Late night after a movie. Order food, and some blizzards. Talking and chatting about the movie and then the food is brought. I felt they delivered in a timely manner, but I guess they thought it was slow so they gave us complimentary Onion rings. Just to go above and beyond to make sure your patrons are taken care of says a lot, so this is a good place.

7/18 This is the third time in as many months I have ordered a S'mores blizzard... And NOT gotten a true S'mores blizzard!!!! The first time it was made with chocolate ice cream... Okay I heard the lady in front of me order one with chocolate ice cream, easy mistake! Second time there was no chocolate pieces whatsoever in the cup... And today there was chocolate pieces in the cup and what looks like little butterscotch candies of some kind... The menu doesn't show S'mores anymore and I specifically asked and was told they still did them... STOP MAKING IT UP!! I'M NOT SAYING ANY OF THESE WERE BAD... BUT THEY ARE NOT WHAT I CAME THERE TO PURCHASE!!! AND I WILL NOT BE BACK ANYTIME SOON!

It was good, the service was friendly, better then most fast food in the area. Everything was made hot and fresh. My coke was a little flat and there was more ice then coke. I would eat there again. If you are in a hurry I wouldn't stop. Plan on 15+ minutes i. Drive thru line. If you go inside there are multiple TVs tuned to different sports stations so that is nice to watch while you ate waiting/eating

Okay let me spill the tea about this place, my little brother LOVES this place! It's his favorite place in the whole world it be 10 at night and he'll ask me to take him here. If he had it his way he would be there every single day. His favorite thing is the chicken strip basket and you should see the look on his face when he gets it it's like gold to him. The crew there is one of the best I've ever seen and they're always willing to help you out! 10 out of 10 would recommend this place it's the best!

If I could give this place 6-stars I would! The manager is probably THE most helpful person I have ever met at a restaurant. Facilities were clean and the bathrooms were equipped with changing tables. We didn't have to wait long for our food and good times were had there. Highly recommend this place!

I love Dairy queen. Especially the one on Gray highway. The service is always great and the food is always, always hot. I'm never disappointed when I visit DQ. Parking isn't a problem and yes, you are able to eat inside. The only issue would be trying to merge out into traffic going left. That's the only issue.

Horrible customer service. I bought a hamburger from them and they placed my whole hamburger in the microwave including lettuce and tomatoes. The burger tasted like it was a day old. They claim that they do all their hamburgers like this. This is a food safety violation. I expected my lettuce and tomatoes to be cold and fresh not hot and soggy. Contacted corporate and the district manager has yet to call me back regarding this issue. Do not go here because you will be sick. No place in america microwaves a whole hamburger that was previously made in the microwave with the lettuce and tomatoes still on it. I work in food safety and this is unacceptable. They also have been docked points for food temperature on their health score record.

Presented a coupon for a free Sunday and was asked what meal I would like to order. I didn't realise I had a local coupon and the Indian owner wouldn't take it. They lost any business we may have done there over a $2 ice cream. The bathrooms were pretty nasty too. Poor lady was sitting right out side of the restroom, because that's where the table and chairs are. I was embarrassed to ask her if I could use the restroom because she was leaned up against the door, sitting eating her ice cream. I'm good. No reason to stop there next time I'm traveling to Atlanta. Please don't waste your time and risk getting sick like the other people I see who have left bad reviews.

This location uses the minimum toppings possible on any blizzards. A few Months ago I bought a Reece’s blizzard and I had to go back to show them all they gave me was vanilla ice cream with a few Reece’s pieces and they said their manager tells them not to use up the toppings. Wrote about it,manager aysim called us,apologized and said when we come back he would give us a new order. Called yesterday talked to the manager and told him I was coming up and he said ok he would tell his employees to redo my order. Get up there and the girl said we could spend the $4 treats,we had had banana split & lg sundae.so couldn't get what we had previously ordered, she said that's what the mgr told her to do. We have been going to that dq for years,but that's the last time,because we left.we were told one thing 15 mins before we got there,and different thing was told to his employee. On July 29, 2018 a little after 9pm I came here and order a 6 piece chicken strips meal with a Mt. Dew and a small vanilla cone. I pull up to the drive thru window and paid for my order, received my drink and vanilla cone and pull off not thinking about my chicken strips meal. I commence to eating my vanilla cone and pull out onto Gray Hwy and headed home. I made it almost to Joycliff Rd after finishing my vanilla cone and realized that I didn't have my chicken strips box. I made a u turn at the intersection of Gray Hwy and Joycliff Rd and went back to the Dairy Queen. The cashier that waited on me was so nice that I really didn't have to say why I was back so soon, cause she remembered that I drove off without my full order.

Sorry but since we have the same issue everytime you are getting a 1 star until your crew can do their jobs properly. It is like the other one shut down so now the crew thinks they can get away with lack luster performance. My husband ordered a kids cone in a cup. We got the cup less than a third full WITH NO CONE. We asked for a cone which came empty, so to make my son an actual cone I had to give half of mine up and the ice cream still barely came to the top of the cone. That is a total rip off, and I think we won't be back until we get a good review from someone.

Lots of flies buzzing around, which are hard to control at this time of the year, but the dead ones should be removed. Recently they remodeled, so they shrunk the outside eating area, and they removed the 2 trees, which were the only source of shade when eating outside. I went through the drive thru here recently, and the food was all hot and fresh, although they could have given bigger portions. Awhile ago they completely removed flieshkeithla from the menu, which was the only thing I came here for, so that dramatically reduced the times I eat here. The place has gone somewhat downhill over the years.

After getting a strawberry cheesecake Blizzard , I decided to order a chicken finger dinner. I do not eat chicken tenders with gravy. At the drive-in speaker my partner confirmed that we need BBQ sauce instead of gravy for the chicken tenders. When we got to the window again we asked the server if she can repeat our order and make sure we had BBQ sauce. Once we received our bag, we asked "Is there BBQ sauce in the bag?" and the cashier said "yes there is". Needless to say- there was not any BBQ sauce in the bag only gravy. It's frustrating because we asked three times if we could please have BBQ sauce and each time we were told " It's in the bag".The customer service is always on point (at this location). However, sometimes it helps to double-check things before you leave the drive-in. We started to check our bags before we pulled away however, the drive-thru line was so packed we did not want to appear rude. Especially after we were reassured that the sauce was inside our bag. Next time I will make sure to double-check.

Love DQ! Great location to get to, they're usually pretty quick! The employees are always super friendly! Management is fantastic. Food wise their chicken strips are the best. For blizzards, I would recommend the Double Fudge Cookie Dough, Georgia Mud Fudge, Turtle Pecan Cluster, or even the Oreo Cheesequake (with chocolate soft serve of course). If you don't want a blizzard then I recommend the Frozen Hot Chocolate (it's delicious), any of the Moolatte's, the Peanut Buster Parfait, and of course you can never go wrong with a dilly bar or just a chocolate cone. Ordered the fudge stuffed cookie once, it was not warm at all, so that was kind of a let down. I didn't care for the funnel cake either. Would recommend stopping here if you're passing through.

First off, if you are military or a veteran, they offer a discount if you show your ID Card. Dairy Queen seems to be the local hangout for teens. I would have given 5 stars but sometimes they can make the experience not as enjoyable. You may not mind it. I don't like loud kids around me. This restaurant is usually clean (this includes the restrooms). The employees are always friendly and the service is usually quick. I live taking the family out for the pretzels and a blizzard on a hot day for a nice treat. Ice cream is always great after fishing on a hot day!
