I'm changing my review because I do feel like my first experience was a one off. If you're looking for something specific in design, they may not be able to but they make up for it in taste and friendliness! After having a bad experience, the owner Michelle, contacted me herself, with an extremely genuine apology and offered to reimburse me for the cupcakes. I was reimbursed and given 4 cupcakes. I was greeted by the manager, Taylor, and he was extremely sweet. They went above and beyond to change my experience and I'm not going to lie, they have amazing cupcakes! Their shop is so cute! I will be back and can't wait to try all their cupcakes. When you go in, try the Lemondrop cupcake and Peanut Butter cupcake. Heavenly experience!
I was so excited about this place! I ordered 4 dozen mini cupcakes for my sons 1 st birthday and asked for white frosting with red laces to look like a baseball. I could have done it but knew I wouldn't have time. Plus to ensure they look good, I wanted to get them professionally done. I couldn't wait to pick them up! As my husband and I walked in the girl at the counter said "here they are. I'm sorry." Not a good sign. I look at them and they look like they were done by a 10 year old. They look horrible! I hope they taste better than they look. I could have done a way better job. She used a big frosting tip instead of a fine tipped one so the red laces are goopy, globby, and way too big. $100 worth of cupcakes and they look horrible! I am so disappointed. I will not be back again. Should have just made them myself.
