This place is a 10/10! Truly great bread here and they know it. The folks who make and sell the bread know what they are doing and how to help you if your clueless or just cannot decide. The bread is fantastic. Not just normal good fresh bread - this is like bread from bread heaven. Their rye and country sourdough are outstanding, but for a real treat try the focaccia. The prices are high but well worth it if you appreciate good bread. Expect to wait in a short line. Parking is free and easy just behind the store. In the photos you'll see that we used the bread as a birthday cake because it's that good. Enjoy

Best bakery on the island. Simple breads done incredibly well. Complicated pastries (we had sesame and sugar dark chocolate croissants!) that are simply perfect. The sandwiches pictures I made at home, but it's all using their awesome bread!

Friendly, yummy/ono *Focaccia bread!!! Great customer service & fresh bread! The *bread-loaves, have a great crunchy crust, & moist bread on the inside! Oooooo, they have a local twist, of *furikake-topped bread (will try next!). ENJOY & BE HAPPY!!!

Tried their brioche and focaccia (the other breads were sold out - I barely got there before close). The brioche rolls were amazing. The focaccia was really good just a bit different than the kind I'm used to with lots of olive oil. I don't think I can really say it was better or worse in flavor just different. But the texture was well done, very open crumb.

This is the best bread on Oahu. The city loaf is good white sourdough. The country loaf is brown sourdough. Today, I bought a loaf of honey - walnut rye that I can't wait to try. I also bought a piece of fennel - raisin focaccia that I ate as soon as I got home. Delicious!

Only tasted the regular and chocolate croissant. Both were really yummy - so flacky and full of butter! A tad bit expensive ($4 each)

Best bread and bakery in Hawaii by far! The type of bread you can soak that doesn't get soggy yet absorbs the juices. Their flatbreads and croissants are delicious too! You can easily cut and freeze the bread like I do and defrost it in the microwave or naturally when you want a piece... springs back to life nicely, crisp it up for a few mins under a broiler, yum!!!

Nice small bread shop. A lot smaller than expected. You literally just come in and to buy bread and leave. I found it quite more expensive than what it's worth. I love how they wrapped the loaves though!

I love the bread here. They use natural starters for their City and Country breads. The brioche loaf is buttery and tasty by itself. The buns are heavenly, melt in your mouth goodness.

Three words: Orange Cardamom Bun They are perfect in every way and absolutely heavenly ✨❤️ the perfect balance of soft sticky and light flaky.... not too sweet and warmly exotic with the cardamom and orange. Remind my of pastries in Scandinavia. Also the bread here is outstanding and never disappoints. There is no other that comes close in Hawaii. Also the guys that work there are so friendly and awesome and know their stuff. Mahalo, guys!!

Purchased City & Ciabatta yesterday. Ate the crusts with some Irish Butter for Dinner. OMG x 100 I adore quality bread and have eaten all over the world... the taste, the quality, I have to admit some of the best I have ever eaten. You will not be disappointed.

Love the focaccia and ciabatta here. Breads are outstanding , moist, light, filled with yeasty holes, and very delicious. Whenever I am in Honolulu from Kauai, this my first stop. They have wonderful focaccia snacks too. Wish they had less sour dough choices. Only two non sour dough items are mentioned in first sentence.
