EVERY time l shop there something comes out a higher price than on the shelf. Today I paid almost $2 more on a bill that should have been about $11. That's 20 percent more than I should have paid!!! The other store in Buhl is a little further from my house, but the price on the shelf is the price you pay!

This is an update from my previous review, I have noticed they are at least trying to get customers more choices other than food club, I've noticed more choices in their milk produce. Both Westetn Family & Ridleys are now back on the shelves, and I've noticed other products have corrected other than food club. Thank you guys (and gals), it's much appreciated, though I'd rather see it totally replaced by our beloved Western Family or Ridley's, it's a good start. I moved Ridley's back up to a five. Again, thank you... Brenda Coates Updated Earlier post...4 stars. P.S. I like the store, it was just a bad choice for replacing Western Family. I hope it will change to another generic brand.l ASAP!

I only go to Ridley's when they have a good sale on meat. I would never buy all my groceries there. I feel like the cashiers need some basic customer service training. They NEVER ask how I am or if I found everything. They never even say hello. The first words out of their mouths when you get to the register is to demand your rewards number. It's not only the cashiers that are unfriendly. I've spoken to the butcher to order the large meat packs they have every once in a while, and they are just as unfriendly. I'm pretty sure they all hate their jobs.

This store never keeps items stocked. Especially when there is Soda on sale. There is no limit on what you buy and the Meneniites buy it all up. Now if a sale is .79 in small tiny letters says must buy 10 for this sale. Very irritating. Now the cashier's are great, but this town knows everyone and like to chat. Come on guys. *

Wish I would’ve gotten her name but I came in Saturday at 5 o’clock and the sweet lady in the bakery help me print an edible image for my grandparents 50th anniversary. She was patient and kind with her service she was very personable and knowledgeable. The image came out perfect and I was out of the store within five minutes. It’s hard to find service like that these days!

VERY poor costumer service at the cash register the last 3 times I’ve been in. Tonight especially with Beth. Seemed to be such a inconvenience for her to check out 15 items. Never had a issue in the Jerome store though.

I shop here maybe 3-5 times a month, and I haven’t had any problems until just recently. I usually only have a few items, like a drink and snacks, and if lines are long I like to go to customer service, as I always get smokes too. Lately, I have to be really careful about going up there during the day. If the older cashier, Patti I think, is there, she is EXTREMELY rude about ringing me up! She rolls her eyes and makes loud sighing noises like it’s an inconvenience to her that I’m there. I don’t feel welcome, so if I see her up there, I’d rather leave or wait in longer lines just to avoid her! I don’t have this problem with the customer service reps during the night or the young blonde one during the days, it’s just the old one!! Very frustrating and makes me not want to go in this store! Something needs to be done about her!!!!

Well since my review their customer service has improved a lot! Now unfortunately for the management they currently have, I do have to say they don't take customer concerns seriously I noticed a display they had almost 2 weeks ago that consisted of D-CON Poison and chewing gum placed together and they still have yet to remove it!
