I'm a proud Puerto Rican who lives in FL. I went to visit Atlanta and found this Boricua bakery and of course I wan to go and eat there. When I got there the employees were so RUDE and the cashier (lady with red hair) was so RUDE she barely spoke to me and when I ask questions she was short or just nod. My order was incomplete and they didn't apologize for their mistake and rudeness. Was an awful place and awful people.

I ordered a tripleta sandwich and Pan Sobao. Being Puerto Rican I was a bit disappointed. The bread was good but there are 2 things I would change about the sandwich.1- way too salty!! Since there's 3 meats, I couldn't tell which part of the sandwich was salty. 2- toast the bread. I took it to go and got to my house in 5 minutes. By the time I got home the bread was soggy. The service seemed very warm but the place could use a remodel. Definitely not a place I'd like to sit at to dine in.

Being Puertorican from Brooklyn where we had all of our Puertorican shops to moving to GA not knowing where anything was was making us a bit home sick. Well we got a tip from a couple other Puertoricans we ran into that recommended this bakery to us and have to say that the 40 minute ride was well worth it. Very happy and professional staf. Great prices, and dishes are awesome. Great place I will be visiting every weekend for my Pan Sobao
