We decided to go with Stacey Cakes for our wedding because we wanted to do a small cutting cake and then have a variety of individual desserts for the guests to choose from. Everything tasted delicious and the prices were fair. She was very responsive via phone and email, sent the invoice promptly then sent the receipt promptly when it was paid. Our cake was decorated exactly how we wanted it. I would highly recommend Stacey Cakes!

Stacey created the perfect wedding cake and cupcakes for our wedding. While she was more expensive than other options, she was the best choice, because the quality was very high, and everything was made from scratch. Furthermore, everyone loved the cupcakes and they were beautiful! ...as for the other treats she's made that I've eaten...they are also wonderful. Thanks Stacey!

They made a custom cake for my dauther's second birthday and knocked it out of the park. Everyone loved the decorations as well as the cake. The frosting was actually really good, and I'm not a fan of traditional cake frosting. Our family also loves their gingersnaps!

Stacey cakes went out of their way to help make my brothers birthday special. He was doing a full house renovation and didn't make it back home to the valley for his birthday. Stacey made it possible for him to have his favorite cinnamon rolls, birthday cake and huckleberry coffee cake on his birthday while he was working.

We bought a bag of the ginger cookies and took it to our condo and between 6 people, it was gone in under five minutes! The next day we were back to buy more. Four more bags, to be precise! My wife and I had a bag all to ourselves for the next few days, and I'm fairly confident that she had two cookies, herself;) Absolutely NO ginger cookie compares, especially since most don't utilize gingerol, from fresh ginger. This was my first time here (Stacey Cakes, not McCall) and I am looking forward to August when I shall make a return trip (trips!). Maybe I'll even try a muffin or pastry. Maybe.

Our daughter wanted a dessert table instead of a traditional cake at her recent outdoor summer wedding, and cupcakes from Stacey Cakes turned out to be the perfect dessert for an outdoor summer party. We were worried about how they would hold up in the heat, and there was no problem at all with the cupcakes or frosting looking just as beautiful on the table as they did when I picked them up the morning of the wedding. All three of the flavors (chocolate ganache; carrot; red velvet) were a hit, but the chocolate ganache created the most buzz around the dessert table! The bride and groom had a small lemon poppyseed cake as their cutting cake - just for photos, really - and it was gorgeous with the light yellow ribbed frosting. And, we had little bags of Stacey's famous ginger snaps for party favors at each table and they were also a huge hit at the end of the evening after people had been dancing the night away and wanted a snack. We bought the ginger snaps in boxes and did the little cellophane bags ourselves, with handmade labels. The ginger snaps are incredible - my husband gave the highest compliment when he said, "why would anyone try to bake their own when these are the world's best." Bravo to Stacey Cakes for these amazing desserts!

Get there early for a fresh bag of fantastic Ginger Snaps. They sell out fast. If there sold out don't worry, I'm sure you'll find the perfect treat to go with your morning coffee. The soups are amazing !!!!!!!

Stacey makes the best of everything! Her ginger cookies are eaten far and wide from McCall to the Boise Valley. We ship and take them to our kids and grandkids in Hawaii. Her sunrise muffins are delicious and healthy. If you want a dose of chocolate, try her chocolate mousse cake for a special occasion. For a quick lunch I love any of her quiches and knishes -- they are incredibly delicious. We are so lucky to have such a great bakery in our small town.

Stacey and crew made our mountain-themed wedding cake. It was beautiful and delicious! We went with carrot cake because Stacey said that's her specialty, and it didn't disappoint. Like the rest of her products, I do feel like the cake was pricey, but I'm glad we went with her for this special occasion.

Stacey Cakes is so wonderful! Every time we go in to get sweets we are never disappointed! Our favorite are the scones, which change almost daily. We love the element of surprise and have yet to have one we don't like! Stacey Cakes is our Saturday morning ritual and I can't imagine a Saturday morning in McCall without them!

OH MY GOSH!!!!! The flavors in the quiche were fantastic, and the light texture they achieve in their cinnamon roll was amazing. What a delightful treat. Wish I could pack up this bakery and take it home with me.

Their retail items (2 bags of ginger snaps) were horribly stale so confirm how old something is before you purchase. I mos def did not get the "month old" discount. My dog literally wouldn't eat them. I sent them back and they couldn't be bothered to respond. Why would they? They couldn't be bothered to take their past due items off the shelf. Shameless...

Simply the best cakes, pastries, cookies, savory baked goods, and even bagels to be found irregardless of location. All handmade with the freshest, finest ingredients. She may not toot her own horn, but make no mistake, Stacey is one of the finest Party Chefs in America who happens to love living in McCall. How lucky are we? But don't take my word for it, stop by and taste for yourself. Enjoy!

We met someone out of state who raved about Stacey Cakes so planned to visit in advance. Last night we bumped into a couple who were even more enthusiastic than the first guy. All four of us had the quiche and agree it was the best we had ever had! We split a cinnamon roll, and again, wonderful flavor and lightness. The staff is great and friendly. Sadly ... they are closed tomorrow so we'll plan another trip to McCall.

Stacey is amazing and her food is top quality!!! I love her ginger cookies, quiche and torte's!!! It is worth every single penny to indulge in her Salted Caramel cheese cake. You will not be sorry. The only bad thing is she is not open on Mon, Tues, or Wed.

DO NOT go here if you are gluten intolerant. My wife was here recently and was treated like a crazy lady because she returned something that was not what she asked for. Besides that, Stacey told her she didn’t have time to cater to gluten intolerance. She gave my wife the impression that she was too good to cater to a whim! I hope she or one of her staff finds out first hand the seriousness of this intolerance. And that 20% of Americans now this problem.
