Sometimes this Kroger has good meat and produce and sometimes not really. They are also inconsistent with service and sometimes have bad service. Some of the folks who work there act like they are the most miserable people in the world. I have had both good and bad experiences at this Kroger.

I went in to Kroger on Delaware get some dog food and bread .the employees are very helpful. Had a 52 lb of dog food and they offered to take it off shelf and carry it out to my car even though they was busy stocking shelves.

When the security guard is there, everything is okay, but when he is not there, the place turns into a hellhole. If you don't have drug addicts pestering you for a dollar or a ride outside of the store, you'll get hassled by drunks inside of the store. I miss Jimmy Mays. He had the trains running on time at that store.

This Kroger is well stocked and has many friendly faces working there. The downfall is that when maneuvering through the store, you almost feel as though you are on I- 285...It is very compact. Everywhere you turn or move there is a row or an end cap filled with groceries. I get it! They want to maximize the space, but good grief, I shouldn't have to be bumping into groceries because they are sitting in the middle of an aisle, or knocking groceries off on an end cap because, I need to turn around. Oh! there is no short cut to get around, you're stuck until the person moves! I really did like going there, but from the time you enter, and go left, there is some big box of something to sell, just sitting in the middle of the way. Very frustrating when you just want to run in and out! I have never been in a Kroger where you have to literally wait for someone to make a choice of items that they want and you can't go around because of the traffic jam! If you go near the Pharmacy and in front of the Baby aisle, you will see the bins of stuff and the blocked aisle that I am talking about!

The food is alright, decent prices and usually the trip is quick if you can figure out the poor layout of produce. The reason I give it one star is that I feel as though the staff and way the managers run the establishment provide a much worse experience than it would if someone were to manage correctly. The other night we went and there was one line open, around nine pm, and it took thirty or so minutes to check out.

I hadn't shopped at this Krogers in a while. I had been shopping at this facility at least two or three times a week for over ten years. I was a little disapointed when i walked in, the shelves needed restocked, the floors needed mopped and they needed more workers on the floor. I was pleasantly surprised when I needed assistance, the employees were helpful and courteous. Parking lot seems small and when they are crowded, you may have to wait for a parking space.

This Kroger has a really good wine selection...multiple aisles. It doesn't have as many Kroger brand items as I've seen at other locations. But the staff is always nice, the store is clean, and there's always available parking. And in addition to their deli, bakery and hot food bar, they also have an Asian bar where you can get sushi, soup, rice, noodles, meats, egg rolls and spring rolls.

Worst Kroger I've ever been too and I've been shopping at Kroger for 16 years now and they almost made me want to just stop going there all together. the customer service was lazy and rude and accused me of trying to steal when it's their own damn employees putting wrong price tags on their items I don't steal I was brought up better than that. I treat people how I want to be treated and let's just say those people deserve to be treated like s*** to say the least.. spying on me and judging me.. looking at me like I was a criminal because I came later on that night because I work 3rd shift so my sleep schedule is opposite from everyone else's. don't judge a book by its cover even then I dress nice and by no means do I look like a thief. I find it highly offensive and the lady at the self checkout tonight needs to be fired. I've never felt more offended in my life the managers need to do a better job about hiring their employees because you're in the business to serve people so you have to be a people person and most of the people there aren't. I think you need to reevaluate your team and fast. I won't be returning to that Kroger. One more thing I forgot my charger had fallen out of my pocket and the lady at self checkout said that I drop something so I went and got it I just bought it that day and she called one of the managers up there and wouldn't talk while I was looking at her waited until I walked away but she accuse me of stealing my own charger sorry. I'm not the kind of person to steal stuff I mean you're store aint even worth stealing from. I'm shaking I'm so mad with that lady do not go to the store there was so many boxes and every single aisle that you could barely even get through any of them. horrible horrible experience

Excellent customer service and everyone is always so helpful. The only thing that concerns me with this Kroger are the expired items I find on some of my visits. I normally always check dates, so it is a habit for me. I have purchased a few of the items and have also taken items up front once I see they are expired. On my most recent trip in April 2018, I found veggie burgers that were discounted. Checked the date on one and then decided I wanted to try another kind. Returned home only to see the expiration date of September 2017. This has happened with pepperoni, humus, and chips at this store. They need better enforcement of night stocking/expiration compliance.

