Love they're open 24 hours with great prices! I love the bulk food bins, especially the seasonings and spices. I can buy as little or as much as I desire. Which is great for spices not often used. Or trying out new recipes. I don't mind packing my on groceries and can sort the items to where they go, making unloading them at home so much quicker. I'm enjoying their new online coupons and hope this feature will take off with more coupons on my every day items. This week alone my coupon savings was over $10. Who can beat that, on top of their already low prices?

Had the worst customer service experience at this winco. The self checkout cashier was absolutely unprofessional. I had coupons that I wanted to use and when I asked for her help with them she scoffed at me for using coupons that THEIR store issued. She said "I don't think coupons can be used at self checkout" and almost didn't help me initially. When she did decide to help, she was agitated the whole time and admonished me for not using the regular checkout. I told her I'd never had problems with using coupons at the self checkout before and after having a previous bad experience with an actual cashier ringing up my coupons incorrectly at this winco, I thought I'd do it myself at self checkout to make sure everything went through correctly. Eventually my coupons were accepted, but not before she lectured me some more (she told me how wrong I was for using self checkout at least 4 different times) and embarrassed me in front of other customers that needed help by loudly yelling to them "I'll be there to help you in a few minutes, but first I have to finish helping HER". This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had at a grocery store. I'll spare the details but she also practically accused me of attempted to steal from winco by using my coupons incorrectly (which I didn't!). Teach your employees some tact, respect, as well as how to use coupons, especially ones issued by Winco.

The store itself is good... There just isn't enough disabled parking spots... I am disabled and those spots are worth their weight in gold, so to speak... Home Depot and Lowe's have more disabled parking spots than this store. I live in Greenleaf Idaho and I will usually drive to the Meridian WinCo because of this.

Went to bakery to order my son a cake & cupcakes for his birthday but the person they had there didnt know how to properly take the order, answer simple questions or anything. Instead of helping me, she wanted me to wait 30mins to speak to someone else and wouldn't help me. I did speak with a supervisor who said she would handle it but it don't make semse to put someone in a department if they don't know anything about it. Even if they are new or still learning, pair them up with someone or something. We'll be taking our business elsewhere

They are open 24 hours. They do not carry all brands however. For most people this wouldn't be a problem. For me it's about a two star problem. Not brand loyal? This is your store! It's as busy as a certain other store that starts with W however (except at night).

My experience with WinCo Foods is as follows first of all you're met at the door by the lady that asked you if you are in fact a winner Only Winners are allowed in WinCo. I of course Am a winner and therefore was quickly allowed in and I moved right to the vegetable department where I found a lot of vegetables. Moving along through the store I noticed that everyone there being a winner was constantly high-fiving each other for being winners. All in all it was a great experience to be among my peers.

Easily the best place to shop for groceries. The store is always clean and the produce section is well kept. Toiletries are a bit on the pricey side so I stick with food items when I shop here. Be prepared to wait in line because they seem to be busy most of the time. If you have 15 items or less they do offer a self checkout section, a great feature that is becoming a standard at most grocers.

In the past few years shopping at this location my debit card would sometimes not work at the ck out lane. Running it a couple times and then good to go. Today was the worst! (And this is the only store we have ever had this problem with!!!) This am stopped at my usual coffee shop and used my regular debit card with no issues. (My bank is currently in transition to a new bank). When using my debit card at Winco there was an error several times... naturally thot this bank transition might be the problem. Activated my new cards at the ck out but still no success!!! Went to two different checkers but same result!!! The one checker even suggested I use their ATM and success received cash from my original debit card!!!! :/ So then went to a different cashier (3rd register) Tried my original card again and approved!!! :/ How frustrating!! No one, including management would take responsibility for this! They even admitted this happens a lot!!! Great Products, But WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! And I have to eat the service fees from their ATM!?!?! ;-( We will NEVER go back to this location!!! :-(

Love their bulk foods, produce and bakery. Always in stock and good prices. Carries mostly name brands along with their own brand but all at reasonable prices. Sometimes their brand isn't the best but the name brands are usually only a few cents more. Just have to kind of try it out and see. They do have a nice little selection of premade food in their deli that make a great quick dinner either at work or home. All in all a good grocery store.

WinCo is by far the greatest grocery store of all time. Seriously. It's possibly even the greatest store period. Walking into the front doors during the winter is like stepping back into the mothers womb, and summer time is fourth of July every day. The prices are fantastic with no lesser quality. It's like Costco but for a family of two and has actual bags. Would recommend. In fact, I'm disappointed you spent so much time reading this review and not shopping at WinCo.

