What a great hidden gem! We wanted a local bakery to create the cupcake tower for our son's wedding in Pomfret, CT. We worked with Amy who was absolutely great in every way. She personally did the cake/cupcake decorations and delivered them to the venue. They were not only just what we asked for but tasted delicious. Not one cupcake was left by the end of the reception! The gentleman who took care of me was delightful and kind, the cake was moist but it tasted like cinnamon. I asked for chocolate with chocolate frosting but the cinnamon was so overwhelming you couldnt taste the chocolate. It was still a good cake but my wife was a bit disappointed as it was her birthday cake.

Everything here is good. I say that without exaggerating, we have bought at least 20 different items, from bread to cupcakes to cakes, and everything has been exemplary. Staff are very helpful. It is packed around holidays, so plan to be in line for a while to pick up.

best cinnamon chip scones ever! I like to come here just to get those, but all the pretty cupcakes are tempting. Their wedding cakes taste good, and look good.... I have seen a lot of wonky looking wedding cakes in my career as a wedding photographer. Also if you come here don't forget to try to the maple bacon cupcakes...YUM

The freshest baked goods...and the friendliest people I've met. My sister and I were disappointed when a couple of eating establishments were closed.After such a long drive to this beautiful state of New England. Then we noticed a a small bakery cafe in a plaza. We immediately took to it. Real new England and charming. The sweet aroma of those delicious baked goods waft in the air. I had a scone...oh that was a experience.it was too bad I was on a nutrition plan I could've had a few. I was sad I finished it so quickly. Anyway...its now on my list..
