All around a great experience. The food was great and the service was excellent. Our waiter was very attentive even with it being busy, he did a great job. I had the Breakfast Burger and my wife had the Turkey Dinner, no complaints from either one of us. If you have never been here give the place a chance.

My server never brought us our food had to have a manager look into our order. My eggs which I asked for over medium were totally under cook with the White still running out of them they forgot our bacon had to go back and get it my husband asked for cheese in his eggs which he didn't get my mistake to try something new never again

Very disappointed iv got a learning disability and autism the server abby made me feel uncomfortable and forced me to take something I didn't eat I didn't finish my meal and abby made me take a dessert aswell which I didn't completely eat when she bring the bill my dad went up and paid he left a tip but on the way out abby came after us and told us that the tip was not enough and demanded more money in a very unpleasant way I took a complete melt down and took it serious very disappointed will not be back and will not recommend to anybody else after this experience. There was a stale smell coming from the restaurant and all the tables where dirty and not cleaned there was bugs coming from the chair which was ripped open . Enter as ur own risk!

My girlfriend and I came up here from Ft. Myers to visit Universal Studios. We were serviced Bobbi (Bobby?) and she was extremely nice and attentive to our needs and didn't get a single thing wrong. We came here on back to back mornings and had a wonderful time both times. I ordered the All American on my first visit, and the Blueberry Buttermilk Pankcakes my second visit. Both were great. My girlfriend ordered the same thing on both visits: Brioche French Toast with hashbrowns added. Oh, and the strawberry and cream cheese crispers were amazing! Great experience both times, and a fraction of the cost of our hotel food. Tasted better too, I'm sure.

It took 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order and over 30 minutes to get our food and 20 minutes into waiting for our food they came and told us that they couldn't make one of our items. The restaurant wasn't busy there was a total of 5 tables. Very poor service.

The server already cashed out my check but could not be any less subtle in all the hints she was dropping that she wanted me to leave. I arrived by myself and was celebrating my birthday. She overall left a bad taste in my mouth which made me feel like I overtipped her.

We waited over 40 minutes for our food to be served cold and only part of our order. . After we placed our order we were never checked on again. It wasn't that busy, there was no reason for the service to be that bad. The only reason I am giving it two stars is the coffee was good and hot. Was very disappointed! The Manager told us she couldn't help us right then but if we came back later she could.... Really after waiting that long you want us to come back?

This place did NOT accommodate my milk allergy. I felt really uncomfortable. They had nothing that was milk free and didn’t know that. They are obviously in educated. They gave us a GLUTEN menu for a MILK allergy!! This place was horrible and we had to end up walking out!

And for Health & Safety this place needs a deep clean would never pass a health inspection in another state!! Dine here at your own risk!!!! Very disappointed!!

Hard to get too with construction. This location had good food and server, Fonda, was nice. The building needs deep cleaning and vents cleaned. It smells like old dirt and the tables have a sticky residue.

It's a lovely bakery! Fresh and tasty food. We tried pancakes, bacon, eggs, almost everything in the breakfast menu and it was very good. The muffins are huge and very tasty too. Staff was very attentive and funny, I think they are always in a good mood! lol

Good food! Only issue was service... Both days. Day one waitress near insisted we tip cash to help her. Day two we sat directly left and she frankly was poor at her job but more over not pleasant. Walked by us 6 times over 15 minutes without a hello , be right with you, or coffee. When she finally came blamed it on hostess and claimed that she asked for drink help but didn't get it.....didn't care just wanted a cup of coffee and I would have been fine . Noticed other tables unhappy as well, one family went OFF.

This was my first time ever coming to a Perkins and I have always heard good things about them. Needless to say, it did not disappoint. To start off, our hostess/waitress was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience. They have a large variety of selections on the menu. In terms of taste and quality it was excellent. Overall, I would definitely recommend any Perkins after this experience - especially this location.

Never greeted to be seated. This is the second time in as many months. We let the first time go. This time around one of the servers walked by us 3 different times. On the last time they simply sat at a table to roll silverware. We used to enjoy going to Perkins during our visits to Orlando, but we won't take this risk anymore.

The food was very good. All three of us liked what we got. The only problem was the booth we initially sat at smelled of urine so we sat at another table. I hope they take care of that. It's the first booth as you come into the main dining room. The door was good though and the employees were nice.

A quiet late afternoon and I needed a bit of breakfast. And that's what I received when ordering an over 55 selection. A bit of breakfast. The omelet with cheese and bacon included a small half slice of cheese and some bacon fragments. Not a single strip of bacon, just fragments. Well sometimes you get what you pay for, and sometimes not even that.

Perkins is always a good restaurant to go to. This particular one on the corner of Sand Lake and International Drive is nice. I went there rather late with some friends and our waitress was superb. I ordered my eggs a specific way and they came out the way I wanted them to. I will definitely recommend this place to eat.

I've been going to Perkins since I was a kid in the Midwest and was excited to see this place/take a trip down memory lane. This particular Perkins was quite outdated and musky, but once you get past that the service and food are good. We came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning and were able to get right in. Our server, Wendy, was awesome and seriously provided the best service I've had anywhere in a long time. We both got breakfast items and the food was good (exactly what you'd expect at a good Perkins). The claw machine in the entrance of the restaurant was a huge bonus and added a bit of fun to the experience. We'll be back.

