Emmeli has created every birthday cake in my family for probably the last 6+ years. She even created mine and my husbands wedding cake. 6+ years of nothing short of perfection in both appearance and taste! We've tried so many flavors and have asked for so many different designs and she's mastered all of them! We wont go to any other Baker in town...why settle when you can have literally THE BEST. Highly recommend!

Never again! What a nightmare, she did not have time but took the job anyway then gave us a big lump with NO decorations on it. She was shown several pictures to get an idea of what was wanted. We got the cake late the day of the party and she was on her way out of town. Instead of being professional and admitting she did not have time she agreed to do it. I decorated the cake myself!!!! There was nothing on it NOTHING! blank frosted cake! It was supposed to have starfish and edible glitter, marzipan sea shells etc.. ocean theme. It was BLANK and she was out of town. I could write another page on the cake itself which was dry and flavorless. She refunded the $75 bucks but offered to make another cake instead, we got our money back the damage was done, there was NO way I was going to trust her and risk disappointing another loved one with a lump! Next time I will do it myself or go to Albertsons!!

Emmeli has done several different desserts for us for lots of different occasions and she's never let me down. My family is always looking for different experiences for our parties and she's delivered for them all: creme brulee for a work dinner party, poop emoji cupcakes for my husband's 40th birthday, a wonderfully decorated first communion cake with french macarons for my son, and recently, specially ordered gluten free cupcakes for a mother's day celebration at my kid's elementary school (and they didn't even taste gluten free!). I can count on her to make anything and know that it will be lovely AND delicious.

I WOULDNT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE! I had seen all of Emmiles awesome reviews on Facebook and was so excited to have a local baker make my wedding cake. However I had an awful experience. She not only was late in every occasion that we planned to meet, but also was an hour late delivering my wedding cake which was frozen and tasteless. When I had given her pictures of the cake I wanted, Emmile was 100% confident in her skills that she would make it exactly like the picture. When I finally saw my cake my heart sank. It was nothing like the picture and I was so embarrassed to have it as a wedding cake. When I made a review on her Facebook page she said that I was a difficult client and deleted my review. I had met with her once and after that she canceled on me multiple times and called my mother a liar. She only had 5 star ratings on her Facebook page because she deletes all of the others. She also deleted my mother’s review. I would not reccomend to anyone!

Ordered a custom guitar cake for graduation and had a great experience - Emmeli was very responsive by email, customized a guitar cake, for our music loving graduate from photos with great attention to detail, and the cake was very tasty! Thank you for making a cake that was one of the highlights of our graduation party!

She was able to fulfill our needs and time constraints on such short notice and delivered it on site. It turned out beautiful and tasted delicious. What a fun experience!!! I hired Emmeli to teach a private cake decorating class to my niece and two nephews. Our goal was to make their mom (my sister) a beautiful cake for her birthday. Emmeli exceeded my expectations. Not only was she incredibly patient with the kids, they were able to create a cake that they were extremely proud of. We ate the cake two days later (lemon) and it was moist and so good (and I'm not even a cake lover) We served the cake with lavender ice cream and it was a huge hit. My sister couldn't believe that her kids made such a beautiful cake so we had to show her the time-lapsed video to prove it!!! Thank you , Emmeli for being a part of making my sister's birthday the best ever!

I have used Emmeli 3 times and each time have been very pleased. The last cake she did for me was a tea party cake and it was lovely. It had a tea cup on top with a rose inside and a doily made out of frosting. Everyone was amazed! I am gluten free so I always order her GF cakes. They are delicious. The last one was a carrot cake with a pineapple mousse center. No one knew it was GF and everyone loved it. Her attention to detail is great and her prices are very reasonable too.