It's my favorite grocery store in town. I've been shopping here since I was itty bitty. They have great prices on everything, fresh fruits & veggies, beverages, pet supplies, cleaning supplies, meat products, infant/toddler products, etc. I hardly ever shop at any of the other grocery stores Plus they have an extraordinary staff! For example, on my last visit the guy out collecting carts accidently hit my car with the carts. Accidents happen & I know how difficult it is to control those carts in large amounts. He apologized profusely, even though there was no damage, & said he'd called for one of his supervisors. His supervisor came running out & was very nice about the entire situation. They were both so professional about it & polite. Just a wonderful experience & I can't help loving Winco foods.

We love to shop at WinCo. The selection and prices are really good. The staff are friendly and helpful. And the store seems to be clean every time we have been there. We have been shopping here at WinCo ever since they opened their doors many years ago. And it was very helpful and beneficial when we were trying to raise a family on a budget. Feeding 3 growing kids wasn't always easy, but WinCo sure helped us out.

Winco is the number one place to do your grocery shopping !!! Great quality, Best prices in town, Courteous Check-out crew, great Deli Staff, and never crowded !!! I think I want to work there, a wonderful atmosphere. I would love it. I think if you try it you will never shop anywhere else ! Just off Cleveland Blvd, near Karcher. I forgot great hours too.

Last time I can here i started feeling very faint in the middle of my shopping and had to take a couple of sit breaks. when I was checking out it got way worse, i got super weak and I came very close to passing out. My checker Heather J (name on the receipt) was so kind and patient. The ladies behind me helped me bag my groceries and another store worker offered to help me take my groceries out. They turned a very scary and embarrassing moment into a heartwarming experience that I will definitely never forget. It turned out my blood pressure dropped really sharply and it is a semi common thing for pregnant ladies, I promise I wasn't on drugs

Although the lines are long, checkers are fast & efficient. I love the isle width, prices and fresh produce. The meat section is always clean and well stocked. The bin area for candy, beans, noodles, spices, cereal, flour, sugars and all the other stuff including the bakery are great. I love shopping at WinCo.

So, whoda thought? No store in Pocatello, Idaho but WinCo has organic chicken. They have a good deal of "stuff", but no half n half, no challah bread, no raisen bread. Their prices are lower than any other store here. They have more of _anything_ than Fred Meyer. Except those aforementioned items. Great deli. They even sell octopus, whole!

I thoroughly enjoyed visiting this store two or three times now. It seems they have everything I really need in stock. It's clean and very efficient operation going on here. Great crew working here. They are friendly and helpful. The only sticking point I have is their reluctance to accept my credit card. It will take much doing for me to shift my way of doing my own finances in order to become a more frequent shopper. This is something I'll be working on in order to take advantage of what WinCo has to offer.

WinCo offers a lot of variety at good prices. They definitely have any other grocery store beat on grocery prices. Household items are still cheaper at Walmart. I give this store 3 stars because of the staff. Some of them are great, most look like they are unhappy and treat you as such. If the staff were to cheer up, I'd give it 5 stars.

WinCo has some products others don't, and others have some you dont, that are my favorites. Good employees, clean environment, parking lot was in good shape.. One of my pet peeves are shopping carts, was "no" sanitizer for cleaning my cart, a must for this time of year.

I'd just reiterate a lot of the reviews I'm seeing here. Good parking, clean and organized store, friendly employees, good selection, fantastic prices, and short lines. WinCo often has cheaper prices than any of the competition in town. They don't always have the freshest meat and produce, but you can't beat them for bulk goods, dry goods, dairy, etc. This is the grocery go-to for most of the locals in town. The only con that might throw some people off is that they don't take credit cards, only cash, check, and debit cards. Not an issue for us, but I've seen a few out of towners get nailed by that policy as they're trying to check out.

I love WinCo! A couple things to know: they do not accept credit cards here. Just debit or cash. I'm not certain about checks. Also, you bag your own groceries. They pass the savings from not doing those things on to you! Prices are super low here! They have much better produce than Walmart for better prices. They offer bulk food, so you can put as many gummy bears (or nuts, or granola or dried fruit or flour) in a bag and just pay by the pound for that amount. I love that they have Shasta in all its many varieties. I love the quality of the food and the feel of the store. I feel like you have more options than at Walmart as far as selection goes. Overall, highly recommend!!!
