My new favorite bakery in town! I called to order a birthday cake for the same day and spoke with owner/baker Pablo himself. The cake surpassed all our expectations in its spectacular design and was equally delicious! We enjoyed different pastries while waiting. Best cheese danish ever and the guava turnover was unbelievable. Can't wait to come back and try everything!! Look forward to visiting Pablo's Bakery. Finally got around to visit Pablo's Bakery with my parents in town. I wanted to take them to a Puerto Rican cafe. Wish I had visted sooner. I had a pastrami sandwich that was delicious and we also order the Tripleta that looked great. Met all the staff who were very friendly. We took some pastries for later.

Excellent! Amazing pastries (just the perfect amount of sweetness) with a wide variety. My husband tried their caramel machiatto and said it's the best coffee he's ever had. We had cheese danish, chicken noodle soup and a tripleta and they were are incredibly tasty. The only thing that I would consider pricey are the sandwiches ($15) so they'll be an occasional treat. Otherwise, I everything else is very reasonably priced for baked fresh goods. Owner was the chef and was very welcoming and warm. Highly recommend it!

This place is a hidden gem! Beautiful european style cafe with fresh baked artisan pastries and excellent food, plus a Caribbean flair. They have a very polished staff who cater to your every need, and the owner, Pablo, definitely leads by example. Came here today for the first time and was highly impressed with this place. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by the entire staff! I got the Cuban sandwich and it was amazing. Stopped in for lunch today and had the cubano which comes with fries and a drink. The portion size was generous and more importantly, the food was delicious. The owner also offered my group a complimentary pastry (quesito) since it was our first time there. If the other pastries are anything like the quesito, you're in for a treat! Go to Pablo's, be happy! I've been three times now, and all three visits rate 5-star. The pastries and coffee were straight up make-you-feel-good delicious. Tried the guava & cheese danish and sat for a moment just feeling happy about making a good life decision. Later I tried the cuban sandwich. Hands down the best since Kool Korners on 14th closed down. The fresh bread made in-house, to me at least, made it better than any other cuban one ever tried. There sandwich came with fresh made fries that were so good. Thick cut, the slightest crisp outside, fluffy inside, and just a hint of salt. The sandwiches are made fresh when you order, so be patient while they craft some serious quality for you.

So good! The food is awesome - definitely worth a stop by. They do delivery too O.o, but it's worth stopping in during the morning hours. Not related to the quality of food AT ALL, but the lighting in this place is just gorgeous - perfect for an AM bakery if you just want to sit and enjoy your morning. I tried a pineapple danish (yum) and my husband tried a sandwich of sorts (also yum). Definitely coming back with more people.

I have been to many bakery’s Brazilian bakery, dominican bakery, middle eastern and I loved them but this food was better, delicious, I had to take a box with the left overs because we couldn’t finish it and ate it at home.
