The one of the staff members got upset with me because I return my overcooked skirt steak sandwich it also had more tomatoes than meat I ask for some chimichuri and that was a hassle trust me I work in a resturant and never complain but IHAVE TO I TOLD THEM THAT MY MOM HAS DEMENTIA AND PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE WITH HER. WELL DURING OUR TIME THERE SHE USED THE BATHROOM FOUR TIMES AND WAS KIND OF DIFFICULT I HAVE TO SAY IT THE WAY IT HAPPENED BUT ON HER FIFTH TRIP THEY CLOSE THE BATHROOM ON HER AND WOULDN'T OPEN IT UP FOR NOTHING MY MOM GOT IN THE CAR AND STARTED CRYING AND APOLOGIZING TO ME ABOUT OUR BAD EXPERIENCE AT THE BAKERY. I CANT BELIEVE HOW A SENIOR CITIZEN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS WAS MISTREATED.BTW THEY TOLD HER TO USE THE BATHROOM NEXT DOOR THATS ALL I NEED FOR HER TO GET LOST. I waited for 15 minutes for a sandwich. When I went to the counter to ask what was taking so long the lady just pointed to a bag on the counter. They did not even tell me it was there. Mind you, I was the only person in the store at the time. I could let that slide, since it was a harmless mistake, just a waste of time. The thing that really was bad was when I came home and opened the sandwich, they had messed up the order. What kind of Philly cheesesteak has NO cheese?! I've had good experiences at the Pinecrest location, but this one was poor.

Stopped in today for my second visit after doing errands nearby. The first time I visited was just after they opened for a late night espresso - they are open 24 hours. Today I tried a sandwich and soda. The bread for my Philly Steak was mediocre. I ordered a cooked sandwich because the pre-made sandwiches looked tired. The steak was tough, thick sinewy chunks.

I am in this location all the time because it is convenient. Not the fastest place, food is average and level of service definitely needs improvement. Today, I walk in and am the only customer waiting at the time. Two people are cleaning up something and I assume as soon as they are finished that they will take my order. Another guy walks in and instead of assisting me, lady starts speaking to him in Spanish while other girl walks in back and ignores me. After he completes his transaction she turns her back to me and still don’t acknowledge me and another gentleman is standing waiting as well. I had to stop her to get assistance, finally gentleman that I normally see there comes from back and helps me. I told him, I don’t care what language anyone speaks but I will not be ignored. I am in there several times a week sometimes and I expect better service. He tried to excuse her behavior because they guy who stepped in front of me was a delivery driver but that does not justify the behavior of ignoring me. The delivery driver could have waited for me to order my burger and she should have at least made an effort to try and assist me without me saying anything.

The first time I came in, I ordered a Super Cubano. The sandwich was good and huge! I ate half for lunch and half for dinner. I mistakenly came back today for my break from work at 10:30 pm, a relatively slow time for a bakery. .. it took well over 30 minutes to get my Turkey BLT, which I had to ask them to change "to-go" so i could get back to work... still huge, and yummy, but did not have enough time to eat it. :-(

On 6/9 at 9pm the employees actually wouldn't let customers in the rest room and and finally a customer and employee came out of the restroom together. Amazingly bad service, we bought a lot of stuff, we didn't just ask to use the restroom.

I would 5 star BUT...I've been here a few times since I just recently discovered it. Each time the food is great, but the service not so much. I know what it's like to work in food service and I'm sure they are tired but come on, at least try NOT to look like every customer is a burden to you. Whether I speak to those girls in Spanish or English, they have this look on their face like they wish they could be somewhere else. They need a better attitude simply because they are paid to provide friendly customer service. It will make or break a store.

Burger lacks flavor and does not taste fresh, taste like generic frozen hamburger patties. Bacon has a good flavor and scrambled eggs are okay. Place is convenient and easy to get in and out. Parking lot can be full sometimes but usually find a spot.

This 24 hours Bakery is a life saver if you are craving for pastry, empanadas (Grilled or Fried) or meat pastry (pastelito con carne) They also serve regular coffee, Lattes or Cappuccinos as well as the Cortadito Cubano. Sandwiches and other plates are also available and if you are looking for cakes for any occasion they have a large selection. Bottles of wine can also be found at a decent price.

I have only ever had their empanadas and croquetas, but both are extremely good in my opinion. I usually get 1 chicken and 1 beef empanada. They taste very authentic. Everything else in the bakery looks quite good too especially the cakes. Staff is very nice as well and its open 24hrs!

I was stuck in traffic while coming back from keywest and couldn't pick up the cake in time. I was looking for other options and i luckily found this one and its open 24hrs. I came in running hoping that i could find a cake. my friend also came into the store with me. I explained the case to the manager cari, i told her its just 2 of us and we need a small cake to celebrate the birthday. Next thing, she came into the lobby singing happy birthday with the crew. That was so touching and she said the small cake is on the house. Insane levels of humanity. It just made our day extra beautiful and nice. People like that inspire the customer. Im definitely coming back and recommend this place to all my friends

This is the worst bakery in the beach!! I order everytime from ubereats and this is not the first time I order from here. To say the least they are extremely rude and need to switch staff. Stay away from here highly suggest. One night I ordered through uber eats toast, batido, and flan. First the toast was hard as a rock I was trying to eat it since I did not want to complain normally never do. But when the food is baD i will raise hell. The batido came all watery and was not even sealed like other restaurants seal their drink. To make it worse the bag was open not even closed!!!!! This is disgusting they have no sanitary rules!!!!! Went next morning to claim and the lady said the toast was half eaten well of course if i did not want to compain!!!!! But I the end I had to it was disgusting. If anything dont order from Ubereats here. She said she was gonna call the cops all cause I wanted a fresh tostada!!!! At the end it was given to me with a fight!!!! I will not order in none of pinecrest and will take my business else where. Do not come here!!!! BTW in miami beach not too much cuban live here so dont really know how these cuban food should taste will they think is good there is better thats worth to spend. Sooo dont order here from Ubereats!!!!

If your american looking and speak spanish they will ask you in a mixture of spanish and english or in english even though they fluently speak Spanish.