This is the go-to place if you're in this neighborhood and have trouble with transportation. Is this the best Kroger? Short answer, NO. This Kroger is never in stock, they never have enough baggers, even if they aren't busy. They won't even call from other departments to bag, they assume customers will gladly do it. Your neighborhood grocery store. Open 24 hours. Recently renovated and expanded; now it's one of the larger grocery stores around. Very nice and clean, but lighting is rather uneven. Appears to have missed the bathroom in the process of renovation. Pleasant enough grocery store.

Self service stations are always malfunctioning. A woman at the next station got charged 2 times and no employee would help her. She was from out of town and they just told her to call her bank because they refused to a refund for the second charge because it was a little after 11pm. My station crashed so I had plenty of time to hear what was happening with her in between the, "someone will assist you momentarily". I must have heard it 20 times. Another customer across from me had to have an employee assist her too because the register froze. One employee can only do so much.

Best Kroger In the ATL! Let's face it. Not all Krogers are equal. This store is the model all Krogers should aspire to become. Open, spacious layout of produce, bakery & deli is very welcoming. Fantastic olive & salad bars. They even have a Hot Asian bar with some wonderful selections. A very pleasurable shopping experience!

Over last 4 years store has gone from great, to bad, to fair. Today I went to drop off script (very friendly), to pick up a few things and grab something for lunch. I tried the new "artisan" subs. Specialty bread advertised? "We don't have those - only white or wheat". Cost the same. Bread was stale. 'Buffalo' chicken was sliced deli meat. Yuck. Olive Bar, gone. Nice selection of soups, gone. Meat cutter always "broken". Cold pressed juice, gone. Blueberries, moldy - again. Bakery, slim choices. So sad Sprouts closed. Gotta find a new store.

The store itself and employees are pretty good but many of the customers (particularly the nighttime patrons) are of questionable quality. Afternoons from 3-7 are a nightmare inside the store and in its parking lot. It is common to see perplexed people standing at the self service checkouts absolutely clueless that the system works on weights of individual products. Idiots. What year is it again?! Produce and meats have been consistently high quality over the past year although you should still vigorously check any items you buy for expiration dates and freshness. It is common (here and at any store) to find berries or potatoes with mold growing inside their packaging. By the way, weekdays at night, Angela works the self service checkouts. Be nice to her... She's one of those good employees I talked about.

Sep 10, just left there, live store the street for over 18 years, 2 female staffs at the check out area, white lady was worse, bad altitude, no smile no offering for help not into customer service at all, make me wonder if it's because I am Asian. There were few occasions service weren't up to expectations but this time, I feel the urge to post this comment, hopefully Kroger will have nice staffs the whole store.

BE AWARE: This Kroger is no longer 24 hours as of Mother's Day 2017. They now close daily at 1 am. Adding to this lack of convenient hours has been a steady deterioration of produce quality and overall selection shortages and you are left with a store that is vastly inferior to its old self. Avoid.

Kroger on the West Side is ok. Some of the staff isn't friendly but hey you have that almost everywhere you go these days. Some times they are really busy. Especially on senior day which is on Tuesdays.

