I am glad a place like this exists. Wish more popped up closer to me. Wish there were more options though. And it's really pricey, a tray of cupcakes was something like 26 bucks... I get that it's healthier but have to think that usually ppl buy a tray of cupcakes for 5bucks... This 4x more the cost:(. I won't be able to enjoy this often and will stick to making my own desserts.

Their stuff is good, period. Presentation is excellent, and it's truly low carb. How do they lose 3 stars? They lose it because one particular staff member seemed in a rush and impatient with me not walking through the door knowing exactly what I wanted to order. It was almost if I was wasting her time because I wanted a few seconds to list everything I wanted. But I wasn't even going to post a review about this. I got home and opened my box..... I see one of the cream cheese containers for 2 cinnamon rolls. At the prices they charge, what would have happened if I asked for only 1 roll, would she not have given me any cream cheese. Unnecessary, scam, cheap, penny pinching, and now.... Definitely overpriced. News flash, your niche business will not stand the true test of time with these kind of workers. We don't need you.

I had high hopes for this bakery, we were headed for Florida from Michigan and didn’t have far to go out of our way to stop by. I picked up the carrot cake, coffee cake and coconut Macaroons. The presentation was beautiful and that’s where the love affair ended. I’m no baker so I’m always thrilled to find legal Keto items but these really missed the boat. They all ran on the dry side and since fat is free on Keto that was strange. Everything clocked in under 4 carbs but I think I’d be willing to take in a few more carbs for a bit more flavor. None of these deserts hit that amazing flavor profile fat can bring to the table. I’m sorry to say we won’t bother going back. The staff acted like I was lint on their collar they couldn’t wait to get rid of.

Extremely busy and not the friendliest of atmospheres, but the food was good and my keto life style living best friend absolutely loved it. We were traveling from Florida to Missouri and she wanted to try this bakery so badly that we drove out of our way to visit this shop and the smile on her face made it worth it. So if you're on keto and craving some baked goods, this place is definitely worth checking out.

To be honest they don’t have a very welcoming environment. I have been waiting for my check so I could come enjoy the deserts because I am on the keto diet. I was really sad when my cake tastes like nothing and then left this horrible sugar free after taste and the only thing about the chocolate chip cookies you can taste are the 8 chocolate chips. I have had low carb deserts before and I just wish I had read reviews earlier. They are overpriced and unless they atleast get better costumer service I really don’t think they will be in business long! Absolutely zero stars if I could!

So very disappointing. I want this place to be successful but they need to pivot. Tried the raspberry mousse cake and the blueberry bread. One was gluten friendly and the other was regular. Both were inedible for me. Coffee was very good though. Keep the coffee. And make your cakes gluten free (not just friendly) for the true celiac sufferers. You'll have a following. But trying to ask those who love traditional pastries to eat something that is faux will not make for happy customers. Desserts are an indulgence and should be treated as such. The better the dessert, the smaller the quantity required to feel satisfied. That's how great food can be low calorie.

It’s a crazy thought to drive hours for just some specialty keto baked goods. That’s exactly what my girlfriend and I did after seeing this place pop up on YouTube. We made our way here from Florida! We just recently started keto and have been baking and cooking different recipes and figured we’d give this place a shot to experience what everyone else was experiencing. When I say it was worth the 7+ hour drive, I mean it. Absolutely, fantastically, magically delicious, hands-down. Have a favorite common dessert but not keto approved? This place probably has it. We sampled a variety of the different desserts and the coffee, and were blown away. Great desserts accompanied by impeccable customer service puts this place above the clouds. So happy we were able to try it and hope they can expand to their neighboring state, FLORIDA! Highly highly recommend to keto and non-keto dessert lovers out there!

Overall the place was very nice, clean, and food well presented. The carrot cake was really excellent. However the icing on the cupcakes had a bad after taste and the cheesecake was dry. Prices well a little high but for specialty food it's to be expected. I usually make my own desserts, but wanted to go someplace for my birthday instead of spend it in the kitchen. Next till unfortunately I'll just skip this place and continue to make my own low carb SF desserts.

I was so disappointed considering the great reviews. I have been low carb for years and was looking forward to something I didn't have to make myself. The cupcake was dry and crumbly. The icing tasted like a global of cheap butter...no hint of vanilla and hardly sweet. The snickerdoodle was better but the cooling effect of erythritol was very present. On top of that the staff looked miserable to be there on a Saturday am. Definitely not worth the hour drive.