Unfortunately, I have to give at least one star, but here goes... When my server first came up to my table (which took awhile, but that's OK, since I wasn't in a hurry), I gave him my drink order, and informed him that I needed more time. He replied "I thought you were ready." When bringing my drink, he didn't even talk to me, and scarcely made eye contact. When he took my order, he wasn't friendly at all. At that point, I decided that I wasn't going to pay to eat at a restaurant where the server had an obvious dislike of me, and left. I eat at Perkins regularly (although not at this location) and have never had an issue with the service (frankly, this surprised me). I will still eat there, but never again at this location. I'm not sure how a server can work at a restaurant, and get away with showing such disrespect to the customers (especially since I hadn't said anything negative to him). Perhaps, being in a tourist location, they aren't worried about repeat customers (although the IHOP practically right next door had great service).

I understand it’s a fast-paced restaurant but what i don’t understand is that I’m a paying customer and deserve respect/professionalism. The server doesn’t need to “toss” my drink on the table to rush to the next. You can gently place it on there without having to pound putting it down. Also, if your not able to take drink orders and food orders at the same time, fine, but you don’t need to shout infront of everyone saying you have three more tables to attend first. Thanks for causing an uncomfortable scene. There goes your tip...

I missed going to Perkins in the city I live in now. But I was so happy to see a Perkins in Orlando as I was driving around it has always been one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. Very good place to eat took my family which was 4 of us which was our last night in Orlando. Very unique menu and different variates of things to choose from. Unlike IHOP and Denny's and we liked that. We were visiting from Austin, TX which if course they don't have ANY of these in all of Texas (we wish they did) Everything came out hit and fresh and tasty and we was there like 1 or 2 am and it was a great experience. Great deserts too I almost forgot like thanksgiving in there. When I come back to Orlando which I will because I have 2 aunts that live there I will definitely come back to this particular location it was close to the hotel I was staying at the time really cool place to eat staff was nice as well this was back in (Dec of 2016) when I was there just posting it now since I am thinking about it.

I last visited this restaurant many years ago and loved it. Sadly this visit was disappointing and will not be back. Food took an age to get to us..I had the beef on pasta which looked nothing like the picture. It looked like something the dog had brought up. The pasta was well overcooked. The dish tasted really greasy and left most of it. We were not offered any more drinks until we were leaving. We were not asked how we liked our meal and they are only interested in tips.

Perkins was a place that offered an excellent option for our daughter (she can't have any food with sugar): the wildberry pie, no sugar added as they described. There is no sugar and a wonderful taste in this pie. Every time we go to Orlando, Perkins is the "must go" restaurant. Of course, there are other things to eat and like: the comfort classic; the breakfast combos; the burgers and so on. In January, it was delicious as always.

Bitterly disappointed with the service in Perkins, have been on several occassions and had different waitresses but the rudess and most unpleasant was Abbi. She came across very abrupt and was rushing us into ordering, I have 2 lads with learning disabilities and autism and they ended up taking a complete meltdown. We didn't want to cause a fuss and so got up to leave when she approached us about not finishing our meals, we had already paid our bill and left her a very good tip as we didn't want any trouble and the lads were very upset. Feel Abbi could do with a course on customer service and working with the public especially people with disabilities that need more time.

The 4 stars has nothing to do with the food or customer experience. Both were spectacular. The place was not as clean as it should be in my opinion. The carpet was stained and floor sticky at this restaurant. Have been to many Perkins before and that is not upto the standards that they hold.

10/2019. This Perkins is right on International Drive making it a good spot for an early or late dinner or breakfast. Since 2010 I have visited many times from 6am to 2am. They have been consistent with their good service, friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, and of course great prices.

I do like Perkins. They make fresh, nice, reasonably priced meals in a friendly environment. But like ALL American restaurants, they have no idea how bad their bacon and sausages are compared to those we have in the UK - and their breakfasts are screaming to have a portion of baked beans or tinned tomatoes. Never those awful American thick spongy pancakes!

I really enjoy eating breakfast at Perkins. They do an outstanding job with it. The bakery is also awesome, and it is hard to resist a muffin or piece of pie when dining. They serve lunch and dinner, but it's always breakfast for me. The main issue with this location is it is so busy you can barely get in at times.

The restaurant has a strong smell like old mop water or sewage. The food was OK. Biscuits we dry. My eggs white were cooked nicely, turkey sausage tasty and breakfast potatoes well seasoned. My waitress was nice but she continuously coughed without covering her mouth. We were grateful when someone other than herself delivered our food. She also complained to us about a table with a significant bill only left her $1 tip and informing that she'd rather be tipped in cash due to having wages taxed of tipped by card. Overall we would give the place another try. Maybe try out some of the bakery stuff.

Wish we had a Perkins closer to home. The new chicken salad addition was delicious. The homemade tomato soup was great too, but I did add 2 half & half creamers to it and that made it perfect. The cookies were fresh-baked and quite tasty! Service appeared like it might take an hour but our waitress was great by having is in & out in under an hour.
