From the moment we first met Greg, on through our email correspondence with Kortnie and wedding day itself, there was no doubt in our minds that we had found the perfect baker for our wedding cake. He was able to create exactly what we had envisioned, only better! We could not have been any happier with the end result. It was a stunning creation and oh- so delicious! We can't wait until our one-year anniversary to have some more though we know it won't be quite the same. Greg's eye for the exquisite and attention to detail gave us full confidence that we would not have a confectionery worry in the world on our wedding day. We could not have chosen a more talented baker to work with than Greg Marsh and we look forward to future occasions to order one of his cakes.

Greg Marsh cakes are not only truly beautiful, but insanely delicious! Greg Marsh did our wedding and groom's cakes and their work exceeded our expectations. Greg listened to what we wanted and put his own creative spin on things as well, which is exactly the design expertise we wanted him to incorporate. We've never eaten more delicious cake, either. It will be hard to wait for our 1 year anniversary to eat the topper we saved :)

After inquiring about ordering a cake from Greg, we received one response from him (asking about delivery location). He has not responded to our calls or emails since. I cancelled our order (although he never acknowledged that either). Weddings are stressful enough to plan without the added stress when a vendor is difficult.

Greg Marsh came recommended by our wedding planner and we couldn't be happier. We asked for a four-tier naked wedding cake with alternating flavours, designed with huckleberries and succulents for our rustic wedding. This is hands down the best cake I have ever tasted. Guests went back for seconds! Stunning.

I purchased one of Greg Marsh "Dime A Dozen" cakes for a birthday party back in May. They really should start calling them "One in A Million" cakes because they are anything but ordinary. They are absolutely delicious! AND I have been to several other events this year where Greg Marsh cakes were served and they always taste incredible. I cannot recommend this business enough.

We were able to specify different flavors for each tier and the sheet cakes, and everyone commented on how much better these cakes were compared to standard wedding fare. Being an out of town bride I was nervous to get a wedding cake without tasting first. I decided to go with Greg Marsh because of their great reviews and we were not disappointed! They delivered our beautiful four tiered cake safely and on time. They had worked with our florist ahead of time to make sure our cake flowers were on before delivery. The cake looked and tasted amazing. We didn’t have a single piece of cake or cupcake left over 30 min after we cut it! Highly recommend

I can't believe the negative responses I've read. We had Greg do our Wedding Cake in 2008, and it was a GREAT experience. BEST cake I've ever tasted. It was beautiful, exactly as we'd asked it to be designed. It was moist, fresh, and amazing. He delivered on time, and there was no stress/hassle. Every year since we've got our wedding cake top layer from him for our Anniversary, and every year: it's exactly the same as stated above. NOTHING bad to say.

My wife and I were referred to Greg Marsh Designer Cakes for our wedding and we are so pleased with the recommendation! We met with the owner/cake designer and shared some simple ideas a few months before the wedding. The result was a beautiful, SUPER-TASTY 7-tier wedding cake. We were able to pick and choose our flavors and filling and even mix and match the flavors any way we wanted. Additionally, the pricing was incredibly fair and the service was very friendly. We couldn't be happier with the result as it was a great centerpiece for the wedding reception and it also happened to taste great! Many of our guests made positive comments on it as well. Would highly recommend going to Greg Marsh for all of your cake needs whether it's for a wedding or a unique birthday cake!

The most beautiful cake I have ever seen! I asked for a peacock themed cake and was blown away by the creativity of the final product. The cake was absolutely gorgeous and my guests were in awe. They delivered the cake to a downtown Boise hotel well in advance of my party and even took pictures of it for me. I had three tiers and each tier was a different flavor (carrot, red velvet and chocolate). Not only was the cake a work of art, it was also delicious. I highly recommend Greg Marsh Designer Cakes!

Greg Marsh created our wedding cake and we were so happy with it! My brother actually said "this cake is incredible". And it was. We got a buttercream frosted cake which was part carrot cake and part lemon cake. Our guests complimented both flavors. Highly recommended.

We were excited to have a fully gluten free cake at our wedding but when our venue was cutting it to server to our guests, we found out the bottom layer was not cooked through all the way. We were also excited to have huckleberry filling but when we saw it, it was grey in color. However, the parts that were cooked through all the way, tasted amazing!