Today I arrived to the Kruger store near my house to shop and return three products. 1. A pack of broken cucumbers 2. A pack of broken kosher meat that I bought at another location. 3. A pair of socks that should contain 6 pairs but actually contained 3.5 pairs. I went to the customer service desk and ran into a worker named Edena. I got the most racist service I've ever encountered in America! All because I am Jewish!! When I first introduced the kosher meat, she sent it to me and said that I should replace it at the store that I had bought. As for the cucumbers she did not really have an excuse. Then we got to the socks. She must have thought I did not know English or that she really did not know English. Six pairs are written on the package. This means that there should be 12 units inside. She claims 6 pairs is 6 single socks. Edena argued with me for so long and I tried to explain to her that the word pair mean two! She summed it up with the sentence: "I do not care what you say!" I told her it was very serious that she did not care what I was saying! Then she just refused to go on treating me !!! Here I was very angry and asked to speak to the store manager. The manager of course did not arrive, but instead came a employee named Mary who listened patiently and realized that I had purchased a product that was simply stolen. She asked me to bring another package and even said that I could get both packages even though I refused. She claimed they had nothing to do with half a product. Edna immediately went to her and whispered something. Mary canceled the gesture she wanted to do for me. And I went out with a whole new package as I bought it.In any case she gave me credit for both the cucumbers and the meat, which I thought I should get to the location where it was bought! Apart from not going into this store again because of Edena, I intend to take all the measures at my disposal regarding the subject !! There is no place for racism in America in 2019 !! And there is no place for rude service in a big company like Kroger!!

Good store, clean and mostly friendly staff. Had a bad experience just once where this one cashier scanned her Kroger card and then got irritated and gave a little attitude when I wanted the points on "MY" Kroger Shopper's card instead. She said, "You still get the discount & savings on your purchase items." I told her, "Well I would like the savings on my gas as well." She proceeded to unwillingly "start over" the transaction, rescan all my items with a little attitude while releasing a long unattractive sigh and groan to me as she corrected it to scan mine. This was a huge turn off as a customer just trying to go about my life and do a little grocery shopping on my minimal time and valuable time off from work myself. If Kroger sees this message I will happily point her out the next next I visit the store if she still works there. I will raise to four stars if they do something about this and take action. Give a thumbs up if THIS has happened to YOU while shopping there please. Thank you.

Great place! Produce and proteins stay fresh and restocked, employees have always been either friendly and straight to business, or just straight to business. Either one gets you in done and out. Never seen trash in the aisles or perishables out on the shelves, so either customers respect the store or employees quickly clean up. They have a nice dine-in area too next to a hot bar with a good variety of food types. Haven't eaten there before, but I've seen the cooks at work making fresh sushi, fried chicken and sides, Chinese takeout-style dishes, etc. Chaotic parking lot though; can't blame the Kroger for bad drivers, but get there when someone's giving up their right of way and you may be sitting waiting to get out of the parking lot for awhile.

I live just up the road from this location when I first moved to the area I use to go all the time. But now since I know the area I go as little as possible the people who work this store are not helpful. Also I picked up a cookie cake around 5 one evening for my husbands birthday and it was like pulling teeth to have her right his name on it. Also the cashiers never look you in the eye and I've had meat bagged with my detergent not good at all. I only go in there now if I have to.

This is always a busy store, but they need to a better job keeping it clean. I was recently there with my son, who had a bathroom emergency, and after walking into the restroom he declared that he'd rather have an accident. It wasn't just "busy shift, no time to clean for a few hours" dirty either...it was the most disgusting bathroom I've ever seen.

This Kroger has pretty friendly people at the front end. The self check-out persons, cashiers, bakery, customer service, and management actually helps out by off loading your buggy onto the casher register’s checkout belt :-) However, if you think that you will get help from any of the back store folk that work this Kroger’s milk, produce, seafood, etc., you might as well paint a Wal-Mart sign over the front of this location. The back store persons are overall uncaring, rude, and helpful with an attitude at best. I have experienced this yin and yang customer service on multiple occasions. I only go to this Kroger local because the front store people make up for the lackluster customer care of their fellow back of the store co-workers, but, I have started driving an extra 5 minuets to the Perimeter Center Publix.

I save so much money at Kroger. This location always has their sales items easily identified, and they aren't afraid to discount merchandise for quick sales. I buy a lot of manager's special items and have never had a problem with quality. I rarely have to wait in line here. The cashiers are usually friendly, and self check out is always open.
