I sure hope this place gets enough business to stay open. And I also hope they can open another one in Boise and my sister wants one in Dallas Texas! Don't go there expecting your usual yeast donut. The donuts are more like cake doughnuts but far more tender and moist. They are made of almond flour and milk as well as several other flours, no wheat, so don't taste like anything else I've had. as a matter of fact the first time I went, I found the flavor a little off-putting. There was a little bit of an aftertaste and even though they are so low in fat, they tasted almost too rich. but as soon as I finished my last one, I couldn't wait to go back. And, living all the way in Southeast Boise, I found myself getting a regular donut when I couldn't make it there but as soon as I finish to my last one, I couldn't wait to go back. These are a diabetics dream. So low in carbs, you can eat all you want.

Great healthy treat! Cookie dough, lemonade and mud pie are so good. Try microwaving it for a few seconds... Yum! Used a dozen of these as an alternative to cake on my birthday. It would be really convenient if each flavor's nutritional information could be entered in to the database on myfitnesspal so it is ready to be logged by users. I can see that people have started doing it as a few items come up in a search, but if it could be posted consistently with all the info that would awesome.

I went in two times and really love the fit donuts! I will go back for them, I can’t even pick a favorite I love them all. 5 stars on those. My only complaint would be the customer service. Both times I’ve went in the girls seem very irritated that they have to help me. The don’t smile. They are there to work. They answer questions, but there is no love for the customer.

Not kid friendly. Donuts are made to order, so frosting is messy and gets all over the place. No plates or knives, so had to cut donuts with a fork (to keep kids from having to pick them up). Donuts are non-traditional, so flavors were weird. After one donut, I felt a little sick and just wanted the taste out of my mouth. Giving two stars because they were friendly at least. But donuts were gross.

The owners emphasize "high protein, low fat, low carb, [and] low sugar". LCHF majors on low-carb, high-fat, and moderate meat. Still, with only 3-9 carbs per donut, I can enjoy these as an occasional treat. . I was not expecting a perfect low-carb food, but these come pretty darn close! We cut them into small pieces so that I could sample my 7 selections. While no substitute sweetener will completely mimic table sugar, my sugar-eating husband and son found these treats to be tasty. As for me, I'm sugar-free. I thought the sweetness was perfect and not overwhelming. . – High protein, Low fat, Low carb, Low sugar! – Healthy alternative to processed pre-packaged snacks! – Made with fresh "clean" ingredients. . I think they're great! Regular donuts are a little too much for me to have in the morning, but these are a great alternative! I gave 4 stars because my wife still prefers a real donut if she's going to have one. But they also are great if you have kids and don't want to feel bad about giving them sweets.

Staff was really friendly! We puchased a dozen, and got two free. Being from Oregon and hearing about Fit Donut it was on our list to visit. For me they're better than regular donuts, but I'd prefer a cupcake over a donut anyday. Definitely a think cake donut overloaded with toppings. Peanut butter/Raspberry with coconut was both mine and my husbands favorite!

Horrible in my opinion. The doughnuts are refridgerated and have a strong protein powder after taste. Also, the doughnuts are stored out of sight, when we came home and opened the box we didn't get what we ordered.

Love the Fit Donut, a little pricey but great for watching your diet. The donuts work great with Keto but they did seem to stall our weight loss for one week. Nevertheless, great for a treat and the people their are super nice and sweet.

Very reasonably priced alternative to junk food! They have a variety of flavors and overall pretty good tasting. I also bought a peanut butter cup shake which was tasty. They are very transparent about what they put in their food, the calories, proteins and have gluten free options as well!

These are by far the best Keto option I’ve found to satisfy my sweet tooth. Not only are they incredibly moist, they are so delicious. It’s irritating to read negative reviews about the donuts being kept in the back. Seriously? They’re refrigerated and made to order for a bit more than a regular priced donut that sits on a shelf. Fit donut has really been a delight. My daughter has celiacs and does not have a lot of options for goodies. Luckily we found fit donut that offers a ton of gluten free options for her. The only down side is the price. One small gluten free donut runs $3 but they are worth it. The price limits our visits to special occasions but that is our only complaint and we are used to things being more expensive if they are GF. For a local business we are happy to fork over a little extra cash too ;)

What else can I say other than these guys are the best healthy bakery around? Guilt-free, gluten-free, low-carb and relatively high-protein all within a convenient distance? Let's be real here: these are not designer donuts, but this place gets 5 stars for the idea & then executing it about as well as they could have. Like other reviews have said, the consistency is more like a cake than your typical donut, but either way, they make a tasty alternative to the fat and sugar filled donuts you'll find elsewhere. Great place to curb a craving without destroying your daily calorie budget.

