Melissa's cakes never disappoint! Their cakes always taste great, and they always provide great customer service. Today my mom accidentally ordered the wrong size cake (my mother's fault, NOT Melissa's.) They immediately helped my mother to accommodate all of her guests for our party today. We 100% reccomend Melissa's Custom Cakes!

I wanted to love this place due to the fact that her flavors and cakes are delicious, but unfortunately I’ve had nothing but a bad experience. She has not returned any of my calls in months, continusouly they tell me she will call me back, that I will get emailed my contract and it never happens. I confront the situation when I call and explain I never get a call back and get told every time that I will hear something this time. I’m over it! We’ve taken our business elsewhere and so will my family from now on.

Just not great items in the cases. Eclairs only ok, toffee bars only ok, cheese danish was good and brownie tasted like carton frosting. I was pretty disappointed but I'm spoiled with really high end bakeries in Chicago area and Europe. Depends on how much experience you've had.

Melissa made a “mostly naked” cake for my wedding and it was as delicious as it was beautiful! The tasting was lovely and the cake tasted just like it did during our tasting (I’ve been told that doesn’t always happen, but it did for us!). Our cake was delivered on time and guests told us all night how beautiful and yummy it was. Many of our guests posted pictures on social media of the cake because they were so impressed with how gorgeous it was! We would absolutely hire Melissa’s Custom Creations again!

Melissa did the most AMAZING job for our wedding at Brasstown Valley. Neither my husband nor I really like "cake" and that is a big part of a wedding. Melissa came up with the idea of a dessert bar with all kinds of goodies.. from mini cheescakes, key lime tarts, peanut butter puffs, cupcakes, salted pecans.. you name it she did it! Very easy to deal with from start to finish. She went above & beyond my expectations. I would highly reccomend her - she ROCKS! Thank you Melissa!!
