Don't bother coming over during the weekdays. They mostly have breads and pies only. If you want something from their pastries menu, they are only made during the weekend. Maybe you should state that on your website. However, their key lime pies and strawberry short cakes are delicious.

I had a chance to stop in the bakery today with my mom. The wonder woman working the front counter could not have been friendlier and so willing to help us. We got a loaf of bread, she offered to slice it for us, and we also picked up cookies. But everything looked AMAZING from the pastries to the breads to the jams and honey. Hours later when we eat the bread and pastries, they tasted fabulous. I can not wait to go back again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Everything I've tried is wonderful! And it's a nice place to pick up a cup of coffee and something delicious for breakfast, either sweet or savory. If you have something particular you want, go early, they sell out of some things during the day. It seems like every day they expand the selection, too.

I get my breakfast sandwich and yogurt plus a yummy blueberry muffin Or I might get one of their small quiches to have for the next day I love their baked brie to take to special events I loved the variety of soups for dinner or their pot pies Now when it comes to sweets ........... the strawberry shortcake and small pumpkin pies are my favorites The whole staff is fantastic, the chefs are very creative and on holidays you must check what they have created for the weekend!!! In other words check out what is on their menu everyday!!!! The salads and sandwiches change all the time! OLD WORLD BREADS HAS PUT NASSAU , DELAWARE ON THE MAP AS A NECESSARY PLACE TO GO WHETHER YOU ARE A LOCAL OR A VISITOR!

Brown, tan, white,sweet, robust, crusty, soft and decadent can be found here. The bakers toil and labor to create the most delicious creations. If you are hosting a dinner, party or event then just call ahead and they will accommodate you wishes. I purchased my first frangipane, a French almond delight! Why have I not discovered this amazing place? It’s tucked away next to the Nassau bridge. Yes, they have carrot cake!

I do not BS anyone. If a place has got bad stuff, I tell it like it is. However if a place has outstanding stuff, I tell that too. This place should have ten stars. I had a friend bring me two of their soft pretzels today. I tasted it. I then took off my hat , placed the remaining pretzel on my head, and my tongue beat my brain to death trying to get to it. No joke , no BS absolutely delicious. Hey Old World Break, you got a new customer from Seaford.

The quiche was just gross. It was soggy in the middle with no flavor. The molasses cookies tasted like flower and sugar and that's it. I would give this zero stars if i could. Everyone please skip this bakery. Overpriced and terrible at best.
