Fabulous top-shelf wedding bakery. Made a most delicious and beautifully designed cake for my daughter-in-law's baby shower. I am a baker and am very particular about baked goods. Lucy is truly a master pastry chef. I and everyone else at the shower adored the cake. It was DELICIOUS. Among the best I've ever had. Not too sweet and the flavorings were so pure and fresh tasting. We had another cake from a prominent bakery at the event, and this didn't come close to Sofelle Cake Artistry's.

I recently needed a cake, last minute, for my sister's graduation from medical school! I decided to go with Sofelle Cake Artistry because she had nothing but 5 star reviews on google reviews and the wedding websites and everyone seemed pretty satisfied with the flavor. I discussed with Lucy and put my order in for my rather large one tier cake on a Monday, confirmed and paid for that night, and picked it up on a Thursday morning. I don't know many cake artists who would have put up with me! Let's talk flavor: I live in Miami and I was not able to come in to pick flavors so I read the reviews, and decided to go with the Vanilla Cake, Dulce de Leche, and butterscotch buttercream purely on a whim even though the Champaign Raspberry seemed to be the most popular review. I am pleased to report that it was AMAZING!! The buttercream was soooooooo smooth and the butterscotch wasn't over powering, just delicate enough to let the dulce shine and marry with the soft and delightful vanilla cake. It was truly delicious! Even the fondant was yummy and I NEVER eat the fondant. The design was perfect! She gave me some options and we tweaked them and she delivered!!!!! The party was a hit and so was the cake. My sister received many compliments on her Instagram about how "bomb" her cakes looked. It tasted bomb too. Lucy is SO sweet and such a pleasure to work with!! I would recommend her without reservation to anyone, and I am a VERY difficult person to please when it comes to food. I only accept top notch, and she really delivered. THANK YOU LUCY!!!!

I asked Lucy for 2 very different and very specific cakes for my wedding. I sent her pictures and described as best as I could but I have to admit I was nervous about how the designs would turn out. I had nothing to worry about. The cakes were phenomenal! They tasted so beautiful and they looked amazing! She got every design perfectly well and the intricacies were not a bother for her. My husband and I were determined to find a wedding cake that not only looked good but also tasted good. Most of the vendors we considered were able to create beautiful wedding cakes but they tasted like an average cake with not so yummy icing. We found Lucy at a bridal expo and sampled a few of her cakes & they were to die for!!! I really wanted fondant but never liked the taste of it. Lucy's homemade fondant tasted really good and her own version of buttercream is good enough to be eaten alone. She made us a gorgeous four tier cake along with a very creative groom's cake. We had the pleasure of working with Lucy from Sofelle Cake Artisty on the design of our wedding cake. Our design was slightly unusual in the sense that we wanted it to fit the theme of our overall wedding design, which included a lot of flowers and earthiness. Lucy loved the design and embraced the challenge of having to create MANY miniature flowers made out of gum paste. The ending result was simply beautiful. The most difficult part of the wedding cake process was having to choose which cake flavor we wanted, all three of the cakes we tried during the tasting were so delicious. We almost had a different flavor for each layer of our cake, but decided her Red Velvet and Raspberry Champagne flavors were the crowd pleasers. We highly recommend Sofelle Cake Artistry, they have an amazing menu of flavors and their prices were beyond reasonable.

Lucy is amazing!! The taste and texture of her cakes are on point. Best wedding cake I have ever had! We met to do the cake tasting and the presentation was lovely and we had 4 flavor options to try from! You can't go cheap on your wedding cake. The cake will be one of the more memorable parts of your wedding day. We even used Lucy again for our baby shower. The ingredients are all natural and the texture of the frosting was phenomenal. It melts in your mouth like butter. Well done!! Price is very reasonable compared to other expensive places

Lucy is an absolute joy to work with! From the beginning stages of looking through Pintrest albums, to the final product, she helped my bride ramblings turn into a masterpiece. It was difficult to find someone in Orlando who uses Swiss Buttercream in her desserts, but Lucy was the diamond in the rough! We did alternating layers of raspberry buttercream/white cake, and white chocolate buttercream/lemon and lavender cake, and I've never tasted anything better. It was to die for! The watercolors and design were perfect; we even ordered custom "feathers" off of Etsy with different quotes on them, and Lucy brilliantly arranged them around the cake, adding the final touch. I cannot recommend her enough!

During the consultation, we discussed our relationship and engagement stories as well as a few ideas we had for the cake. We tasted some samples and then she helped us with our cake design. She promptly got back to us by the day's end with a sketch of the cake and a quote for different options. She was prompt in responding to our follow up emails and reassured us. The final cake was amazing; beautifully designed (almost too good looking to eat) and it was a nice blend of flavors with the right texture. All our guests loved it!
