Really good bakery. lots of variety and great options. Nice place. Really liked the cakes and pastries. Definitely recommended. Pastries are actually lightweight and not heavy and loaded with whipped cream like the typical American cakes and cup cakes. The place can get busy. The parking can get full especially in the evening.

I would recommend the bakery have a catering menu available because when I go to a restaurant near my place of employment I am always looking for catering options incase we have a party etc. The parking is a bit tight at this location but the food was great! Pastries are amazing, however the counter “customer service” is hit or miss. Went in for breakfast and lunch same day. First server very nice second server seemed like she was bothered when I asked for a box. I bought 10 pastries and she’s putting them in 3 different paper bags. I asked for a box and I was given an attitude. I’ll let the hotel that recommended this place about the experience.

Came here for the first time, referred by a friend. We ordered several items to get a taste of the different pastries, empanadas and the pan de bono. The lady that took our order had a very poor, negative and not cordial at all. I have to say, that i have had much better Colombian pan de bono and empanadas at several other place. One more thing be careful with the coffee it is served way hotter than normal and you could get burned.

That’s why No thank you! I understand the owners are from South America but the store is in USA so here we speak English besides other languages.

Fortuna Bakery is arguably the best bakery in Orlando, certainly the best in the Hunter's Creek/Williamsburg area. It was recommended to me and I have not been disappointed, ever. The price for a blast of the past is big cheap but worth it. Latin American style bakery with lots of (Colombian) staples. Favorite order: empanadas and "café con leche" (coffe with milk). Decently priced cakes with a large selection. Other good worth trying: buñuelos, cheese empanadas, chorizo and tamales.

Last time I took my family for a "nice treat", the bakery products weren't fresh and no one liked it.. and the hot chocolate was so bad my kids left it. It will take a while before we consider going back and spend so much money to gable on freshness... But, if you like to gable, go to a Casino.

This place is da bomb. Everything is muy delicioso. Love their baked empanadas, chorizo y papa, pan de bono and their little specialty cakes are wonderful as well. It gets packed but the line moves quickly and the service and they are sensitive to English speaking because my Spanish is poor. I am a former New Yorker and this buy far the best Columbian Bakery. Coffee is very good too although very hot. I leave room for extra milk. A great place to goes. Highly recommend breakfast, lunch , or just coffee and dessert. Enjoy

Amazing experience overall! I have traveled to Orlando 5 times this year and all it took was one empanada and I'm hooked. So everytime I'm in Florida no matter the city I make it a must to visit Fortuna Bakery. Also I love the fact that Spanish is spoken here...almost feels like I'm in Colombia. Good cakes but not the service. I spent $36 on a 10 inch cake and they didn't and wouldn't write happy birthday or the name of the person's birthday on the cake because they provided a small chocolate label that read "happy birthday". Never mind the huge empty white space that remained blank. I added the 4 in the middle of the cake so it won't look so bad.

For your sweet tooth, this is the place. Just their display of their baked goods is amazing. But they taste as good as they look. This is a Columbian bakery that hits it out of the park. They also make a good cup of coffee that goes do well with the baked goods. I will be back.

Before i start i will mention this is a spanish bakery (mostly colombian). I am writing my review in english to encourage others to try it out. This is one of the better bakeries around town. They have delicious cakes, desserts, breads, and some of the best empanadas. It can get very packed especially during church hours. Reason i give 4 instead of 5 stars is because some of the staff is a little cold and blah. However, there are many nice ladies behind the counter. Also parking can be a pain. If you have not tried a colombian bakery and would like to try some delicious new treats this is the place !

The good: A Colombian bakery that actually makes excellent food. The best compliment I can give is saying that it tastes as if it had been baked it in Colombia. REALLY good stuff. Fried empanadas (ask for the picante!) and buñuelos are a must. As well as the chicharrones, pan de bono, tiramisu... The bad: It is always busy. If you order ahead of time don't expect punctuality. You'll arrive and it is likely you'll still have to wait. The ugly: it goes from busy to insanely busy around Sundays morning mass time. It just happens to be at a short walking distance from a Catholic church. Don't even dream you may bring friends here around that time if your plan is having a calm, sitting brunch.

Alright, so Fortuna Bakery; the girlfriend loves this place and as a blanquito I can vouch for it also. One of the best places to get bunuelos, pandebonos, empanadas, and craft desserts in the area. Pro-tip order ahead online with their Chow app they have always been crazy busy for me; only odd thing here is they don't really have a pickup sign above the register so one might feel guilty cutting the line.

Back in May, I ordered my son's "18th birthday cake" (Mil Hojas) . The layers were very dry and stale like, it had a huge crack across the top which they tried to hide with powdered sugar. I was also overcharged for extra fruit toppings I did not recieve yet requested, and it was poorly decorated...they honestly didn't even try. Called several times to give them a chance to rectify the issues with my order, requested a manager several times, no one ever called me back! Also FB messaged them, my message was shown as read and still never got a response. Poor service, poor quality, poor management!