What a letdown. The website for this place is incredibly misleading. As someone who has traveled to Greece, this is nothing like a European coffee shop. The atmosphere is kitschy at best and the lighting is atrocious. I do not eat gluten or sugar and was very excited to try some of the offerings, but everything in their pastry bar looked completely unappetizing aside from the cheesecakes. The images on the website are clearly stock photos, since none of the baked goods looked ANYTHING like the photos on the home page. I ordered a cappuccino and paid $5 for a cup of coffee with almond milk in it. It was not frothed at all. I love supporting local businesses, but I cannot get behind a place that has a beautiful virtual presence and nothing to back it up in real life. The saving grace? Their coffee tastes good and the staff is lovely and polite.

Went in early Friday morning the ovens were on and it was so warm and inviting. Very clean, bright and the staff is very friendly and efficient. Bagel with gouda was fresh and very good. I got the red velvet cupcake (awesome), creme brulee (heavenly) key lime pound cake (lord have mercy good) and finally swirled brownie (perfection). This bakery is so good. This makes it such a breeze to follow keto guidelines. Love love love this place!

This spot is great for the GF/Low Carb crew. I ordered a snickerdoodle cookie (which was my fave), a red velvet cupcake (which was amazing), and a brownie (which I did not like)...but all were gluten free and low carb. It was my first time, so I’m just trying to determine what I’ll return for and what I’ll try next. I wanted to try the cheesecake, but didn’t want the 5 carbs yesterday. I’ll try it on more of an “off” day...even though 5 carbs is GREAT for a slice of cheesecake. I would definitely try cupcakes and cookies if you are a first-timer.

This is a quaint little coffee shop tucked nicely away. The coffee is pretty good (even better price) and the desserts are really good too. Most of the desserts are gluten free and/or vegan and they still taste yummy. The staff is upbeat and friendly and the store was clean and well kept at each of my visits. I will be going back!

It's definitely keto and gluten free, you can clearly taste the absence of "dessert ingredients". The scone tasted very similar to hot water cornbread but the berry compote that accompanied it was pretty tasty. Birthday cake wasn't bad, but left an oily taste and residue in our mouths. The coffee cake was pretty good, but I think it was one of the two non-keto items on the menu. I'd say if you're on keto or going gluten free, try them out, but don't set your expectations too high... It's still sugar free dessert.

I loved that I could enjoy desserts that have no sugar added! I tried the pumpkin cheesecake, chocolate peanut butter mousse pie and carrot cake. The pumpkin cheesecake was my favorite. I took the almost 1 hour drive to Sandy Springs to see if it was everything they said it was. I'm on the keto diet. Since January I've lost over 60lbs. The one thing that I've been missing is quality pastries and deserts. Zambawango did not disappoint!!! Let me start with the entire staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and truly understood what my keto goals were. The desert and pastries are all hand made. They do not use sugar and are very low carb. Most of the treats were less than two carbs. The raspberry cheese cake was absolutely amazing!!! Thanks you guys for your suggestions and service

So if you are doing keto and don’t feel like baking this place is prefect to get a quick sweet treat! The best thing I had was the key lime pound cake. The cookies are decent a little thicker than I would like but the taste is great. If your are chocolate fan the peanut butter and chocolate cakes is very rich and has a nice moist texture. The bagels taste like the ones I make at home so overall I was pleased with there desserts!

Wow. So, my boyfriend and a couple of his friends are on a keto diet and learned about this place from the website Keto Connect. We purchased a variety of items from here. They enjoy mostly everything, but their fav is the Raspberry Cheesecake hands down. They pack everything really well. I fridged everything (incl the Creme Brulee) overnight then drive 8 hrs with ice packs on everything. It all held up great incl the tiramisu and brulee. Parking at this place isn't easy. Be mindful of the time you choose to visit. Their bakery got slammed about noon on a Saturday. The line was almost out the door!!!! The employees were awesome to work with. They were super helpful explaining stuff. Mostly everything is 4 net carbs or less. I was told most of the items can last either 5 days refrigerated or up to 1 month if immediately stored in your freezer. Great place! I highly recommend visiting and ordering online to have shipped.

Wow! The iced tea is phenomenal! I had the black iced tea with passion fruit and it is one of the best teas I’ve ever had. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Love this place. I’ll be recommending it.