TRY THESE DONUTS!!! Don't judge it, until you try it. If you are craving sweets while living a healthy lifestyle, these are the donuts for you. I stopped in for a long time coming treat. I've lost 70 lbs so I figured I'd try their donuts and still stay on the healthy side. Amazing is what I'd say. I bought a dozen cut them in half and froze them. I have a half once a week and sharedthe rest with my workout friends. They freeze and thaw nicely. Will be back again in a few months.

After hearing about fit donut, I was so excited to give it a try. The ingredient list online seemed promising as well - lots of nut flours, and stevia - not a laundry list of artificial ingredients. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. We got a 1/2 dozen for a decent price. We tried cookie dough, peanut butter cup, caramel cream, some kind of coconut crunch, raspberry glaze and strawberry cheesecake. The donuts themselves are very sense and cake like (not necessarily a negative), and the icing and toppings were a visual treat. Sadly, the taste was just awful. I'm under no illusion that a donut marketed as a health oriented treat would taste like the real thing - but I just couldn't find any desire to go past the first bite. Every donut wreaked of a terrible aftertaste that was reminiscent of artificial sweeteners and straight whey. I've eaten some gnarly things in the name of protein, but I just couldn't get on board with these. I don't want to dog on it too much, because I love that more health conscious options are popping up in the area, but even in my most fit-centric modes, I don't see myself making a special trip here.

#1 place for donuts. They are a bit pricy compared to the "traditional" donut, so for me it's a treat that's worth it. I haven't had a donut for many years, until yesterday. Donuts no longer have to be a "cheat". They have gluten free and low sugars options that are definatly healthier for you. There's lots of choices for toppings, so you can request what ever you like on top of your frosting, also low sugar and gluten free. They are served cold, making them feel more like a decadent dessert, or guilty pleasure with out the guilt. Any one can enjoy these, they are that AMAZING!!!

First off this should be fit cupcakes, taste is nothing like a donut. Flavors are very bland imo and I've tried several. Customer service is just ok nothing screamed wow these people are great. Their card machine also asks if you want to tip them, not sure when everyone decided they should be tipped. But tipping is generally reserved for servers who bring your food in courses, refill your drinks, clean up after you and more.

Great donuts at a really reasonable price. They look beautiful, which makes them quite fun and appealing to eat. They look just like the ones loaded with carbs, sugar, and deliciousness. Do they taste just like them? No...but how could they with such a low sugar and calorie count. Some flavors are definitely better than others and if you’re sensitive to the taste of sugar alternatives they might not be for you. But, they are a great alternative if you’re having a craving and don’t want to totally ruin your diet for the day. I’ll probably be back when I am out that way.

Amazing idea! Fit Donut gives great nutritional value to a sweet snack after a gym workout. This was my first visit and I now have a new favorite donut shop. The donuts are a tad small but boy do they pack a punch! Very great combinations and outstanding flavor. The prices are nothing to complain about either. ALL DONUTS ARE AVAILABLE GLUTEN FREE! I'm not the kind of person who gives bad reviews. But after much thought and input from others, I decided I needed to do this to warn others. If you're vegan or have milk allergies, and they tell you there isn't milk in the product, or it's vegan, it isn't true. Multiple people, including myself, were told by employees in separate occasions that the donuts were vegan. One person said they might contain "trace amounts" of milk. Which most people will interpret as accidental due to working in an area where milk is also present. No. What they really mean when they say that is "we put whey protein in out donuts". It appears some of the employees need to be trained on what dairy free and vegan means. You have beautiful donuts and a great idea. Please educate your employees so you don't accidentally end up giving milk to someone with allergies. Thank you.

Baked and super moist. I got the cookie dough donut and loved the chocolate-pudding-like glaze. I love the concept, it feels like a solid snack instead of leaving me with that empty sugar-rush feeling. The staff was kind and attentive too. (I have to say that I loved that there were workout posters on the wall, there was sports talk on the TV, and that all the staff that day were wearing basketball shorts or athleisure.)

I've been trying to come up with something to say about Fit Donut. Words won't do it justice. If you are expecting a traditional donut... it is not one. The texture is more like a moist banana bread. But they taste every bit as decadent and unhealthy as a gourmet donut... without the lethargic sick feeling afterward. My wife and I are on a nutrition program based on macros and these "Fit" perfectly. My wife had 4 Fit Donuts over 2 days and lost 2 pounds that week. I never thought I'd support "The Donut Diet", but I think Fit Donut should promote it.

The people are wonderful and very friendly however the donuts have a very strange and unappetizing after taste. I could only stomach 2 bites and unfortunately the rest went to waste. 3 stars for excellent service but only 3 because I definitely won't be eating them again.
