This bakery went above and beyond in customer service. I ordered cupcakes for my best friend’s birthday who is in the Navy to be delivered to the hotel she is staying at. GrubHub really dropped the ball on their delivery and Buttersweet Bakery said they would personally deliver it! They were so sweet on the phone. I was not there in person to go through the order and they made it happen even without GrubHub! They made her Birthday special and that’s all I could ask for!

I came to Buttersweet for my first time today to pickup a last minute dessert for my anniversary. The owners could not have been more helpful or friendly. The space is so cute and I love that you can order specialty cakes. The Georgia praline brownie is so gooey and delicious that I had to call my mom and tell her about them! I haven't gotten home with the cupcakes and cookies yet but the brownie didn't make it....I had to eat it in the car on the way back to the office! I can't recommend this place enough! I'll be back!

I order a cake for my boyfriend's birthday recently from Buttersweet Bakery. When i contacted the bakery they were very professional . I was a little nervous, because I live in Michigan and wanted to be sure I would get the cake I desired without ,having stepped foot inside the bakery . We worked via email to get the right logo (Detroit Lions) and design for the cake. The day I arrived in town the cake wasn't ready, but I was assured they would deliver it to me the next day. They followed through and delivered the cake to me at the time we had agreed upon. My boyfriend loved the cake! I was very pleased. The cake was moist and very good. I'm not cake person so that says alot about the quality of the cake. He took the cake to his job and shared it with his coworkers. The cake got rave reviews from all his coworkers . All in all I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend Buttersweet Bakery.

Buttersweet Bakery / Ms Charolitia made a wedding cake for my niece back in February sorry for the late review it look like exactly like the picture. The cake was very moist and frosting was fluffy and light. Everyone at the wedding kept asking about the cake who made the cake and were there any left. Hats off to Buttersweet bakery for a job well done. Also I have had her desert from her store and I am always happy with her dessert.

What’s the point of being open if you don’t want to see or speak to customers? Rude, unwelcoming, unhelpful, and arrogant. There are so many bakeries out there, why act like you’re sooo busy and yours is special? The desserts on display look mediocre and boring. Next.

The lunch menu from Fat Sisters is AWESOME! I’ve tried two different sandwiches from them and both times they’ve impressed my taste buds to say the least! And the bakery is pretty awesome as well! I’ve had 2 different pastries from them and I was pleasantly surprised! Just the parking is completely HORRIBLE at this location. NEVER park next door at the transmission place because they will put a boot on your car! I was told they are racist against African Americans and have ONLY booted their vehicles so be aware!

this! place! is! wonderful! at first we weren’t planning to go because we were on our way to dinner (and we’re not ANIMALS who eat dessert before dinner), but we almost never see this place open so we walked in! The smell of butter and sugar (thus the name) assaulted our noses immediately, infiltrating our nasal canals with the sweet smell of nostalgia-fueled carbohydrates. My nose said “whoa” and my stomach said “whoa” and my heart said “let’s never leave.” this is all to say: we got a cupcake, cookie, and two brownies and they all rocked, especially because they were given to us by a nice man with kind eyes who runs a cool bakery! we will be back!

Recently purchased cupcakes and a peanut butter magic bar I believe it was called. Cupcakes are moist and tasty nothing blew Me away but it met my needs of wanting some tasty at the time. The peanut butter item wow! You could tell it was fresh and had an amazing taste and sweetness on too of chocolate. I really enjoyed that item.

You can't beat the confectionary treats you can find here; HIGHLY recommend the key lime and red velvet cupcakes and the lemon bars. You can taste the love in each creation; prices are good and the owner is a wonderful soul. Comfortable dining area with brightly colored finishing make it an enjoyable spot in downtown Hapeville to watch the people go by.

Yesterday I went into Buttersweet for the first time after moving out of town about 6 years ago. It was refreshing to walk in and feel the love of the staff as if i come in everyday. The smell was a very familiar and amazing aroma. And the cupcakes looked amazing as well. We purchased the Georgia Sweet Brownie (Which was Delicious). The gentlemen said that we would figure out the ingredients after we tasted it and all I can say is i think we figured it out but even if we missed some items it is the greatest Brownie on this side of Heaven. We also got a Walnut Brownie that was again delicious. And the last two items we purchased were Red Velvet and Key Lime Cupcakes. When I say everything we got was The Best. I will be making a road trip back to Atlanta to purchase more items and next time I'll be ordering a dozen cupcakes and a whole cake as well. I can't remember the gentleman's name who helped us but your customer service sir is impeccable. You made us feel special. And anytime you come through Forsyth Ga feel free to drop off some cupcakes.

My job ordered 3 cakes from here for a celebration. They were amazing! I don't even like key lime but it was my favorite cake. The strawberry was my 2nd favorite. The German chocolate was super moist. I have not one complaint!!!

If I could give it 10 stars I would !!! It is so delicious!! And the prices are amazing! I just ordered from Uber eats caue I wanted something sweet and I was not disappointed!!! Only thing I wish is they offered more options on their Uber eats menu but besides that LOVED LOVED LOVED !!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