When I walked in, it smelled like the whole place was burning down, complete with cloud of smoke. The cashier went into the whole schtick about low carb, blah blah, and gave me a sample of a brownie that wasn't horrible, although it had no moisture whatsoever. The cupcakes looked OK from far away, so I picked out a couple to purchase. When I tried to pay, I was told they don't accept cash. What kind of bizzaro shop doesn't accept cash? So anyway, I finally got my purchase completed, got home, and tried one of the cupcakes. Again, dry and somewhat tasteless. Don't waste your time and money. Get a real cupcake - it won't kill you.

Not understanding what all the hype is about this bakery. I have been keto/ low carb for 2 years and was really looking forward to getting some treats to store in my freezer. Anything that was purchased that had any kind of frosting was awful, it tasted like butter. The biscotti had no taste at all and it is served with an apple butter which is not low carb (apples). Besides the bakery telling you they use Swerve and almond flour, as a consumer you have no idea what other ingredients are used. After trying the bagel, my stomach was sick. The cinnamon rolls and pound cake was decent. Ingredients do matter to me and from now on I will make my own and same the $50.

I love this place and make the hour drive regularly to indulge in their low carb treats. Every item has met my expectations and as a former and still sometimes sugar connoisseur, the low carb options are fantastic. Not sure what the negative reviews were expecting or experienced by my sugar eating friends like this place. My only suggestion would be more and a place in Gwinnett!! I will need a part time job if you do that!

I just bought my mama a 65.00 cake from this place just for it to be damaged and not as appealing as the other cakes. But what made me even madder is they made sure that they had me pay for the cake before bringing it out and showing it to me. It's already too simple of a cake for it to be overpriced like that. But for it to be presented to me all bent up and smashed on the ends is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!Ionly got the cake because my.mom really wanted it for her birthday and it's keto friendly. My kids loved the bakery, and they didn’t realize it was sugar free until after starting to eat. They popped up and started asking about all the desserts and couldn’t believe it. All low carb/keto. My first time visiting was Saturday July 6th. The guy at the front counter was sooo friendly and was happy to help me to pick out the perfect treat. I bought 2 snicker doodle cookies and a slice of carrot cake and a slice of cookie and cream cake. There isn't a huge variety but they're are enough options to suit most people. I never had snicker doodle cookies so I'm not sure how it's suppose to taste but my husband loved it!! I ate the other one but I warmed it up and added strawberries it was sooo good! My cookies and cream cake was amazing!!! I did warm it up cause I didn't eat it until today.. it may be better to let it get room temp rather than microwaving cause it melts really fast. I paid about 20 dollars which I felt is good because that's probably how much I would pay at a restaurant..n we all know low carb ingredients aren't cheap!! To the business owners and staff thank you!! Now I'm about to continue my weight loss even when I add something sweet.

This place blew my mind!! I ordered three bagels, three pieces of cake, and a bag of assorted cookies (no.. I didn't eat them all at once) and it was only $25!! AND everything tasted absolutely amazing... better than most "real" desserts I've had. On top of that - the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!! I had the carrot cake and the brownie, I am not too sure if I have an aversion for sweets, but the brownie was ok just off texture wise and the carrot cake tasted overly sweet despite the 3.8g of carb. All in all I will definitely go back to try more. Thanks again to offering alternative bakery. I have a coworker who is allergic to almond and she is doing keto. Does all your products have almond flour or have cross contamination with almond flour? Please let me know.

Oh man! So my fiance and I are on Keto diet and have been doing really well with it, sometimes we get some hard core sweet tooths... We've been getting the Rebel ice cream ( which is Fabulous! ) But we don't get a large variety. So he found this place online after hearing about it from a co-worker. You guys!!, These guys really know what they're doing, so amazing I ended up making 2 purchases!! I super highly recommend checking this place out, especially if you are on Keto!! I got whoopie pies, cream brulee, vanilla cupcake, chocolate cake bite, snickerdoodle cookie, brownie pop, an Oreo, a cinnamon roll with cream cheese (not pictured), and a chocolate peanut butter cake slice (not pictured)... I will definitely be a regular! Might even get some stuff for my wedding!!

The chocolate peanut butter cake is life! My boyfriend and I have tried almost all of the low carb pastries and the ONLY one we don’t like is the tiramisu. Everything else is wonderful! My boyfriend surprised me with my favorite cake from Zambawango and it was delicious.

Amazing carb friendly (keto) desserts. So far I have tried the carrot cake, the berry cheesecake and the pumpkin spice coffee cake. All three would qualify as outstanding in a regular bakery setting, but in the keto world they are unmatched by anything my wife and I have tried to date.

