Crazy expensive decor and food. Way over priced for the product. Really crowded with radom products makes it near impossible to maneuver around. Some really cute items to chose from. If I didn't have a gift card I had to get rid of I would have walked out.

This place is interesting. They have a little bit of everything. They have your candy bars from all over the world. They have baby clothes and gifts. They have an entire section just for specialty olive oils and balsamic vinegars. They have a bakery with delectable treats and fudges. They have specialty jams, local cheeses, a small selection of home decor. I mean, it's really random and all pretty entertaining to be honest. We spent about 25 minutes in here poking around and not buying anything. We're pretty crappy customers I guess. I would go back for the olive oil selection considering the specialty olive oils I buy are about 12 dollars a bottle and they sell the same sort of thing here for 9.99.

I love this place! they have so many knick knacks and candy assortments! they also have olive oils that are flavored, tons of old fashion toys, local products, ice cream, fridge magnets, coasters and pillows! the list goes on and on! they make their own chocolate dipped items which are also delicious! one of the main reasons I go there is for their honey sticks 4 for a dollar! I would highly recommend stopping in here to check it out! only downside: the store is MEGA crammed and getting around can be tricky! it's filled with landmines for kids who like grabbing things off the shelves. it doesnt really bother me, but those who hate squeezing past people, here's your warning!

Brittany was extremely helpful and created a one-of-a-kind birthday basket full of her favorite desserts over the phone for my mother in Idaho! Then we worked out delivery and got the basket FULL of goodies to my mom in less than 24 hours. No other place or customer service like it! Thanks Love at First Bite for everything!!!!! I was hosting a baby shower for my daughter and found this shop online. My daughter went into the shop and people were friendly and absolutely accommodating. She custom ordered cupcakes. We went in and the cupcakes were stunning, and yummy, and the lady was so friendly. The shop is so cute and fun. I highly recommend everyone to check them out!

The treats served at Love at First Bite are most amazing. The people behind the counter however, are extremely rude & not helpful. When I brought this up to them their answer was "We sometimes gets busy, would you like free cupcakes or pretzel sticks next time?" No. No wouldn't like free treats, I would like to be treated nicely when I come into your store to spend money. I would like your employees to actually help me instead of treating me poorly. I have dealt with this since they opened & finally voiced my opinion about it. They didn't handle the situation & I will never return, nor will I refer anyone there ever again.

I came here to check the place out and see what the place had. I was surprised to find that they sold a bunch of stuff here, from perfumes to edibles to houseware. I thought it was neat, but I was disappointed by customer service and the food. I was turned off by a blonde woman who was working there. She did not greet us. She did not ask us if we needed anything. Even at the cupcake case she attended, she didn't show particular interest or care for us as customers. They sell italian ice, which I thought was going to turn out a great selection for myself because this place has such great reviews. The dessert was nothing compared others (Rita's, for example.) For a first time here, I'm not coming back again, unless it is for the cupcakes. Stick to your specialty, LAFB.

Wheel of the oils and the vinegars. We use a lot of olive oil in cooking, and we love the flavored olive oils. We also do a lot of salads, and I like the fruit flavored balsamic vinegars. They make a great dressing mixed with a little of one of the app for mentioned olive oils. They also have a great candy case that I occasionally get a treat out of. Something to reward myself for eating a lot of salads.

Love at First Bite is incredible! I served a mission in Italy and crave high quality food and deserts. They have it all! Lets face it, Europe has better sweets than we do. This place imports them and sells them at a fair price. They have imported oils that you can sample. They let you try any of the chocolates before you buy them. What could be better? My wife and I have traveled a lot, and this store is one of a kind. If you live in the Idaho Falls area and you haven't gone in there, you are missing out big time. We can't wait to visit there again this Christmas while visiting from Colorado. See you there!

When I asked my Grandkids what they wanted for dessert they all said Cu[cakes from Love at First Bite. It was nice that they carry Pasta and Sauce as it made a nice dinner to go with dessert. The staff is wonderful and I love the selection of quirky cards and magnets. Too bad they don't have a store in Meridian, ID.

This place is AMAZING! Due to lack of poor planning on my part, I called in a rush order, giving them only a few hours to make up a gift basket and get it delivered - so I didn't look bad! They were SO friendly and helpful! They even took extra care by making sure they got the right address (the gift was being delivered to a new address that wasn't even on the map yet), and then they even called when the delivery person showed up and no one answered the door. (The recipient was in the back yard and didn't hear them, so I called.) This place as THE BEST customer service ever! I live in the Seattle area, where lately I've had several issues of people being rather "customer service unfriendly" ... Love at First Bite makes me want to move to Idaho Falls!! You people are awesome.

This place is a dream for me! I used to live in IF but I've moved to Salt Lake and every time I come to town I have to go there. They have so many cute things, nicknacks, toys, games, baby stuff and lets not forget the candy and the baked goods! I also love all the food items they have for all over. I ordered a drink that didn't turn out so great and they made me a new one and upgraded it for free. The pricing is right where it should be, I feel like I can afford to splurge for a treat. Very tight spaces! But every nook and cranny in the store is filled with treats and surprises. Its a great place to find a specialized gift for a loved one. They have so many adorable things and delicious pleasures! I love it there! You can even taste a lot of the oils, has, and things. Tings can get a little pricey though.

My first impression was that the store was jammed with stuff to the point of being like a hoarders haven. To even get in the store it's almost impossible as the walkways are too tight. It's impossible for someone in a wheelchair to get in, or maneuver. I looked at several candy bars. One in particular was priced at $4.50 with a Best By Date of January 2019! A bit out of date at a high price is a definite turn off for this former retailer and grocery man. My wife waited to buy some decorative cupcakes. We were not spoken to, or acknowledged when we entered the store. She told me that the person who helped her was abrupt and had poor customer service. She bought a few small cupcakes because we were there, and didn't want to go somewhere else because of time. It may be the last time we go there.

I LOVE this place. Amazing gourmet fresh daily cupcakes that are as beautifully decorated as they are tasty. I love love love the variety of caramel apples and chocolate covered pretzels too! I send my family in Utah care packages from Love at First Bite every year for Christmas filled with "made in Idaho" products that I find here. My sister-in-law loves the flavored honey I send! Love at First Bite is more than just a sweet shop, but a fantastic gift shop too!
