends and we all had something different and were all pleased with what we got. The mocha, almond croissant and lemon macaron i had were honestly one of the best i have had, we go to a lot of different shops in Spokane/Cda area and can say that Woops is one to go back to over and over again!

A little jewel in downtown CDA. Mouthwatering desserts, parfaits, drinks, and sandwiches. They are known for their macarons which are SO good. Such a beautiful building with enormous windows that are open in the summer, and let in lots of light during the winter. The perfect place to sip on a coffee and treat yourself to something sweet. (Great location for a girl's date!)

Great venue for an early morning or anytime treat, there Americano is so smooth with non of the acidic back taste. My biggest discovery was there gifting station, my family is so 'over' collecting stuff, the beautiful gift boxes offered that I can have filled with my choice of macaron, pastries, treats, etc. is definitely a wonderful way to go for gifts for my family and friends, yay!

Super cool place with a great design and layout. The macaroons seemed expensive. Maybe they cost a lot to make but they weren't worth it for me. We ordered an assortment of 6 for $15. Of the 6 we ordered we liked Cookies and Cream & PB&J. The atmosphere is great. I'll go back to try the espresso and for special daughter dates.

Love this shop! The owner is so sweet! She takes time for every single customer and will answer any questions you have! I have visited coffee shops all over CDA, as I love bakeries and coffee shops and this one is by far the one with the kindest staff and best pastries and coffee! It is so refreshing to have someone using a different roaster and authentic pastries! The croissants are delicious and the apple and brie sandwich is to die for!!! I go every single week and never get tired of what they have!

I've been to Paris, I've been to Belgium, I've been all over Europe and Macarons are my favorite favorite treat of all times. But the ones here in the states just don't seem to ever quite end up authentic. Until now. The flavors may be a bit more varied than you'd find overseas, but the texture of the cookie itself and the filling is DIVINE! These are authentic. And yes, you will pay for the quality, but they are 100% worth it. Thank you Thank you Thank you Woops for bringing these treats to downtown CDA! My personal trainer thanks you as well for all the extra work I'll be adding to my work outs... but I say.. it's worth it!

This place is amazing. It is by far one of the best coffee and bakeries that Coeur d' Alene has to offer. I usually visit this area 2-3x a year and this is definitely a new, upcoming, trendy place to visit. The owner and staff were very respectful, accommodating, and professional. I have never had a macaroon before but I was blown away when I tried the PB&J and Honey Lavender. I also tried two waffles (butter and cinnamon) and they both were to die for (literally). I asked the owner if I could have some syrup. She told me they would not need it but still brought some out. Before she returned with the syrup, I had already ate one without. The owner was not joking when she said the waffles need nothing added to them. It was so moist and soft. Melted right in my mouth. The owner also brought out some whip cream which I tried with my second one. Just splendid! I am not a coffee person either so one of the staff suggested the hot cocoa. You will not be disappointed one bit. I highly recommend this shop. The setup is nice, the atmosphere is inviting, and is very clean. I went two days in a row because I enjoyed it that much. I also recommend meeting the owner. She is a very nice,friendly, and knowledgeable lady who answered all my questions. I never got the impression that she was too busy. She seemed very genuine and interacted with each customer that came in. Excited to visit this place again and tell all my colleagues to do the same when they are in the area.

I have been to this bakery a couple times and have been happy with the variety and service. The do have great products. I was disappointed today when I went. My daughter is allergic to eggs. The last time I brought her I asked what they had without eggs and one of their employees, who is a vegan, listed a few items she could have which was exciting. We got her a bagel that day. When we went today I thought it would be nice for my daughter to try one of the other options. When we asked what items didn’t have eggs we were told that everything had eggs of some sort. As there were bagels right there either a) we were lied to about eggs not being in the bagels, b) they have changed their bagel recipe recently, or c) they just didn’t care enough to see what really had egg in it. I’m guessing the latter as I would hope that they wouldn’t have employees lying about allergens. Disappointed.

We came in to buy some macarons for our kids and the staff was super nice. The place is cute and welcoming. We had a little bit of a hard time finding the place because there wasn't much signage. On the spendy side, and the macaroons were very very sweet and the flavors were off a little bit.

I had never cared for macarons until I tried them at Woops! The sheer variety is overwhelming, and every flavor I tried was delectable. I especially loved the variety with poprocks inside, as well as the rose (which I believe had a sort of edible gold leaf dust?). Beautiful, delicious, extravagant, while still being reasonably priced. The service is wonderful, and Shelly is awesome. Woops! is a great place to make your day special, to catch up with friends, or to just get that atmospheric instagram shot with a side of great coffee and yummy treats.