Went for breakfast this morning & had a delicious low carb/gluten free coffee cake, my daughter and her friend had a cinnamon roll & waffle, everything was so delicious. I also purchased creme brulee', cookies, bagels, cheesecake & more cinnamon rolls to take home. I'd like to address the comments from some people saying how expensive it is. I believe this business is intended to cater toward the low carb way of eating (I am Keto & have been for nearly a year). The ingredients that go into low carb baked goods are quite a bit more expensive than traditional baking ingredients, plus the time & effort it takes to perfect low carb baked goods should not be underestimated. I'm a fan & will definitely return! It's a huge time saver to be able to go somewhere & purchase quality items like this knowing they fit into a Keto lifestyle. My one & only wish would be to have fat & protein macros available too, not only the net carbs (which are readily posted in each item). Thanks Zambawango, keep up the excellent work!

Outstanding! Delicious! Clean! Endless options! Amazing customer service! This great find was such a win for someone following the Keto lifestyle. They have full fat delicious treats as well as LFLC, Paleo and Gluten options too. Not to mention lots of coffee choices too. The parking was odd because it was in a parking garage behind the store but that will certainly not stop me from visiting this establishment again.

I had one of their asiago keto bagels....annihilated it. No mercy. Also got those two cookies (chocolate chip) and a small hot coffee. It's a pricey place but it's worth it if you low-carb and keto. I'm going again. Period. My wife said the keto carrot cake was too sweet. I loved it. I'm stuffed. Next time, I'll bring a dozen bagels home.

My family and I tried MANY desserts including the Red Velvet Cake, Black Forest cake, brownie, chocolate cupcake, chocolate mouse cake, and tiramisu. ALL WERE DISGUSTING!! I am new to the keto scene so my taste buds are still intact and thriving so i can understand why people on long term keto lifestyles THINK these taste good because they just aren’t used to desserts. But, these were AWFUL! Left a bad taste in my mouth and could not finish a single dessert! Chocolate is certainly NOT this bakeries thing. And service was so S L O W! Had many items not ready and half empty dessert casings. Though, the workers were extremely nice. Only wish these desserts tasted better

Pleasantly surprised to find this place. The line was out the door and at first I was not going to stay. However, it smelled incredible in there. Well worth the wait. I have been toying with the idea of opening a keto friendly bakery . As I do mostly carnivore every now and then I need something sweet. Will definitely be visiting again . Great job.

I visit here weekly! I love this bakery! I love knowing that I can enjoy tasty delicious goodies almost guilt free! I notice that they keep adding delicious items to the menu. I’m currently doing keto and I love knowing I can get bagels and waffles low carb to enjoy throughout the week. I’m just waiting for them to create other low carb baked goods like bread, or tortillas or even sale their jams and icing as an item! I can’t wait to see all the new things they will offer!

I've been eating Keto for 2 years. I indulge in a Keto friendly dessert once a week. I was excited to try this place to get a Keto dessert that I didn't have to make. I was very disappointed. It took half a liter of water to wash down the whoopi pie that is the size of a quarter. Half the cupcake stuck to the wrapper and it was dry. The icing and brownie pops were good, thus the 2 stars. The scone and cinnamon rolls were inedible and I had to spit the small bites out. The bagels were a little better, but I didn't like them. Not worth the 2 hour RT. I'll just stick to making my own.

So I'm about 2 weeks into keto, and I'm about ready to throw it all away for some cheesecake lol. I saw Zambawango on a YouTube video and was surprised to see they were right up the street! 5 minutes later I was on the way lol. Tried the carrot cake, chocolate chip cookie, and cheesecake. The best was definitely the carrot cake. If you're on a low carb or keto diet PLEASE come check them out. Helpful friendly staff & nice and clean establishment. I'll definitely be back.

Great place for keto goods!! Absolutely love the bagels and key lime cake. I'm not the biggest fan of their other cakes and frosting. Cheesecake is also fantastic. A low carb and keto friendly bakery located in Sandy Springs. Coffee and all sorts of pastries are served here. You have options for normal carberiffic items as well for those who aren't quite hip enough to go keto. Just kidding. Keto is actually rough if you do try it. Okay back on topic. The prices may seem a little high for some items but it's pretty basic for Sandy springs I would say. The menu isn't the biggest either. They have a lot staple essentials like scones, waffles, cookies, and cinnamon rolls to name a few. Overall, a great place for health nuts out there or just cool keto kids. Also not bad for regular folks as well! Definitely worth checking out in my opinion!
